- Strater (6/5): Kann man machen. - Echt eine super Lage, mit liegen direkt am Strand und das Personal ist Mega lieb. Sie ist leider ein bisschen veraltet. An den Decken und Vorallem im Bad setzt sich Schimmel ab und die AC hat auch in keinem Raum funktioniert. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator aber der war auch nicht ganz geheuer.

Aircondition el - Beliggenheden var helt i top, og personalet var smilenende. Det var en meget faldefærdig og forladt bygning. Hverken aircondition eller fan virkede. Fik dog en blæser, som fungerede fint for mig.
- Samadhi (1/5): Do not stay here, really dirty place and extremely rude person in charge (lady) - Absolutely nothing. It was extremely dirty, my bed was full of dirt and it stank like something had dead on it. The owner (the lady who I spoke to on the phone) was extremely rude. I asked for a new towel and bed covers, I never got it. I ordered a tea but instead I was given a coffee, and when asked to give me what I ordered as I cannot consume coffee, the server was extremely annoyed by it. Once I reached the hotel , I was also asked to pay more to switch the Aircon, which I had to because the fan was not functioning properly. The toilet was full of mold and was dirty and the towel had the same dirty smell as the bed. I would not recommend this place at all.

- Debs (9/5): Hansa is wonderful and the owners and staff so friendly and welcoming - The most beautiful family and staff members who made you feel welcome and settled. Prime location for a pot of tea whilst watching the surf. Perfect for surfing the point. Fruit salad was just amazing. Will be top of my list when I return. Highly recommend this traditional hotel. If you're looking for modern and glamour go elsewhere, if you're looking for authentic Sri Lankan and the nicest people Hansa is for you ! Lovely to meet you Usha , we will return. It's unfair to say as they are in the middle of some construction which won't last forever. We would have loved a Seaview but were fully booked for the beach block. Our room was closest to the road which we were concerned about but was surprisingly quiet and peaceful plus the bonus of new build, rooms and furniture. Being seconds from the beach meant we could sit in the restaurant for the view.

The staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Definite value for money for a budget stay in Hikka. Nothing to complain.

I would describe it more like a hostel than a hotel so it wasn't for me and only stay one nigh instead of four. It was also dirty, run down and uninviting. It wasn't somewhere I wanted to be on my holiday. I didn't stay for breakfast.

- Takashi (8/5): Very good - Reasonable price with car parking lot and simple breakfast. Staff did their best to assist me. Good location for both beach in the area. Don't expect much for supper. Better if credit cards are acceptable. Other than that, the place is really nice for solo tourists.
