- CHIN (10/5): - Been staying around dis area for the past 4 years at different Budget Hotels and found that Artisan is one of the Good ones. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very convenient. Would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends. Definitely parking is the biggest issue

- Kiran (5/5): OK for a short conference stay where you are not in the room alot. - Loved being able to walk 4 mins to conference. And that this was a busy, and safe area. Good shower. Lack of a mini fridge, no extra toilet paper, elevator didnt work to go down and no notice of this. Also poor lighting in elevator meant cant see the floor buttons!

- UPPER CLASS (4/5): Budget Hotel with Budget Service - I have serious issues about the lift, which appears to be very faulty. It has no aircon and is very humid, and it does not work properly. From the second floor it is a problem to go down and the doors are not working properly. They will close three times before the lift will actually move. The "close doors" button does not work anymore. Someone is going to get stuck in those lifts one day. While you are here there are no cleaners and the towels are not changed each day. So you must remake the bed yourself. Better off paying an extra $10 a night and you can get another hotel in the same area with more service.

- Mohd (8/5): Recommeded but need to improve on your room price - The room and bathroom are clean and neat. The water pressure is in good condition. They also provide free-flow hand soap, shampoo and showee gel. We also received 2 breakfast vouchers. The hotel also have water dispenser and iron board for my floor. The wifi is good connection. This hotel also have a elevator. The price for the room is not the same from Booking.com even after confirmed. I manage to booked for RM88 but I need to pay RM104 during check in. I need to pay deposit RM50 upon check in but it is refundable. Normally in Booking.com they will tell you the total price you need to pay after you confirmed your stayed. By doing this, the hotel got hidden chargers that is not stated in the site. The hotel parking is only for 2 parking lots. I need to find a parking about 1 hour before check in.

The towels were too thin and had some abuse for me, perhaps changing the towels are already due. The bed was comfy. Location is within 10mins walking distance to sunway pyramid. The towels are due for some change. The pillows were not comfortable for me.

- Auni (9/5): Superb - the location is very strategic, it is very good that it is near to brt station. the staff were also nice, not much chit chat as i assume they know customers only come to get rested. the front entrance isn't locked hence questioning the safety of the rooms. the rooms are not soundproof either, there was a buzzing sound on my 2nd night and it bothers me while sleeping.

- Nor (8/5): Quite okay and comfortable stay. - Close to Sunway Pyramid, easy access to public transportation, got few shops and restaurants nearby, received one RM8 coupon per days for you to be spent in the coffee shops, friendly and helpful receptionists. Quite a small room with the pricing. The room keeper did not change the small towel and just reuse the dirty one. The manager is not friendly and welcoming. The front door is such a hassle because its so heavy and you have to sort of fight for it to open while bringing your heavy suitcase. And they did nothing with the next building’s noise early in the morning or when the wifi was down for the night.

- Anonymous (5/5): OK, but very basic and overpriced room - The very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, the nice decor on the corridors. The bed was comfortable. If you need to be close to Sunway or Taylor's University the location is great. This hotel is very basic, the room is just a bed with a wooden stool and a miniature table attached to the wall. Despite the room being large enough for this, it lacks any cupboard or area where you can put your clothes. Only 2 (!) hangers are provided which is nothing for a hot and rainy climate if you stay for more than one night. The oldish aircon is directly directed to the bed, so you either freeze or sweat (if you switch it off) at night. The breakfast option is available at the adjacent laundry-bar, with extremely limited options (often not even those were all available). I would rather recommend buying something at one of the many nearby convenience shops. One night there was no warm/hot water. With a bit of effort this hotel could be improved significantly; currently, it is significantly overpriced for the basic (hostel-like) conditions it offers.
