Il est situé dans une ruelle calme mais proche de Djemaa el Fna et du Palais de la Bahia. Le personnel nous a très bien accueillis et le petit déjeuner était délicieux..

Kein Englisch, was aber nicht schlimm ist, schließlich sind wir Gäste im Land und hätten etwas mehr Französisch vorbereiten können. Kein eigener Schlüssel für Haustür, man muss klingeln. Auch das ist nicht schlimm, es ist immer jemand da, man hat aber das Gefühl, man scheucht immer jemanden auf, was mir selbst unangenehm war.

La pulizia è eccellente e lo staff molto cortese e gentile. La stanza è fresca, c'era pure il phon. Lo consiglio. Abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti e le colazioni sono state tutte differenti. Tutto perfetto

Just they don’t take the payment through booking so be ready with cash in euro if you want to pay in MAD. If you pay by card on site they calculate through MAD and it is not the price in eur that is on the medina fir example. So cash is best. As all riads in the medina you have to walk to the car aprox 5 Minutes, which is not a problem. They send trolley for the luggage. We arranged also airport transfers through them and ti the Majorelle gardens and we are very happy with the service It is super

• David (10/5): Great place to stay in the madina - We stayed here for seven days. Located right among the souks it was a great location from which to browse the market stalls. All the main attractions of the medina, like the Bahia palace, Koutoubia and the secret garden, were within easy waking distance and tours were handy to arrange either at the Todra or close by. Tucked up a narrow alleyway the Riad was quiet and peaceful. There are only four rooms so no crowds of noisy guests. Mouhsine was very friendly, polite, helpful and always smiling. Layla took great care in housekeeping even altering the way she made our bed when she noticed we liked the blankets higher towards the pillows. Breakfast was prompt and filling. The roof top terrace was a pleasant place to sit and catch the sun and had a good view of the Koutoubia. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water and the air conditioning was good. I found nothing that I didn’t like about this property and its staff.

• Philippe (9/5): Excellent séjour - Le riad est très bien situé au coeur de la médina. Tout est accessible à pied. L'accueil du personnel (merci Moushine!) était parfait, toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi dans une salle à l'étage ou sur la terrasse si la météo le permet (on y était en février). Le riad est un peu bruyant du fait de la résonance à l'intérieur de l'immeuble. Je suppose que c'est habituel dans ce type de construction.

Tanto la propietaria como las personas encargadas de la cocina y limpieza y el ayudante están siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Son grandes profesionales. Es mi segunda vez en este Riad, se han hecho reformas últimamente. Ha mejorado muchísimo. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, así como el baño. El desayuno es fantástico, con café, zumo natural, bollería, lácteos… La azotea te permite una vista estupenda de la ciudad. Para mí, recomendable 100% por el trato humano y también por las condiciones inmejorables del Riad. NADA

• Antonia (9/5): - Das Riad Todra ist eine familiäre und authentische Unterkunft in Marrakesch, die außerdem eine sensationelle Lage hat! Unweit vom Djemaa el Fna, gelegen in einer Seitenstraße eines Souks, hätten wir uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Man ist schnell direkt im Geschehen, kann sich aber gut zurückziehen, ohne zu viel vom Trubel oder dem Lärm zu spüren. Typisch für die meisten Riads sind die Zimmer in der Riad Todra auch eher klein, jedoch für uns komplett ausreichend und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde ein frisches Frühstück serviert (frischgepresster Orangensaft, unterschiedliches Gebäck, Marmeladen, Butter, Joghurt und Kaffee), das uns gut geschmeckt hat. Am meisten hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich engagierte, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal! Ich könnte mich nicht erinnern, jemals so einen lieben und fleißigen Rezeptionisten wie Mouttsine (ich hoffe, ich schreibe es richtig) kennengelernt zu haben. Wir waren wirklich begeistert, er hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Ebenso war die Dame (ich glaube, sie heißt Ilhem), die uns das Frühstück vorbereitet und serviert hat, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ist das Riad Todra jedem zu empfehlen, der es gerne bodenständig und familiär mag.

Toda a semana quis fazer o pagamento, o senhor foi sempre dizendo que não havia problema, pagava mais tarde. Quando cheguei ao último dia da estadia, disse-me que tinha que pagar em dinheiro, que estavam com problema no banco. Acabei por ir levantar algum dinheiro, paguei uma parte em dinheiro outra com o cartão, afinal dava para pagar com cartão. Não gostei da atitude, fiquei com a sensação de andaram a semana toda a adiar que eu fizesse o pagamento para depois receberem tudo em dinheiro. Muito má atitude, apesar da boa localização não recomendo este Riad.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Marrakech, making it easy to explore the main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was simply delightful, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff, exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech. A perfect combination of prime location, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!

Very near the souks and meeting place for excursions. The door to the toilet doesn't open wide due to the bed frame partially blocking it. Noise could be heard around the place but it didnt bother us.

Estábamos ubicados en la planta de calle y el Riad no ofrecía la llave de entrada a los clientes ni sistema de entrada con código. Por este motivo a la noche entraban clientes a las 10-11-12-1am y picaban al timbre o bien daban golpes a la puerta y me despertaban cada vez. Además les pido una factura de la estancia que necesito para justificar el gasto por un problema previo con eDreams (nunca más cojo nada con ellos) y me envían una proforma en su lugar.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse absolue et le petit-déjeuner complet servi avec le sourire ; internet de bonne qualité et literie comfortable. Petit bémol pour l'intimité; pas de porte avec WC et espace conséquent sous porte donnant sur patio.
• Sophie (8/5): Très bien - Les petits déjeuner sur la terrasse étaient fabuleux, délicieux dans un chouette cadre avec un personnel vraiment là pour nous. Le personnel est vraiment super sympa, à l'écoute, là pour nous aider et nous recommender. La chambre est propre et le cadre est beau! Rapport qualité prix au top. L’insonorisation des chambres n'est pas top, nous entendions nos voisins de chambre parler, ça peu être embêtant ... Tous le reste était très bien !

• Grgur (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent, right next to the main square (all excursions will pick you up there) but in a secluded alley(the markets run late into the night so no noise). Pretty much was excellent, went in payed and toured around
