Bathtub was not perfectly clean. Instructions given when checking in regarding cleaning during the stay were unclear, which led to a misunderstanding. The staff was nice and gave us an extra cleaning regardless, but didn’t communicate well about it.

Nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora porque estaba preparada, cosa rara en Japón. Se pueden tener tres maletas abiertas, un poco justo pero se puede. Lavadora secadora pero además en el baño hay para colgar perchas y sale aire caliente. Si lo pillas por buen precio merece la pena. Reservando con tiempo puede ser menos de 100€ triple. No está insonorizado. No es que haya mucho ruido pero si pasan coches o motos se escucha mucho. Entra mucha luz por la ventana, no es cortina opaca. Almohadas muy duras y camas no demasiado cómodas. Pero volvería por ese precio.

Il bagno poi è ancora meglio..un originale bagno giapponese, una intera stanza riscaldata dedicata alla doccia ed alla vasca .. è stato meraviglioso utilizzarlo. Pulizia impeccabile e come se non bastasse, pigiami e kit pulizia sempre presenti. Posizione ottima. Nel cuore di Kyoto, alle spalle del quartiere Gion, qualsiasi cosa è visitabile a piedi inoltre è ad un passo dalla metro e autobus. Vicino ottima pasticceria e caffè Nulla.

- ANA SOFIA (9/5): Excelente valor - Buen hotel con lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Está ubicado a solo 5 minutos de una estación de metro, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad. Cuenta con todas las comodidades para cocinar y también para lavar ropa (aunque no las utilizamos). El baño es funcional, con opción de regadera y tina, y además la habitación incluye caja fuerte. Como puntos a considerar, las instalaciones se sienten un poco antiguas, aunque están bien cuidadas. La zona no es especialmente “bonita”, si eso es importante para ti, y el centro histórico queda a unos 20 minutos caminando. No es una distancia excesiva, pero vale la pena tenerlo en cuenta según tus planes.

- Catalina Ana (5/5): Hotel austero pero bien ubicado - El check in se hace sin personal pero es bastante fácil hacerlo. Hubo un chico extranjero muy agradable en recepción y un japonés bastante desagradable (pero no están siempre). La habitación era algo oscura, pequeña en forma de tubo y bastante anticuada aunque está limpia, las dos camas eran cómodas aunque el sofá cama es bastante incómodo. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación (por eso lo cogimos), está a 10 minutos andando de las calles más turísticas. Me pareció caro para la austeridad del hotel. Está claro que pagas la zona.

- chrissie (8/5): Great - It was very very conveniently located, next to the station and close to all the sights in Giion. The room was spacious and very clean and having a kitchen was great. It was a bit noisy with traffic and we prefer a bit more interaction with the staff, rather than having an online check in process.

- Camilla (10/5): Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per poter vivere al meglio Kyoto, rimanendo in una zona centrale ma appartata. Struttur - La posizione ottima, vicina alla stazione mettopolitana e a molte fermate bus, oltre che centrale rispetto alla zona più commerciale. Struttura molto curata e pulita, staff disponibile e cordiale.
- Mary New Zealand (10/5): Central location in Gion with kitchen facilities - We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed having our own kitchen area. The unit had its own small kitchen with a cooktop, fridge, cutlery and plates - you could cook meals, or heat pre-packaged meals easily. We didn't bother as there are so many restaurants nearby, but did make our own breakfast and snacks. The bedroom was compact but with adequate space, plus the ensuite bathroom was also adequate - the usual Japanese style with shower over the bath. The location was very central and close to Gion station - we were able to walk to numerous nearby temples and historic sites, Convenience stores and restaurants were all nearby. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful with local advice, and were happy for us to check in 1 hour early. We would definitely stay here again thank you. Nothing
- Lai man (9/5): 非常滿意的入全體驗 - 酒店位於三条站，於2號出口就有電梯，不用擔心要搬行李行樓梯級，由電梯到酒店只需5分鐘內可到。三床房間很舒適，擺放雜物位置都足夠，床頭每個小櫃都有插頭方便充電，過去河源町不遠約步行7-8分鐘，房內有焗爐、微波爐、雪櫃及洗衣機，碗碟、餐具、廚具亦非常齊全，洗手間乾濕分離，洗完衣服放在洗澡房吹乾，第二朝就可以再穿著，下次會再選擇入住。 沒有，全部都滿意。

- paul (10/5): - We weren't sure what to expect as the room was so cheap but it was easily one of the nicest places we stayed on our trip. Clean and modern with a washing machine in the room and the best shower of any place we stayed. The location was fantastic, with a train and a metro at the end of the street, and a short walk to the Gion district

- Jolanda en Frank (10/5): Geweldig appartement en locatie! - Geweldige locatie en een heerlijk appartement! Eigen keukentje met fijne apparaten en een heerlijke badkamer. Wij hebben echt genoten van deze fijne plek. Vanuit hier loop je gemakkelijk naar tempels of neem je de trein naar alle andere leuke activiteiten in Kyoto of om door te reizen. -

- Elliot (10/5): - Loved the in room washer/dryer combo. Nice big room for Japanese standards. The kitchen also was a nice plus if I needed to cook or freeze things. All instructions in Japanese had an English guide. Staff were really nice and great at explaining everything. Location was great close to metro and Keihan station as well as the hot Kyoto attractions.

Rent rum, fanns kök som innehöll bestick, mikro vattenkokare och egen tvätt/torkmaskin. Otroligt nöjd med boendet Verkade som att hotellet var framför en kyrkogård men inget som störde oss.

- Hong Ngoc (10/5): - The hotel's location is prime, easily accessible to Gion, shopping areas as well as bus stops and stations. The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Even the fragrance the entrance was so good. My family instantly felt in love with the hotel right upon the entrance. The decors were really cute and added charm to the place. I wish we should have stayed more at the hotel. Definitely will book this place again should I visit Kyoto next time. None that I found.

Fantastico soggiornare in un ambien - La stanza giapponese era fantastica, molto bella e spaziosa, inoltre era perfetta con la lavatrice e la piccola cucina, siamo stati benissimo! Unica nota dolente il letto molto duro (per me)
- Karin (9/5): - Excellent location, very close to shops, restaurants, the river, Gion Geisha district and Ponto Cho. Very practical with our own washing machine in the room. Fairly spacious room too, or rather a small flat with fridge and kitchenette.
- choi14 (8/5): Comfortable stay in a clean airbnb - Location- it's near Sanjo- Keihan Station where one can take shinkansen comfortably. Cleanliness-daily towel change. There are many drawers and storage in the room. The property needs to change their mugs and plates because of coffee/tea stains and food stains that can no longer be removed.
