- La'Donna (1/5): - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The pictures posted on the website is nothing how the rooms actually look. Very old broken furniture, sheets and covers had stains on it, room had a foul smell, stairway to second floor rooms were rusted and falling apart. We thought we were going to fall trying to reach our room! DONT STAY HERE AT ALL!!!! EVERYTHING! We reserved two queen beds and was given two full beds. The pictures posted on the website is nothing how the rooms actually look. - William (10/5): Cheap and Clean - Clean Wrong room type
- Loren (1/5): I CANCELED - The place gives off Bad Vibes as soon as you pull in the parking lot, looks like a homeless shelter more than a hotel
- Robert (7/5): -
- Candace (8/5): It was very comfortable bed and it was easy to get food. I really liked the staff. - It was easy on and off freeway. It was much older. Needs to be updated. The bathtub looks dirty but it isn’t. Just old.
- Buckingham (7/5): -

- Korpi (7/5): -
- Adrianna (8/5): My stay was okay - Location and price Older model building
- Elias (7/5): -
- Taaryn (2/5): Unclean - We didn't get a room with 2 queen beds as we booked. It was filthy: the shower and sink had soap and dirt all over them. They looked as if they hadn't been wiped down from the previous occupants. The smoke alarm was missing with wires exposed. The rickety fridge had milk in it that expired 4 days ago. The mirror and windows were dirty. It did not smell fresh or clean.
- Korpi (6/5): -
- Ulostit (1/5): - Fighting in the parking lot all night. Got no sleep. Horrible experience Neighbors
- Erica (5/5): - Staff was accommodating when I had a problem with my room There was mold on the roof and the bathroom was nasty and there was no extra toilet paper
- Joshua (10/5): -
- renee (2/5): - Dirty .. hair on sheets and stained , dirty floors
- Keyes (4/5): -
- Robinson (1/5): - I didn't like it. The room wasn't clean. The floors were dirty.
- Carolyn (6/5): - My bathroom had mold growing in the caulking around the tub. Unfinished edges stuffed with plastic around toilet paper holder, paint and caulking all over the tub and counter, and the mirror was really dirty. There was also a vehicle that kept revving their engine outside my door around 10pm. After a long day of travel (I left Va at 6am that same day.) I was definitely asleep and got woken up several times because of it. The bed/sheets did appear clean and was comfortable. There was a large gap under my door as well. Staff was friendly and efficient.
- Matt (10/5): Awesome - The staff was nice polite and the room I stayed in was amazing the a/c works good and it was nice and comfortably clean
- Jessica (8/5): Good for economical short stays! - There is no breakfast.
- Angel (1/5): Do not recommend - Room was dirty. Stuff spilled on nightstand and desk. I requested a deluxe queen suite and got a double full ?? No fridge. No coffee pot. Cigarette Ashes in the toilet paper holder. Bloody paper towels under the bed. Floor was sticky. I requested a different room however nothing was available. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room myself.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - No breakfast.
- Kimberly (1/5): Will never stay there again - Not much It was filthy, room smelled really bad, had dog hair everywhere and black mold on walls in the bathroom
- keith (6/5): - very old and dirty
- Michelle (10/5): - how clean and nice
- Megan (2/5): Awful - Our tv in the room didn’t work. A guy came to fix it, said he was going to go get something to fix it and never came back. I booked a single and was given a double. The air conditioner barely works. The pictures online do not match the rooms or property in person. Beds are uncomfortable.
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay Nothing
- Chris (2/5): - Dirty, needs paint, needs yo be torn down. Rude front desk staff. Expefia chsrged my credit card but fid not pay the motel so I had no reservation.
- Williams (3/5): Poor - It was affordable and pets are free. I didn't expect much considering it was a cheap night stay along the way. However, this was rough. The battery in the door was dead. So we didn't have a way in or out of the room without locking ourselves out..The ac was off when we arrived and quickly learned it just didn't work either. At this point we just want to shower and go to bed. Light didn't work in the bathroom. Called front desk because I cant leave and no answer. So had to shower in dark with door open. Finally tried to sleep and we all sweat through the night. It would have been fine if they offered to switch rooms or cared at all.
- Richard (1/5): Could not locate property. -
- Sheena (2/5): - This property was the worst I have pictures of bed begs ticks nasty just nasty
- Debra (5/5): Passable - Price Location, shape of room
- Johnnie (1/5): Bad -
- John (5/5): Passable - Towels were dirty and sink was dirty
- Verified traveler (2/5): Post-WW2 era building - I was amazed at how this aging building, with minimal upkeep, can continue to operate as a modern day Motel 6. I wouldn't go so far to call it “Ancient Ruins”, but some things should've been repaired or replaced long ago. With poorly fitting doors in their frames and strange wiring that would baffle any licenced electrician, this post-WW2 era motel is a relic from yester-year. Some of the units (but not all) actually have working toilets. Other plumbing issues are of concern.
Last year I stayed in a very nice, modern Motel 6 in Houston. But this one in Forrest City falls short of “acceptable”.
- Dwayne (2/5): Bed Bug City - The place is a sparsely decorated dump The fridge did not work and there were BED BUGS … I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there It was a absolute failure as a overnight stay.. l left without notice Awful just plain Awful
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- David (10/5): Various Problems and Complaints - Was provided the password to the WiFi upon check-in, but it would not connect. Called the front office twice about 30 minutes apart to find out if it was down and let it ring at least 50 times each with no answer. Talked to same desk manager at check-in and maybe the owner/manager the next morning at check-out to complain. The owner/manager said I should have called and I told him I did with the details above. He said they would do better.
Also, the cold water knob was so difficult to turn that my wife could not turn it off. I was able to do so. Told them at check-out about the problem.
There was one towel and one floor mat rolled up like a towel instead of two towels. There was a second floor mat available. Told them at check-out about the problem.
No shampoo or conditioner was provided. Did not call since we bring our own.
- Cheryl (1/5): Bad -
- Jennifer (1/5): Just don’t - Dirty
Shower so dirty I wouldn’t use it seen 2 constant bugs think cockroach
Hotel in convenient spot off exit
- Yolanda (2/5): - I didn't like that the motel was nasty and had roaches. The cost for the motel is to much and need to get some more cleaning people.
- Smith (5/5): It was ok - The price The smell and the fact they didn't clean the room when I asked them to or refresh towels and sheets
- Karen (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Steve (6/5): We got to sleep - No shampoo, dingy towels need bleaching.
Staff not trained properly, had to call for assistance. Office had bad odor. No fan in bathroom. Bathroom door not operable
- Xie (2/5): - Very bad
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Joyce (2/5): - The most filthy Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. We wanted to switch rooms because the bed had blood stains, the tub should be thown in the trash, the floors were dirty, the sink looked like a slop sink and the towels had been used as rags. The front desk tried to satisfy us by offering a new towel.
- Miguel (10/5): - Muy buen servicio
- Dara (1/5): You get what you pay for. - I liked the price There was mold in the bathroom, the heater didn’t work, and there were roaches throughout the room.
- Youngblood (7/5): Good -
- Bill (2/5): - Never a motel 6 ever again they're all crap
- Denise (2/5): Very poor - Roaches
- Stephanie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stephanie (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - I liked the size of the room, the king bed was very comfortable, and it was clean I didn't like that there were no outlets by the bed, most of the light bulbs didn't work, there was no chair besides a rolling chair for the desk, and there was no mini fridge
- Malena (2/5): - Bad
- Margot (2/5): Better off staying in your car or n a gas station parking lot for real. - The girl checking me in was nice The room was so filthy. I couldn’t even shower. You didn’t wanna go barefoot in there. I was so tired. I fell asleep immediately upon entering a room when I woke up I realized how disgusting it was. When I checked out, there was no one at the front desk to tell. Filthy. Felt awful waking up there.
- Eddie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (7/5): My purpose was served. - No breakfast Coffee not hot enough.
- David (6/5): Was Just Passing Through - Convenient location Could have been slightly cleaner
- Olivia (2/5): - Horrible and uncleanly. Spiders and bugs crawling in bed along with a bunch of hair covering the blankets and sheets. Very obvious it hadnt been cleaned prior to our visit. Room has obviously been broken into before, the door did not shut all the way and there was no lock on the door. Cabinets missing and filled with dust. Grass and dirt covering the floor. Bathroom dusty with a dead roach in the bathtub. The police sitting in the parking lot when we arrived should have been a dead giveaway of the disarray. Did not feel safe, property smelt of urine and lots of old men walking around shirtless in their underwear.
Room so bad we actually decided not to stay the night and found elsewhere. I want my money back.
- Judy (7/5): Good - Bed was great, and was a quiet place. The bath tub.
I couldn't take a bath.
And the faucet wouldn't turn all the way to the shower.
- North (5/5): Passable - No breakfast at this location.
- Kathern (1/5): Bad - We had to change rooms twice because the toilet didn't work the electrical was hanging out of the wall no TV also the rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned especially the bathroom fixtures. The person in charge acted like he didn't want to do his job.plus we had to park our car in another parking lot which there was a big hill but we had stairs to walk up to our room but it was still a walk to our room.
- Rooks (5/5): Please, advertise as a non smoking property. - Bed was comfortable and clean. I reserved a smoking room. When I arrived at the property, I was informed that I had a no smoking room and I would be charged $250 if I smoked in the room. And I couldn’t cancel because I would be charged for one night anyway.
- Cardavian (2/5): Very poor -
- Alana (8/5): Very good - large clean room pillows were hard and Small
- Dustin (10/5): it worked for what we needed. just could be more clean - we liked how it wasn't expensive for a nights stay . comfortable beds . floors were disgusting and we had no fridge .
- Melanie (8/5): Very good -
- Stephanie (2/5): Very poor - The cost. Nothing.
- Sandra (7/5): Good -
- Silvey (2/5): BEWARE! Avoid like the plague - Good location Booked a smoking room online, but upon check-in I found out it's a non-smoking property. Website said free breakfast but there was none; even worse there was no coffee maker in my room. Blackout curtains too small for window so lights from parking lot & hotel next door were always in my eyes. Air conditioner was so noisy it sounded like a truck parked in my room, but when I turned it off the TV next door was even louder (at 4 am). Hot water in tub was running when I arrived & it wouldn't shut off, plus tub was so rusty & disgusting I was afraid to shower. Toilet seat broken, toilet paper holder was missing & the half-used roll they left me was in the next room by the sink. Filthy fridge door only opened a couple of inches before scraping the floor & water poured out when I finally got it open. Saw a huge roach crawl under the bed and decided it best to sleep in my clothes. Noise kept me up most all night anyway. Absolutely horrible experience - I would've been better off sleeping in my car!
- Garrison (7/5): Good -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Lynne (2/5): - Worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The door on the mini fridge was not attached & the freezer shelf was unusable due to it being completely frosted. I let the front desk know & she just shrugged her shoulders and said “we know”. The bathtub/shower was filthy as was the carpet near the door.
- _saracampbell702 (2/5): Not worth the price - I would not recommend staying here. Our room was not very clean. I had to move the bed away from the wall to look for something and found dead bugs, pop cans, trash, and dirt. The water that came out of the sink and shower had rust in it. The towels were thin and looked dirty. The only nice thing that I can say about it is that the man at the front desk did give my dad a bandage for his arm that was bleeding after he bumped it on the counter. But then proceeded to give him a second floor room even after seeing that he was an elderly man who was not steady on his feet.
- Bridgette (6/5): Pleasant -
- Duncan (2/5): - Dirty room. Some suspicious stains on the carpet and what looks like candle wax all over the headboard andin the nightstands....
- Keyshiana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bryan (1/5): Look above. - No breakfast but that's OK, didn't want any. Sheets dirty, need be burned. Bath tub nasty, shower head fell off wall. Dead bugs on floor. No safety lock on door. I paid $65 for a $22 room. Needs complete remodel. Sorry, but it's true.
- Nathan (4/5): - The place was somewhere to sleep so I thank them for that! Overall cleanliness was horrible! Looking for different place next time!
- Don (10/5): Exceptional -
- Long (1/5): Bad -
- Malcolm (5/5): Mo - No No
- Karen (4/5): 10/10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!! - I liked the location. The drug users hanging in the parking lot and apparently they lived there. We stayed two nights and didn’t get towels on the second day until 3:38 pm. We asked several times and was told they were being washed at the Days Inn hotel.
- Andrea (1/5): Bad - Disgusting, dirty, most things not functioning.
- Jazmine (7/5): Good -
- Jazmine (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (8/5): It was good - Location
- Stephanie (1/5): Bad -
- Dana (3/5): Ick, gross - Place was filthy, sheets stained, toilet had black ring and hair on underside of seat. Soap in shower was used already, no indication toilet was sanitized. No bath towels only hand towels and wash cloth. Almost everything
