• MICHELLE (7/5): Cómodo. - Morros es una excelente ubicación, el edificio cuenta con muchas áreas para el disfrute y tiene la playa a unos pasos. El apto era amplio y limpio. El apto presenta un fuerte olor a humedad que está en la sala, se da cuando se prende el aire acondicionado de allí. La duela me dice que tienen conocimiento del hecho. La host, en definitivo, debe mejorar el relacionamiento con los huéspedes.

Victoria muy amable y presta a atender cualquier solicitud. (Fuimos con mascotas, PetFriendly) El ingreso en portería es bastante lento, recomiendo llegar al menos media hora antes del check in.

The apartment faced the noisy Street. The cooking equipment was lacking.and the couch was very uncomfortable.

Also it was a really comfortable apartment for a family. Some restaurants in the area and easy to go around or go to the Center by Uber or a drive.

• Taylor (1/5): Bad - Don’t trust this host. I showed up for my reservation and she said that she cancelled it on me because there was no payment made. On Booking.com, there was no payment to be made- it said pay at the property. This lady is a scammer.

• Darrell (10/5): Excellent place to relax - Very quiet and peaceful and good view. The pool is very nice as well as access to the beach. Nothing bad at all I’ll come back! The place is great but at times I’d rather be closer to the old city but that’s just a want not a need…I’d still stay here.
• Ana (10/5): Excelent apartment and great deal! C - The experience was great. I have never seen an apartment so clean and well organized! It has everything and more. I was not expecting the apartment to be so big. It has two full bathrooms and a laundry area. I stayed in different places during my time in Cartagena and this was the best value for price one! I cannot complain about the apartment nor the host. The one thing is that it is not close to the city center. But it is perfect to chill by the pool and very convenient to get to or from the Airport!

• Omar (1/5): The owner is a thief and they will scam you to keep your security deposit - Not much because of the poor attitudes of the staff and the owner is a thief. They had a scam to act like we broke a handle on a sliding door but it was already broken when we arrived. This is the way they tried to justify keeping $170,000 COP of our security deposit. They should be removed from booking.com. they want to cancel reservations and they say they will not have to pay booking.com a service fee. I have copies of the messages that were sent to me in this regard. I notified them in advance of my checkout time so I could receive my security deposit and the owner made many excuses of why they could not come. They also said they would like to cancel the booking.com reservation in order to not have to pay booking.com service fee. When the person arrived in the morning they went directly to the broken door to try to claim that it was something that we did. It is an obvious scam and these people are thieves.
