William (10/5): The stay was great. - We didn't ck the times breakfast was being served and went down at 940 and it was closed. We were disappointed. My husband has not received the 5000 fee that was supposed to be credited to hos card. We were also disappointed that the desk clerk would not give him his military discount because I booked it on line to be paid at the property. Clerk told him I should have added his military discount on line when I booked it. I didnt see anywhere to do that..

Margaret (10/5): I would stay again, but would ask for a room away from the traffic hum - Very clean and comfortable! Very accommodating staff. Great beds. Good coffee! I could hear the hum of the freeway from our room, but it didn’t keep me awake. It was a constant low roll.
Barbara (10/5): Great location - The hotel was 30 minutes from SLC airport. The hotel looked new and was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of restaurants, shopping nearby. It was a bit pricey.

Jennifer (10/5): Welcoming and warm, great mid price hotel near most things in Lehi/Saratoga Springs/Eagle Mountain area. Family - I Welcoming, clean, great staff. We loved our room (standard two queen). Bed was comfortable with med firm. Space was good. Traveled with adult daughter but while in Lehi visited with family including my two young niece and nephew, who came back for a “picnic” and some card games. The room was very comfortable for that. Not sure it matters that we are IHG Elite members. This was a very well run IHG. When I checked out the staff offered with extra help (had dirty window in car and they offered to help with cleaning for safer drive) It was a very pleasant stay.

Gary (9/5): A Great Place to stay for a Disney Trip - Wonderful location. Just a short walk to Disneyland. The rooms are newly renovated and the staff was very gracious helping with all our needs. The beds were firm.

Iva (10/5): Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. - The room was clean and comfortable. We came to town to go to Thanksgiving Point, and the hotel was very close to that destination. The cost of our stay was a plus also.

Bruce (3/5): Horrible. - The breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast room was not clean The room had safety issues and the blackout shades were falling apart. The General Manager doesn't give a crap about the clients when confronted about the issues with his property.

Margaret (9/5): A great hotel that suited our needs. - It was very close to our friend’s home so easy to access. The room was a perfect temperature for sleeping (67) and was nicely outfitted. I needed help printing some forms as the printer was being difficult & Wendy (?) helped me out! Multiple breakfast options made it difficult to choose. I’m not complaining! Nothing

Tyler (2/5): Affordable hotel but not worth the money my wife didn’t not sleep well cause the bed and the noise - Pool was good and clean food was good Bed was terrible and could’ve been cleaner. It was really loud (other guests) but we were right by the elevator.

The breakfast was really good and staff was friendly. I 80 traffic was loud in my room but not much can be done with that.

Chloe (10/5): Pleasantly surprised how nice the place was - Really great hotel.. the room was lovely and clean. I loved the high ceilings, made it feel more grand lol. I ended up paying a higher rate than usual since basically every hotel in Salt Lake City was booked up! That’s okay though and to be expected. Still wasn’t that expensive. The bathroom was nicely lit and clean. Really no complaints and plan on staying here again. 10 or so minutes from IKEA yay! Can’t really think of anything. Small thing but it would be nice to have Netflix/YouTube. Maybe I missed that option
