I also loved there being a veteran parking spot - I stayed at a lot of hotels on this trip and if I remember right, I don't think you had a waffle maker. That is my go-to at breakfast and also like whipped cream and fruit as a topper. A few more choices for breakfast.

Nice large lobby with modern style furniture Then room needs improvement, The carpet had lots of stains. The fabric on the couch was frayed from dogs pawing on it, the carpet edging was missing a piece in the middle of the room and the toilet seat was about ready to come off, and some of the chairs in the lobby need to have the fabric replaced

All accessible bathrooms should have them to avoid falls and potential litigation. Tub was slippery when wet and had to put the bath mat in the tub to avoid falling. Should have had a walk-in shower not a tub.

• Andy (10/5): Exactly what we needed for our 1 night stay for the OKC Memorial Marathon. - 1. I had requested a Noon checkout ahead of time since I was running the marathon and never heard back and at check in I asked about it. the desk clerk explained the reason and reassured me that the manager responds personally but has been out sick. she has access to the messages and saw them but cannot respond to them herself. she did allow for a 30minute later (1130) checkout. very friendly 2. i forgot my room key when leaving for the marathon and when I got back I did have my DL and presented that and the gentleman helped me without question as I had my ID. he was nice and easy to talk to and efficient. 3. breakfast was very good and I liked the 10am breakfast finish time, it's late enough for later risers, which i usually am, in this case it worked or me especially since I was still at the race at 9am. 4. as described below with the "automated text", when I replied it acknowledged my reply and seemed to understand I hadn't checked out yet, so I am glad that it didn't just leave me hanging. 5. fridge was a good size 6. cooling worked well 7. there was a desk chair but also another desk style chair. this isn't optimal but better than no sitting options. you don't want to just sit on the bed all the time you're in the room 8. bathroom was very clean and spacious, also appreciate the shower gel,etc provided 9. the blackout shade worked well to keep out the bright night lights outside 1. as mentioned above, I asked for a late checkout and did not get a response. i know things happen and people get sick, but I would recommend a contingency plan for things like that. 2. what i assume was an automatic message was texted and by the wording it sounded like it was assumed we had checked out. I was still doing the race. It stressed me a little, but i was able to text back and said we hadn't checked out. it said thanks for keeping us in the loop. this was probably 9am or earlier. 3. vent in the bathroom would be welcome 4. cable is great but there just isn't anything on anymore. a streaming service would be awesome. also, I couldn't find a way to get to a menu on the remote. i didn't call the desk to ask, so it wasn't a big deal for this stay because we didn't watch too much, but a lot of times I watch more tv 5. the 2 desk clerks I dealt with were nice and friendly but they didn't initiate conversation. I wouldn't say "i didn't like it" but reminders for them to be bubbly and conversational helps makes the traveler feel comfortable 6. my son's laptop couldn't connect to the WiFi. once again, we did not contact the desk. the phone connected so it is likely a laptop problem anyway, but the password was written on the card holder at check in and that never came up as an option when trying to connect, it was just an open network. we should have called. my son didn't want me to bother with it. this is all just feedback not complaining, as you can see by my scores.

Front desk was quick to answer questions and help us when needed. Peace of mind having security in the parking lot at night keeping watch over stuff since it was a bad area Facility has gone down hill quick. Room was dirty, towels every single day had hair in them. They forgot to clean our room twice. Mattress was very worn out. Furniture looked like someone beat it up with an ice pick. Cigarette burns on the furniture. The lobby wasn't very clean either. Furniture is all beaten up. Place is due for a renovation

I booked a disabled room and didn’t get one and had no room for my grandsons wheel chair and was told I couldn’t trade unless I paid for a second room.

The location was easy to get to also. I would stay again! I wasn't a fan of the pillows and my toilet kept making a flushing sound every 3 minutes. I would bring my own cozy pillow and if I got room 209 again I would just reach behind the toilet to turn off the water so it would run.

I love the space in the room... it was very roomy. it was clean but I think some of the carpets can be replaced. Can you tell me why trash cans are all small...it is not just this hotel but all hotels I have been in. breakfast was not the best..
