• Mara (9/5): Great hotel on the eastern edge of the city center. - Great stay at Iron32 Hotel. Location is closer to the bridge/river so prime if you are there during the lantern festival. It's on a quiet street but a short walking distance to a few night markets as well as some local restaurants. The staff was very responsive though WhatsApp but is not in house all day. Ins and outs day and nights are easy via key card at the doors. It's very picturesque hotel with a nice lounge/cafe/bar on the bottom and lobby/overlook on the 2nd floor. Like many hotels in Chaing Mai, this hotel does not have an elevator. I stayed on the roof apartment so 4 sets of stairs but loved the private space on top. But note that it can get hot. But the room has blackout blinds as well as 2 AC units to keep it as cold as you like.

• Ong (5/5): Great - Good location, near Chiangmai Night Bazaar Staff will not be there all the time, if you need to check in late you will need to let them know early. Have a “cafe/bar” on their first floor but doesn’t seem to be operating.

We stayed at at the villa on the roof. We actually felt like we were at home. I would recommend renting this to anyone interested in one of a kind hotel room. Everything about the property was great except there could probably be a little more water pressure.

There’s a bar on the first floor but it never seems to be open :( felt a bit out of the way but if you’re there for the night markets it’s near!

The shower could have been a little Cleaner, I did see some mold around the corners. But over all the room was clean and the staff helpful!

• Jeeten (8/5): Very good - The hotel is located in a very good location: close to the night bazaar and other lively hotspots, not far from the airport, bus and train stations. A short walk in any direction can bring you to an interesting spot. The rooms were moderately sized but equipped with thoughtful facilities. It has a TV that actually works. Lots of electrical outlets, plenty of storage and hangers for clothes and bags, and a very comfy bed. Our room also had a balcony which faced away from the main street which was a welcome for us. The bathroom was clean and up to our standards. Staff was very helpful. It is a pity that the bar & cafe downstairs was not open for business. Sometimes the noise and music from other venues can travel inside the room. This is the downside to being in a very strategic location I suppose. In addition, sometimes the hot water from the shower does not work very well. I had to shower in the bathtub once or twice.

• I (10/5): A place that makes people want to stay again. - I changed three accommodations during my trip to Chiang Mai, and iron32 is the most cost-effective one. In addition to having a good location, the boss is very kind. The next day after we checked in, we had to go out very early because we had a tour. The boss couldn’t prepare breakfast for us personally ,but she prepared sandwiches and juice for us to take out, is so sweet.

I wouldn’t call it a hotel, it’s more like a motel or hostel, downstairs is a bar without business, always dark and shady. The so call Reception is located on 1st floor, the area was left unattended most of the time, I didn’t see any staff around except for the receptionist lady and her son (a little boy) once in awhile. I felt extremely insecure because it was like I was alone in the building.

• Maryam (9/5): Home away from home - Stayed 5 nights early Sep 2022. Wooden flooring is really comfortable and bed and pillows are hard to let go. Cool design shower and exceptional tub for evening relaxation. My room has a balcony with high stools and lights :) Very near night market (mon-sat). Walk along the road and there's a couple of cute cafe and Srimantra Spa (high end). No reception after 4pm so introverts would enjoy the peace. Perhaps it's designed by bachelor for a bachelor. There's no dresser but there's a full length mirror. Had to stand every time I use the mirror :( All stairs with hotel reception at level 2 & my room level 4. Hot shower were a hit and miss. There's water and kettle provided but no instant coffee/tea.

Comfortable bed I didn't like there being no staff available to speak to - I didn't see anyone after check in (3 days). If we had an issue or got stuck out, we didn't know who to call! The bathroom could do with some maintenance but it was generally okay.
• Yoshi (10/5): - ナイトバザールに近くて便利。 スタッフはフレンドリー。 部屋は清潔、お湯もたっぷり出る。１、２階はカフェ＆バーでオシャレなアパートのよう。 ルーフトップからは花火などを見ることができた。 過剰ではない必要最小限のサービスがとてもよい。ツアーの手配もやってくれる。 インターネットも調子が良かった。
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok - The place is cute, but definitely overpriced. The rooms are loft like, but the hotel itself is boutique style with little to no amenities. My biggest disappointment was the fact that there is no night shift staff (no-one qualified). A guy was left there to manage both reception and the restaurant, and he didn't speak a word of English. He was nice, but at the time, I was in urgent need to receive a call to the hotel, and it took over 30 min of using apps to translate something as simple as "could you transfer the call to my room", which ended up not possible anyway... Anyway. Cute place, but should be much cheaper
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything from the moment we arrived till the moment we left the staff was the best ever. The manager checked us in with ear to ear smiles. She helped thru out our stay from how to get places even helping negotiate transportation. Helped us sign up with Grab ( Thai equivalence to US Uber). The place is a small and intimate and a very modern loft style property. High ceilings and big doors with a huge balcony that I truly enjoyed smoking my cigars on. If a small room with 4 walls and a window is your preference then this isn't your place. If flavor is what you want then this is all of it. takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the middle of the Night Bazaar. You will love the people that runs this place and the place itself.

• Tony (6/5): Almost but not quite - One of those hotels that was so close to being really good, but missed on many so easily improved points. My profession is holiday reviews for several publications so this review is both a personal point of view with that well travelled knowledge base. One of my top negative points is putting a kettle in a room but no tea coffee etc. and no cups just water glasses. Overall this was a high priced basic room, over 60 UK pounds per night. The room was very dated and tired and the paintwork and flooring were damaged making it look grubby. Cleanliness was ok. No wardrobe! Just 4 hangers on wall hooks. The bathroom was typical Thai designe, nothing fancy, but ok. Then there's the noise and sadly I do agree with other reviews on here. I appreciate I'm in Thailand but this first floor room with balcony was over the road and with poorly fitted doors it was like sleeping in a tent on the pavement. Also interior noise from guests/cleaners was high from 6am due to sticky floor covering and lovely but noisy wooden staircases. The noise issue was one of 2 issue that did spoil the stay, the next point... I was locked out on my 2nd night! The key card was faulty, proven the following day by staff. Rang the bell, phoned but no one answered. Nightmare finding another hotel at just after midnight, and no apologies offered or refund for the night. On an up note the funky cafe is rather cool. Overall though I personally could not recommended this hotel.

• meg (10/5): 快適な隠れ家ホテル - 水回りも部屋も清潔で、シンプルで落ちつく空間でした。シャワーとバスタブが別なのもありがたかったです。ナイトバザールやワロロット市場へは徒歩圏内です。ターペー門へも地下鉄1〜2駅分の距離で、徒歩が苦手でなければ歩いていけます。清掃は行き届いてますが過剰なサービスはなく、おしゃれなアパートを借りた気分です。至れり尽くせりのホテルライフや、旅人との交流を求めてる方は違う感想かも知れませんが、気ままにのんびり旅行を楽しみたい女性やカップルにとてもお勧めです。

• julie (10/5): Fabulous place - Lovely place. Room spacious and clean. Turbo really looked after us and is Keen to make a good go of the place and it shows. We unfortunately couldn't take advantage of the breakfast as we had an early start each day. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the road which was great for people watching. The location couldn't be better really handy for everything. Also don't be put off by the fact it's called a bar. It's really a lovely smart modern cafe type place but the rooms are completely soundproofed we slept like logs!
• Michael (4/5): Windowless room not recommended. - The hotel has a good feel, it is clean with good location. The staff is friendly. The room I booked however has no windows which is very strange and disorienting when you wake up in the morning and it is pitch dark. I’m surprised it is even allowed as in case of fire there is no way to ascape the room. In addition the shower is leaking lots of water to the outside of the enclosure and bathroom floor is pitched in such a way the it is constantly flooded. There is nothing you can do to prevent it. I would not stay in that room again and would not recommend it. I’m sure other rooms in the hotel may be perfectly fine. Side note on the breakfast, there are only 2 choices on the menu which gets boring if stay for more than 2 nights.
• pho (6/5): 繁華街に近いホテル - 繁華街からはやや歩くが徒歩圏内。周囲には飲食店は少なく、コンビニもないが、ナイトマーケット方面に向かえば、飲食店やコンビニもある。清潔なホテル。エアコンも温度や風量など調整可能。1階がスター・ウォーズの小物などが飾られた洒落たバー・レストランになっている。宿泊した部屋のバルコニーにもバーと椅子があり、通りを眺めながら飲食ができる。そのかわり、室内にいても車の往来の音がややうるさい。
• Verified traveler (8/5): まずまずオススメできます - ナイトバザールに近い立地 まだ新しいようで内装はすごくキレイで清潔感あります ただシャワーの排水がゆっくりかな また夜は騒音が周囲がややうるさいので静かさを求めるならオススメしない 近くにコンビニはない
• Chang (10/5): Cozy hotel - Service good, near night bazaar, big & clean room, cozy hotel.. don’t mind laze around at the hotel w a cup of coffee or beer. Nice environment with nice music
