- ginny (10/5): - Clean and quite place to stay the room very spacious and clean and the owners was very nice
- Raghavender (10/5): - Quick check in and quote place
- Jason (2/5): - This place is horrible. Had the jacuzzi suite and there was no hot water. Mgt said since I booked with Expedia that I would have to contact them for any complaints. NO HOT WATER.
- William (10/5): - Smooth
- Robert (10/5): - Great Customer service, and Love every thing in the room. Their was nothing I don't like.
- Robert (10/5): - Staff was friendly and polite. Room was property where clean.
- Priscilla (6/5): - You get what you pay for. Has a full kitchen but the rooms are old & smelly. We booked to sleep (4hrs only).
- James (10/5): - Nice room with a jacuzzi tub
- Susan (8/5): - I stayed in the jetted tub room, and, Oh My WORD, so much more than I expected! An entire room for a tub that could hold 4! And the rest of the room was amazing. The staff were so friendly! I will stay here next time I am in town!
- Jose (10/5): - Keep up the good work
- SHELIAH (4/5): Highlands Overnight - Room was comfortable but couldn't adjust air. There was no coffee or extra conveniences offered. Service at the desk was rude and not friendly at all.
- Bryan (2/5): - I left the horel for a day and a half to go up to the family farm when i returned all the food I had left in the refrigerator and on top of the refrigerator was gone they said they thought i checked out the stuff i left in the shower still there but all the food was gone that to me is theft i would not recommend them to anybody will not ever go back even though its only a couple of blocks from other family I was there to see i paid for the week means i am there for the week wether i am in the room or not if i was gonna chexk out early i would jave come told them
- Don (10/5): - The room is bigger than some apts. I've lived in. Walls are thin
so be careful how noisy you might get during the night.
- Dawn (6/5): - I knew what I was getting when I reserved here. Was pleasantly surprised with the level of cleanliness. Staff was very friendly as, well.
- Josh (4/5): - Decent price. It was over 100 degrees and the pool was drained and closed. Luckily I brought my own soap and shampoo because the offered ones were garbage. All rooms had old furniture right outside the rooms and not taken away. Thin walls.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - All good
- Lucas (2/5): - Room was ok. Neighbors had dogs that barked and cried all night
- Brenda (8/5): - The layout of the room was nice. The bedroom area, dining area, work area, and kitchen were all in one room, but creatively partitioned. Lots of storage space! Very clean and fresh.
- Keenan (2/5): Bad management or owner - Office ppl were rude with me and my wife.....we went there cuz of our grandsons birthday. They repeadly told us no one else to stay there wich was fine we brought our grandson back to hotel for couple hrs after lunch office lady chased us down and kept saying no visitors allowed and for the fifth time hes only staying for a couple hrs till his mom gets off work!!! Anyway bad service all around didnt want to give extra towels, pillows so on. So i dont recommend this place....we will never stay there again
- Janet (2/5): - The room was dirty and it smelled bad. There were beat up chairs and ashtrays outside all the rooms. The general appearance is rundown. We decided not to stay there because it was so dirty, rundown and amelly
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Seemed to be a lot of oversized pick ups dominating the parking lot. Guys sitting around outside, kids toys on walk way. Seemed like maybe people were living there? I didn't feel very safe going outside. Inside was not very clean... on the other hand nice jetted bath tub, plenty of towels. No bugs.
- Gwendolyn (4/5): Natural disaster - I was evacuated from Lake Charles Louisiana. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic for about 14 hours. I requested a cancellation and was denied a refund. My circumstances were dire and I am disappointed the hotel would not cancel. They could have easily gotten another stay
- Thomas (2/5): - When we got to the hotel we were refused a room after we had paid through Expedia. The manager accused us of having more people than what we reserved the room for when we didn’t. Then tried to make us pay for the room again saying they didn’t get paid by Expedia when they had and was asking more than the original price. We refused to pay cash for the room since we had paid by card already. Ended up sleeping in the truck that night till we could get a room the next day somewhere else. The place looked dirty and the manager was very rude!!
- Timothy (10/5): Great stay - Very nice hotel well maintained for the area.
- Brittany (8/5): It was ok - The place was clean and comfy. The blankets are some what thin. The breakfast was just snack cake type food. The front desk didn’t have anyone available.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice, clean, pleasant & convenient location to visit family in the area. We will stay there again in the future!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was street level, & close to my car, everything was ok
- K.maria (2/5): - The guy at the front desk was grumpy! And then wrote a review saying we trashed the whole room.. I HAVE NEVER INNMY LIFE TIME TRASHED A ROOM LET ALONE A HOTEL/MOTEL ROOM.. i always pick up after myself .. And always leave in good standing..
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location, clean and comfortable for the price
- Hollie (2/5): Never again - There were no comforters on the bed. Just sheets and a thin coverlet that appeared dirty. The sheets were stained and had some holes. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. The room smelled weird. We killed a roach in the bathroom. The breakfast consisted of dry cereal, and some packaged danishes and muffins. There was coffee and juice. There are no pool towels and they only give you enough towels for each person in the room. The kids enjoyed the pool though. I had to get a new room key twice because it would not work.
- Carolina (10/5): - Clean rooms, love their customer service!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - the rooms are non smoking, but they provide a chair and an ashtray outside by the door and the smoke seeps into the rooms and they stink as if smoking were allowed in the room.
I loved the display of the American flag on the property. I will stay with them again just because of that, even if the rooms have a smoke smell.
Otherwise, their value is generally good. I would recommend the place.
- lauro (8/5): satisfecho - estancia confortable ok
- Beverly (6/5): Basic accommodations - An unexpected need for an overnight stay so only wanted to pay for basics. That’s what this was-clean, bed slept fine but had to ask for a blanket. No blow dryer in room, continental breakfast (very basic). Staff available by phone and helpful when needed. Had microwave, fridge, electric burners.
- Terrell (10/5): - Jacuzzi suite is awesome. Breakfast is a joke.
- jessica (8/5): Baytown lovely - The hotel was very clean, great amenities, near restaurants and shopping areas
- jim (8/5): - Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The staff has a tendency to be a bit MIA when you need something. The price is in-line with other like properties in the area but, due to the concentration of the oil refineries and oil refinery workers the price for this and the other like hotels are out of line with a similar place 50 miles down the road.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Our stay - It was good saw a few roaches but other than that GREAT
- Stephen (4/5): Not for travelers, Locals only. - Blanket on the bed is thin, pillows are hard and uncomfortable, room was dimly lit because there are no lamps on the night stands. heat light in the bathroom was replaced with a florescent light. Hotel provided soap was so cheap it was like prison soap.
