• Manfred (9/5): Great Location , perfect service - I liked the location, very close to a subway station, also not far to go to the center or to navigli on foot. The room was well equipped (Water kettle, coffee machine - and even a filled mini bar. Very interesting artwork in the room, liked this. Very good contact via WhatsApp, easy check-in. Daily cleaning. the room could be a little bit bigger, for my taste the bed was a little bit to soft, but that's personal preference. shower tray had a repair, didn't look good, also shower is small.

• Di Pascua (10/5): Excelente relación calidad-precio - El detalle del desayuno en el bar de la esquina es excelente. La relación calidad precio es adecuada, es justo lo que buscabamos. Tiene acceso al transporte público para toda la ciudad, es una zona residencial y tranquila. Hay lugares para comer cerca y también supermercados. Lamentablemente si tocan vecinos ruidosos se siente.

• Kristen (4/5): Small, noisy, and zero customer service/ - Location Very small, very noisy - the rooms were paper thin, I could hear conversations in rooms to either side -I should have guessed when saw the complementary earplugs next to the bed. There was zero communication, I requested two single beds as it was an option when I booked. I wrote to them twice asking if I could leave my bags before or after my stay as we were there for our university visit. They didn’t reply to either request. Breakfast was horrible.

First of all, it was NOT a hotel but more like Airbnb - rip off for that kind of service On the day of check in, there was a sewage type smell at the door leading to Aeillo room On second day, the smell started coming from room's bathroom On the same day, the AC did not work whole night - could not sleep Pillows were mushy Have recordings of AC not working I sent all details to staff via whatsapp - did not help. PLEASE PROVIDE REFUND FOR MY STAY. Would really appreciate it. Thanks

• Lusine (8/5): One-time stay hotel, but a good one. - Room is quite convenient, very warm considering it's winter, I would like to see at least toothbrushes in the bathroom. Self check-in was easy and fast. They say the hotel is located close to the center, but actually walking distance is around 30 min until you reach Duomo surrounding. Hotel has no staff at the location, so price seems higher than in actual hotels.

Кондиционер не работал ,никто не захотел с этим ничего делать ,хотя на улице было очень жаркая погода. На просьбы переселить в условия ,которые нам были обещаны на Booking ,никто не отреагировал . Ванна была очень маленькая и неудобная. Подушки ,на которых мы спали ,были наполнены непонятными кусками паралона,что так же повлияло на качество отдыха и сна .

Es gab kein Frühstück und keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Auf individuelle Wünsche kann daher nicht gut eingegangen werden. Nachbarschaft ist meines Erachtens nicht einverstanden mit der Vermietung, da diese seht anonym ist.

• Manoel (10/5): Muito confortável! - O hotel é ótimo. Confortável e muito aconchegante. Fica próximo ao Duomo, cerca de 25 minutos de caminhada. Quarto e lençois limpos, cama grande e confortável, banheiro grande com boa regulação de temperatura do chuveiro. Ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Chegamos de madrugada e não tivemos problema nenhum para acessá-lo. Tem café da manhã que é servido em um estabelecimento próximo ao hotel. Por fim, foram muito solícitos e guardaram nossas malas para passearmos um pouco mais pela cidade. Foi nossa primeira vez em Milão e ficamos muito confortáveis e satisfeitos com a hospedagem. Nada.

• Susan (8/5): Clean, cool and modern with excellent support staff - Clean with great aircon! Enough space for us as it was simply a place to rest our heads at night, we were out and about a lot. Water supplied plus extra in the fridge for only one euro was a bonus. Beds fabulous and pillows too. Not mad keen on the area as it was a bit far from where we wanted to be but we just used taxis a bit. The shower was VERY small and not fabulous water strength but ok. SO many keys to get to our room!

The room is located in the ZTL C and if you are coming by car you should know that(you have to pay an online tax and is harder than you think to activate a pass)

• Verified traveler (6/5): Odd place! - Strange place - like they converted an apartment into 3 hotel rooms. Building is poorly insulated so we could hear everything our neighbors and the people above us were saying/doing. Getting in the building was a bit of a challenge as well, there is no reception desk. Room was clean and small, it was fine.
• David (6/5): Whilst not flash, It was a decent property at a decent price point within striking distance of where we wanted to be in - Good location, a 20 minute walk to most of the Milan highlights. 24 hour check in, and a lift to the third floor was welcomed. The room was small, which was fine as we didn’t plan on spending much time in the room.

Låg lite ’gömt’ och man hade inte riktigt förväntat sig själva läget, men rummet i sig höll bra standard och kändes rent och fräscht. Minus för knapphändig instruktion vid utcheckning då det inte framgick tydligt hur man tog sig ut utan nyckel.

• Ieva (9/5): Great place! - Good location in a good neighbourhood. In walking distance to the Last Supper, several churches, Museum of Technology, Navigli. Very clean room and bathroom. Slippers, toothbrush/ paste, a bottle of water are provided. Coffee/ tea is for free, and there is also a minibar with other drinks for charge. Good communication, independent getting in/out. I had to be rather insistent on 2 separate beds, but they where organised.

• Louise (8/5): Great location, lovely room. - Excellent location with a bakery, convenience store and lovely pasteria very close. Only a 5-10min walk to the main street where trams and trains located as well as many stores and restaurants. Room clean and spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Secure residential building. Pillows a bit uncomfortable.
