One light wasn't working but it was fixed the day later. Close to the train station and bus stop. A/C worked very well. Overall a good stay for that price, really just need to be more looked after.
- TomSean (10/5): This was so good we stayed twice in two weeks - For first time visitors to the city, this was a great find. We stayed here twice during our time in the regions. You won’t find more professional and helpful staff. The rooms are a lot more than bedrooms as they are well equipped for cooking, relaxing and sleeping. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfast has everything, including cooked eggs, bacon and pancakes as well as cereals and fresh fruit. And a great coffee machine! The location is within walking distance of all the sights and there are plenty good restaurants within 15 mins. And it’s only 15 mins walk from the railway station. Overall, the hotel is great value for money (book directly with the hotel for the best prices!). Our group highly recommends this hotel and it deserves a much higher star rating. Thanks for a great stay.

There was a strange smell in our room the whole time during our 3 night stay, even after leaving the windows open for long periods of time. Apart from that, ideal if you don't mind walking a little to the heart of the city!

- Philip (4/5): Avoid Staying Here ! - So, I booked this place because we were staying for a few days in Bordeaux and when we do longer stays we prefer to make our own breafast and have some room to move. So this place did fit the bill but there was issues right away. Like the elevator that brought you up from the parking garage did not work, so hauling all of our luggage was difficult. Then the key card also did not work, so we went via the auto route out of the garage with all of our luggage in tow and couldn't get the door to work ! Eventually another car came in and activated the door so we could get out. I told the reception about our issue and they said someone was coming to fix the elevator. Fadt forward 4 days and the elevator was still boken, and the key card to let you into the garage didnt work (again!). The bed was comforable but the bathroom door was broken and the sofa was in need of being replaced. I would have given the place a 3 ☆ rating but all the key card issues and parking elevator firced me to drop it to a 2☆.
- Camper00914390413 (2/5): Location's Great, But That's About It... - Sure, being right by the train station is super convenient, and you can walk to all the main spots easily. But honestly? That's where the good news ends. Well, the studios are pretty roomy, and having a kitchenette sounds great on paper. But here's where things went downhill fast. The moment I walked in, I was hit by this overwhelming stale tobacco smell (they'd tried to mask it with some air freshener, but... yeah, no). The windows facing the street were huge but filthy - though weirdly enough, the smaller ones were spotless! Go figure. 🤷♀️ I found hairs IN THE BED (I know, gross, right?), the bathroom was sporting some lovely patches of mold (not the decor I was hoping for), and everything just felt... sticky? The floors, the walls - and there was this persistent greasy food smell that wouldn't go away. Getting any sleep? Ha! There was this constant drone from the ventilation system that sounded like I was sleeping next to an airplane. Apparently, it's been an issue "they're working on" for ages. And mornings? Pure chaos! Doors slamming, vacuum cleaners roaring - forget about getting any work done or catching up on sleep. And here's the cherry on top - the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM! Want to know why? According to another guest, the poor receptionist (who was alone, by the way) - a guest had been cooking and the receptionist "Sarah" couldn't figure out how to turn it off. I mean, seriously? The staff seems nice enough, but they're clearly overwhelmed and undertrained. Red flag alert: they insisted on payment upfront and wouldn't let me see the room first. Never a good sign, right? Quick tips if you do end up staying here: Skip their overpriced breakfast - there are tons of cute bakeries nearby Don't waste €15 on their sketchy shared parking lot - park on Rue Court-Barbey instead (it's free at night and actually feels safer) Such a shame, really. The location and room size could make this place a winner, but between the cleanliness issues, the noise, and the general chaos, I just can't recommend it. They need to seriously up their game before I'd consider giving them another shot.

Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. - renosk409 (2/5): Serious Hygiene and Service Issues - While the All Suites Appart Hotel Bordeaux Centre Marne benefits from its prime location near the train station and the vibrant Capucins Market, my recent 8-night stay revealed significant concerns that overshadowed these advantages. The problems began at check-in, when I discovered alarming hygiene issues in my initial room. The bedding contained visible short hairs and lint, while both face and body towels displayed yellow stains indicating improper laundering. Although staff responded to my immediate request for a room change, maintenance issues persisted in the second room, including an empty shower gel dispenser that remained unfilled despite multiple requests to reception. Most problematic was the complete absence of housekeeping services throughout my entire stay. For 3-star establishment marketing extended-stay accommodations, the lack of basic services - sheet changes, bathroom cleaning, and trash removal - is unacceptable by any standard. The breakfast service, which should reflect the hotel's 3-star rating, failed to meet basic expectations in both variety and quality. The presence of flies around exposed jam jars raised particular food safety concerns that require immediate attention. Until these fundamental issues are addressed, particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance protocols, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers expecting 3-star accommodation standards. - Dreamer23879155718 (2/5): Significant improvement is required. - Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel did not live up to my expectations. A number of issues need to be addressed right away. First off, customer service training would be a huge help to the personnel in improving their interactions with visitors. An attitude that is more hospitable and accommodating will greatly enhance the entire ambiance. Furthermore, I think that when it comes to handling guest complaints, the management team has to be more proactive and present. The visitor experience can be substantially improved and a dedication to customer satisfaction can be shown by having management on hand to address problems. In light of my experience, I am unable to suggest this motel. There is a chance for a much better stay, therefore I genuinely hope they make the required improvements.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Never Ever Stay Here If You Like Sleep - This “hotel” is a disaster. Forget about staff that don’t care and not willing to help. Fully knowing they are across from a concert venue, staff decided to put us in a room right next to the venue on a Saturday night. Constant shouting by tens of people for hours into early morning. Front desk person (who can’t speak a word of English) listening to music with earbuds in and couldn’t care less when I went down to resolve this issue. Practically begged her to phone cops and finally she reluctantly did so. Told me cops don’t care and won’t come unless there is a fight and weapons are involved. Well, be that as it may, this is on All Suites for having the audacity to put guests in a room knowing they won’t get a wink of sleep. Shame on them. I am writing this review to save my fellow travelers from ruining their stay in Bordeaux by staying in this dreadful hotel (for lack of a better word).
- Jason (2/5): - Extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. This resulted in an immediate checkout and a refund request. The bathroom toilet had human excrement all over it (inside and out), there was a filthy toilet bowl brush next to the toilet, and questionable substances smeared on the floor. The bathroom sink was also dirty. The one plus side-- the front desk was apologetic and responsive in checking me out and stating that a refund would be granted. Buyer beware.
- GlobeyWales (4/5): Okay location. Not quick to rectify issues. - Located within walking distance of the main attractions. Public transport very close by. Room was clean enough but they would only clean again if we paid as we were not staying long enough. We had two single beds. One mattresses showed a lot of wear and tear with large dips in it. Reported to reception several times, held off writing this review as I was told management would contact me. They have not. Stayed 4 nights and hardly slept.

- R8816IAdenisec (2/5): Unsatisfactory Stay at All Suites Bordeaux Centre Marne - My stay at All Suites Bordeaux Centre Marne was deeply disappointing and failed to meet basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. The room's condition was unacceptable, with dirty towels, unclean walls, and a dust-covered fan. I documented these issues with photographs for reference. Upon reporting these problems to reception, I was informed that such conditions were 'normal' for Building F. An employee explained that this building is shared with students year-round, which may account for some issues but does not justify the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The absence of air conditioning in 'economic' studios was not clearly communicated during the booking process. This crucial information should be more prominently displayed to prevent unexpected discomfort for guests. I also observed that the hotel frequently uses identical, seemingly copy-pasted responses to reviews, which raises concerns about their genuine engagement with guest feedback.

Moved from there after 1st night as property had mold and no a/c.had booked for 4 nights since this had a a/c. On first night, the a/c didnt work. Complained to manager and she said no rooms available for a change for 1st night. To try next day. Next day were moved to another room which had working a/c. Asked for refund for 1st night. Manager asked us to contact hotels.com for refund and once hotels.com request it, he will approve it. Did file a request with hotels.com. yet to hear from them. Disappointed with service from hotels.com

We ran out of soap in the shower on our second day, and literally asked every day if they could refill it…they never did. The AC was not working. We set the temperature to 17C Ethernet room temperature was always at 26-28C. We complaint about this, never got fixed. Too many issues to write them here, will never stay there again

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great deal! - I am so happy I booked this hotel. Wow, the rooms are quite spacious, plenty of space to lay out all my luggage. The room was clean. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, knife, pot, pan, induction cook top, sink, two glass bowls, dish soap. The staff at the check in were warm and welcoming. They were helpful and spoke many different languages. The hotel is so close to public transportation, or if you want to walk, many things are close by. The price for what you get is a great value!

- Miss C D (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel was disappointing. On the positive side the room size was good and the staff were nice. However it was hard to sleep, there was noise coming from a bar/club and it was too light at night. The room safe was broken and the very small supplies of toilet roll, coffee etc were not replenished/filled up. There were no cleaning fluids except for washing up liquid but there is only cleaning once a week or when you leave except for washing up liquid.

I immediately called Expedia to inform Them that I would be canceling and staying somewhere else. I expected a refund based on the complaints and photos I had of the room. They were not helpful at all. We found a lovely boutique hotel for the same price in a better area.

En la recepción increíblemente me acompaño al edificio donde estaba el departamento y el recepcionista no me ofreció llevar la valija (increíble). tampoco me imformó como se abria la puerta para salir del edificio y no entendía como hacerlo. El departamento esta muy bien tiene todo lo necesario pero no tiene cortinas por lo tanto se ve todo desde afuera.

The hotel itself is in good conditions, the staff is helpful and they offer a decent buffet breakfast. However it could improve in cleanliness. And as it's located next to a concert hall, there was a lot of noise on the street during cerain nights (the hotel was accomodating and agreed to switch us to a higher floor with less noise impact). Overall good value for money.

- Patrisha (8/5): - Super convenient location — a 10 minute walk from Gare St Jean. Loved the kitchenette. Bathroom was also spacious. Was in Bordeaux for less than 24 hours and this hotel is perfect for one night.

While the hotel states there are irons and boards available upon request, there were no boards ( hotel said they were stolen) and iron was filthy. Staff at check in seemed bothered to be approached and were more interested in talking amongst themselves over assisting guests.

- Dante (10/5): Great stay - Great stay actually. Previous reviews were on point, we were not disappointed. The place is conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance of several landmarks or areas of interest. Studio was spotless and well equipped, there were no noise disturbances of any kind, and the staff was delightful and helpful. We definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately elevator wasn’t working in car park so had to lug bags up stairs. Also no instruction on parking. If you are driving - there is a small street with metal gate at end you can pull into to check in. About 20 mins from city centre.
- GUY (2/5): look at the pictures . this place is poor !!!! - this place is far from what you see in the pictures. i booked a double room and when we get there we where amazed how poor is the room. the front desk lady refuse to change our room or cancel it. we left the place to another hotel and over a month we are trying to get our money back but there are no answers from anyone in the hotel. "hotels.com" say they can't help... anyone that look at the pictures will understand the situation

The heat in our room wasn’t working, so they brought a blanket and later moved us to a different room. It’s a bit far from downtown, but it’s near the bus and under a 10 min walk from the city’s larger marketplace. We’d come back.

We enjoyed the World of Wine museum very much. The apartment was ideal, clean and comfortable. We walked into the city centre etc but there is an excellent tram network and river buses.

At the second booking (two days apart) the room was dreadful . No airconditioning, opposite a noisy child minding centre, and when we requested a change and a fan (and a hairdryer) staff became unhelpful and a male front desk person quite rude. Only contemplate the main building; if you are offered the non-airconditioned area, look for another hotel.

- HUNG (4/5): Not recommended. Too hot. No A/C nor fans. BAD. - Both receptionists were on their mobile phones while we waited for 5 minutes. Temperature was +90 F and there was no A/C nor even a little table fan. Hot, hot, hot. We had to use taxi to go to nearest place to eat. Won't recommend this place to friends, especially in summer months. Recommended to staff to install a small table fan, and the answer was "we told you so. No A/C nor fan". Why not install just $20 table fan?? Unthinkable for such attitude/service. Breakfasts were good, tasteful omelette and fresh orange (to make your own OJ)
- David (6/5): Prison cell for three please. - The staff was indifferent. The room was in disrepair. The vibe of the whole place was like a prison. The parking facilities were filthy. The neighborhood seemed dangerous too. Look elsewhere.

Always sent only 1towel. Didn’t vacuum the whole time we were there. The bathroom walls and baseboards were horrid. The bathroom window was broken from one side to the other. Would not recommend. Was too far away from the city centre and public transportation.

It's not in the prettiest of areas but it doesn't matter as it's less than a 10min walk to the railway station and a short bus ride from the main historical areas - the bus is at the end of the street.

- Verified traveler (2/5): NEVER NEVER STAY AGAIN - New building with hardly any ventilation, Air conditioning switch was broken and no air conditioning for EXECTIVE STUDIO. You can't open the window because bars nearby, guys screaming even 4am in the morning. Hotel promised to change another room for me but never happened. Sweating all night long. The worst is house keeping never came to my room to clean and change towels during my whole stay (3 nights). I left my big hair curler in the bath room and called back to the hotel within an hour after I checked out. they said they couldn't find it. What kind of a hotel it is? The worst hotel I ever stay in France. Poor breakfast except the fresh squeeze orange juice.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Fairly convenient for the key sights, which are about 20 minutes walk away. A regular bus service runs close by. Station is about 10 minutes walk. Supermarket 5minutes. Superior suite was comfortable and reasonably equipped with fridge, hot plate, microwave etc Saucepans but no frying pan. No toaster but could request one. Reception staff were pleasant enough but not particularly welcoming. Room cleaning thorough but not daily. We had to twice request a second set of towels as only one set replaced. Hotel very quiet, no disturbance from within or without. Efficient air con. Bit clinical but worked well for us and we would be very happy to stay again.

Location was walkable to the railway station and to the city centre however a tram was also nearby. The area was not very nice though - dirty and run down.

- CPB (8/5): - The rooms were spotless and the staff all friendly and helpful. For me the location wasn't great but would be good for train travellers. Next time I come to Bordeaux I'll get somewhere nearer a tramline.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Almost perfect for me! - Room was perfect for me - powerful hair dryer, clean & good quality towels, comfortable bed, sound-proof room, utensils, microwave, fridge, & kettle, a cushy sofa for me to wear my boots or look out of the window, a nice small table & chair for me to have snacks or do light work. Location is in between Bordeaux Main Train Station (5-7 mins walk), and their main attractions (15-20 mins walk). There is a boulangerie just ~100m away from the hotel, facing the Main Street called Opera. They make the best croissants, with flaky exterior & melty pillowy buttery interior. Opens at 7am, so just nice to grab something before starting the day. The only tiny issue I had was the make-up for my room wasn’t as thorough as I wanted it to be. However, this is a small thing & will not deter me from staying here again next time round!
