Sandra Mira (6/5): Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht. Allein die Lage rechtfertigt nicht den hohen Preis. Dafür müsste mehr renoviert werden. Hi - Frühstück war nett auch das Personal. Bett war gut. Personal abends als wir angekommen sind war sehr unfreundlich und hat weder was erklärt noch gezeigt. Bad sehr alt, Dusche sogar für meine 1,66 zu eng und Bad insgesamt nicht sauber

Philipp (9/5): Erholsam, Spitzenlage guter Service - Frühstück top, Personal sehr sehr freundlich Dass wir gleich beim Einchecken bezahlen mussten, da wohl ein Zahlendreher der hinterlegten Kreditkarte vorgelegen hat. Wir waren aber schon öfter im Hotel und die Daten waren bekannt, dies hat einbändig verwundert, da wir für zwei Tage ja keinen so großen Aufwand betreiben um die Zeche zu prellen, das hat uns in ein eher schlechtes Licht gestellt, da noch andere Gäste das mitbekommen haben. Das waren wir von diesem Hotel noch nicht gewohnt. Aber wir kommen wieder gerne! Ph. Gerster

Jonas (4/5): Under expectations on cleanliness and room standards. - Location was good, very central. The room had a 140/160cm bed. They had a garage. They had free wifi (which I expect to get today in hotels) Paid for breakfast addition, and the quality of the breakfast did not meet my expecations. Room cleanliness was horrible, with previous guests leftover in the toilet with a horrible smell in the room. My colleagues' room had a big ant trail in his room on the floor. So two bad out of two possible on this stay. The thermostats on the heaters were semi wifi controlled, I tried to close it or to 5C, but it went back to boiling hot radiator in the bedroom. There was no safe in the room. There was no fridge in the room.

Monika (10/5): Sehr zufrieden, gerne immer wieder! - Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone, wenn man Ettlingen erkunden möchte. Es ist mit dem Auto sehr einfach zu erreichen, hat eine Tiefgarage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Einzelzimmer ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Man kann die Fenster öffnen! Sehr toll ist die digitale Gäste-Mappe mit der Möglichkeit Postkarten per Mail zu verschicken. Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!

Jasmin (10/5): Rund um glücklich und zufrieden 🥰 - Eine wundervolle Gegend, Hotel Engel mitten in einer schönen Stadt. Hat alles super unkompliziert und flott funktioniert. Frühstück war üppig, lecker und für jeden was dabei. Das Hausgemachte Müsli ein Träumchen 😋. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, falls es uns mal wieder in diese Gegend verschlagen sollte. Hotel Engel stellt gratis Wasser ins Zimmer. Wenn es einmal mit Sprudel und einmal Still gewesen wäre, wäre das super. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, wie gesagt, uns hat nichts gefehlt.
