• Smith (1/5): - Jenine the front desk person gave myself and husband a very hard time, insisting that “those 3rd party apps aren’t good” and that she could not fine my reservation even AFTER I had given my name- confirmation number as well as my license. My husband took us to a Family members home we waited until 8-9 o’clock to return and TRY AGAIN- and we were able to sleep our 3 children. And we are also now fighting to understand two separate stay charges from this hotel smh The staff and televisions

• Joseph (8/5): HEAT STROKE HALLWAYS. - It was really nice. The staff was nice . There was only one thing that me and my wife thought that the hallways were very warm and uncomfortable walking to the room. Once we were in the room we were comfortable, because we had control of the thermostat though. I told the front desk about it and they said ok that they would look Into it, but it still stayed hot the whole 3 nights we were there. I told the front desk lady there should be some kind of compensation for it. They said they couldn't do anything for us. Everything I am saying is true. I'm not out to get anything for free. It's just me and my wife sharing our review thanks. Joseph Trahan. Please look into satisfying your customers a little better. That makes the difference... Hot hallways..... to my room

It just showed up on my credit card. No bill statement is given to us at time of check out. You could be charging anything.

• Lori (8/5): All in all it was a nice hotel, but probably won’t stay again. - Property was nice and clean. Staff were great and polite. Great location. The room felt hot. AC was set at 67, but it did not feel like that. I could not get a good night’s sleep because the room felt so hot. I have stayed before and it was the same problem.

Comfortable beds and pillows Needs to do better at cleaning. There was spills on the elevator that were not cleaned during our entire stay (5) days. They use powder creamer 😕 for coffee in lobby . The evening male receptionist was not welcoming . He did not bother to look at us once . His demeanor was not inviting or his tone of voice.
• Jessica (7/5): Quiet, good ac, but could use a cleaning - We stayed here two years ago and loved it. But since then the place has gone down hill. It didn’t look like they had vacuumed the floors in our room or the hallway in a while. Stains. Mold on the vents and gunk in the little sink hole. Dust all around. Something gross like a wad of brown hair sat on the elevator floor for three days. The outdoor furniture didn’t look like it had been cleaned recently. It had bird poop and wear and tear. We didn’t want to sit out there. The pillows weren’t comfortable for me personally. But it was really quiet and the ac was super cold which we really appreciate. The staff was friendly. I just hope they do a better job cleaning the hotel.

But other than that it was fine. I would stay there again room was affordable , clean and large, nice access for wife’s wheelchair.

The only item that may need attention are the hallways to the rooms. They dont seem to be air conditioned so were quite hot and humid.

• Ogwhofasa (4/5): - When we first arrived at the hotel, the original room we were given had several issues. The shower was in poor condition—the handle used to control the hot and cold water was broken, the showerhead needed repair, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. That was definitely a no-go, so we requested a different room. The new room was better overall, but the shower still had a problem: water leaked out, and we had to put down a towel to keep it from spreading. By that point, we’d already switched rooms once, so we just dealt with it. It made me realize that the hotel doesn’t seem to inspect their rooms very thoroughly. In the long run, that kind of neglect will only damage their own property. As for me—would I stay here again? Probably not.

• Kenneth (10/5): Great Place To Stay - Took a trip to Katy for a weekend getaway with the family and booked a suite at Holiday Inn Express for a 2 day stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with the most excellent and professional service! Check in was flawless and the room was more than what i ever expected. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent as well. Alex the bar/ grill attendant was a hoot! He really made our evening enjoyable. The room prices were greasonable and the location was in perfect proximity to Typhoon Texas and Katy Mills Mall. We had an awsome weekend!! A Big Thank you to all the staff !!!!
