- Lea (10/5): Great place. - This place is quaint and awesome....Robin made it a great weekend. Also had a phenomenal breakfast each morning prepared by Patrick. He was a jewel. We will make this place our "go to" any time we are in Eureka Springs !!
- Brad (10/5): We loved it here! - It was beautiful and in a great location. Nothing
- Matthew (5/5): - Stayed 3 days and room was never cleaned or bathroom towels ever replaced. Breakfast isn’t served until 9:00 a.m. so we were already out the door. No drinking water provided other than the 2 at check-in. Would not stay again.
- Susan (6/5): Wouldn’t recommend to my friends because of the breakfast experience. - The house is amazing. Nice area, very quaint, love the “feel” of an old, historic home that wasn’t actually old. Host is super nice and welcoming. Breakfast was bad. For the price of the room, we expected a decent hot breakfast. Waited 1-1/2 hours the first morning and was served a hard cold pancake and cool eggs. The only thing decent was yogurt and fruit but there was so little food you had to take two bits worth to save something for other travelers. The second morning was worse. Extremely inefficient cook.
- Badria (9/5): This last-minute booking was a pleasant surprise with this tastefully maintained Victorian home! - Really loved all the little personal touches & details with the interior design/ decorating. Elegant! N/A
- Brendan (10/5): -
- Yancey (10/5): - Very much enjoyed our stay
- Normandleslie (10/5): Our 23 year wedding anniversary was fabulous - Location and breakfast the next morning N/A
- Steve (8/5): If the storms had not shut off all power to the town for 6-7 hours it may have been better. There was no backup power, n - Beautiful home and garden Hillside and parking was somewhat difficult
- Dani (10/5): Hope to go back :) - Amazing property. The owner is very friendly, the jacuzzi tub…. Oh the jacuzzi tub. It’s so good she also keeps soaking salts on hand for guests just ask.
Super cute, owner used to be an interior designer and she did a fabulous job. We did ask for balcony room and didn’t get that but our room was very nice the stained glass is incredible. Third floor balcony is amazing. And the garden is absolutely top tier.

- Grace (8/5): Lovely, would stay again but choose a different room. - The property is beautiful, impeccably clean and decorated. The owner was available and friendly. The grounds were gorgeous and well-maintained. The breakfast was serviceable. Our room was a bit small, and I was disappointed when no daily refresh. Walls are thin.
- Tim (10/5): New favorite for trips to Eureka. - Great bed, great shower, easy check-in to room. Balcony and garden were unexpected pluses.
- Anna (4/5): - The room was clean, but had a few burned out light bulbs and no body soap. The walls are so thin you can hear the people next door using the toilet. The furniture was not in good shape, the dresser drawer would not stay n place. The owner bragged that she was an interior designer. This fact is definitely not apparent in the mosh mash of decor. For her to be driving a Mazzerrati, one would think they could afford to put a box of Kleenex in the room, but there are none. Looks like the money is all spent on her car and not going back into her place of business. Breakfast consisted of some scrambled eggs and mixed fruit in a bowl that was it, we decided to go out for breakfast. The tub and shower area is definitely not for older folks. Unless you have really long legs, it’s difficult to step up out of the deep sunken tub to the floor. The tile gets really slick when it gets moisture on it and there are no rugs. This is not a place that we will be staying again. Spend your money wisely and go to a hotel. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and the advertisements.
- Debbie (4/5): - The food was totally uneventful. I felt having store bought donuts and having to service my self was not acceptable
- Mike (10/5): - The inn is a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Eureka Springs. Huge rooms, beautiful gardens and a wonderful host. I give it my highest possible rating.
- Madeline (10/5): - The home is absolutely beautiful, and the hostess is as gracious as they come! We loved everything!
- Helen Natalie (9/5): Beautiful Very clean and super comfortable beds. Yummy breakfast!! - It is one of the best kept historic home we have seen in Eureka Springs. Not just B&B’s but of them all. Everything was beautiful and in great restored condition. It was just a tad bit awkward at breakfast not knowing exactly what we were supposed to do. No one really knew if we were to sit and wait go in the kitchen and serve ourselves or where the coffee was LOL not a big deal overall we all figured it out.
- Manley (10/5): - The breakfast cooked by the staff was extremely fresh with lots of fruits, yougurt, and other healthy options.
- Michael (6/5): - The room we had was generous in size. Unfortunately, the A/C vent was right above the bed so we got blasted with cold air all night. There were also many lights not working in our room. Breakfast was terrible. Some sort of egg casserole that was dry and chewy along with some pancakes that looked and tasted like what you would expect if your kids made you a surprise breakfast without supervision. We only ate there in the first day.
The host was very nice.

- Jeannie (10/5): Rest & Recharge - Property was clean, historic, charming and beautifully kept. Bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept excellent both nights. Hostess & owner Robin is a gem with the best sense of humor. She was accommodating for all of my needs. Coffee and breakfast were superb. Sounds, sights, and the beautifully curated environment helped me recenter my soul. It was a much needed solo getaway. I was planning my next trip to Rose Hall on my drive home. Do yourself a favor and book more than one night. Thank you Robin, it was just what I needed. God Bless. 💕
- melissa (10/5): - Very beautiful place to stay, Robin was an excellent hostess. Would definitely recommend
- Verified traveler (6/5): Odd - Beautiful place, but the proprietor was not there. There was a caretaker there who very nicely took care of us and went out to buy us food. The place was oddly kept, in that some parts were fantastic, others felt unfinished.
Overall, strange. But again, a beautiful place in a beautiful location.
- Martha (8/5): We had a good time and made the best of everything.it was our 21st wedding anniversary and it much could make us have a - It was absolutely beautiful. Location was great. Host was super friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious. Huge bathtub in our bathroom was amazing. No heat in our room. It was very cold outside and room was cold. The air vents we found to be closed so we opened them but it didn’t make any difference in the room temp. There was a gas fireplace. The host lit it for us but she was very unfamiliar with how to light it and was kinda comical. But we could still smell the gas and was giving us a headache so we turned it off in fear of dying in our sleep ( probably and exaggeration lol) but wanted to be safe. We kept warm enough under the covers. Also the fireplace is obviously not vented properly as you could see the fireplace front was all black from soot.

- lanell (10/5): - This place was wonderful! The entire place is magnificently decorated, with cozy rooms, a peaceful garden view, and an unforgettable breakfast made with top ingredients. Robin is classy, warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!
- Stephen (10/5): Preference location- excellent just - will return again to this establishment - Host - breakfast - location - quality establishment Nothing
- nancy (2/5): - I was unable to stay at Rose Hall as I was stuck in Wichita with car issues for a few days. I tried to request a refund for one night (or even a partial refund) but after many attempts at contacting the owner, leaving voice mails, and sending emails, I was denied any refund. Expedia also tried but was unsuccessful. I think this was a very poor business decision given the reason for my emergency cancellation. Google maps also shows this property as closed. I would not recommend staying here -- not impressed.
- Chasity (10/5): - Lovely property with equally lovely owners. Robyn was very communicative prior to check-in. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. We hope to return in the future to enjoy the leaves changing colors and this will be our go-to B&B

- Susanne (10/5): - Lovely home. Our room was very comfortable with a big cozy bed. We enjoyed being off the beaten path but close enough to downtown. The town trolley has a stop at the B&B and is very convenient. Parking was a snap here. We would happily return.
- Susanne (10/5): - Well appointed room. Dreamy bed and sheets. Nice breakfast. Can be a little difficult to locate. Pretty location. Would be happy to return.
- Christopher (8/5): - Robin was great and even went to get us a bottle of wine for after dinner when we asked where to get one she said I’ll go get it you all just go enjoy dinner. Love the hangout upstairs. Just our style
- Douglas (6/5): - Inn had been recently painted and was very clean but lacked normal bathroom fixtures. There was little space for towels and no bath/clothes hangers.
Other reviews talked about the great breakfast but ours was not good. Eggs not done and little variety.
For the price paid it was not what is expected.
