• Georgia R (8/5): Studio room. - I was a bit concerned prior to check in as I’d travelled a long distance and had no information re check in process. Was advised no concierge. Was relieved when I arrived and there was a receptionist who called the person I needed to speak to. Straightforward from then on. Room was nice. Clean and modern. Room could be improved by having a full length mirror. I was told this had previously been requested but still not provided. Would have liked a hairdryer. Also, couldn’t get the TV to work. A handrail to help climb the steep steps to the loft bed would have also been helpful.

• Michael (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Wir würden nicht nochmals hier hingehen. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist nicht so hilfreich, da man hauptsächlich mit „Grab“ so etwas wie Uber unterwegs ist. Auch vom Flughafen waren wir mit Grab günstiger als mit dem Zug. Der Ausblick aus dem 32 Stock war ganz cool, nicht Richtung towers aber dennoch cool. Die Kontaktdame war sehr nett erinnerte alles aber etwas an Airbnb - da keine rezeption usw. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Alles in allem für 1-2 Nächte okay

• Anna (10/5): - This was the second time we have stayed at the EST building. It's super well located, convenient to the trains and some awesome kedai in Brickfields. The amenities are great and the rooms are well laid out. Team running this apartment were well organised and professional. Would stay again.

• ZHI YAN (6/5): - Room was facing the front and sound insulation of the glass doors to the balcony was poor. As a result it was noisy at night with cars and bikes with modified exhaust zooming past. We booked the room for 3 persons but towels and linens were only provided for 2. Service hours were limited and we didn't noticed the lack missing linen and towel until late night, as such one of us had to use a spare t-shirt as towel and another used a personal towel and hoodie as blanket. Messaged the service executive next morning for additional linen and towel which were promptly delivered - a saving grace. Glass of the shower cubicle was badly stained with mold and I found an uneaten pack of sambal prawns in the kitchen cupboard upon check-in which stink up the entire room - was that why the balcony door was left open when I check-in?
• Enric (6/5): Needs a complete renovation - The apartment condition has nothing to do with the pictures. Bath and bed sheets were clean but the walls need a painting from time ago, the sofas are very dirt (I had to put a towel to sit on them). Abosulte zero decoration which makes the apartment disapointing. It needs a total renewal. The washing machine does not work. the irin table is dirt and the cover is broken.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Dissapointed - Request cleaning fees of 70 myr but room does not comes with proper facility such as towels and itinerary like iron and iron board. I was only able to get the key at 445pm while i was there waiting for "cleaning " since 4pm. Will not book again.

The staircase leading to the bedroom is really inconvenient for guests to go on. Otherwise I would overall give an excellent rate especially the location is really excellent and accessible to all major points in Kaula Lampur.
• LING LI (6/5): 現場收取住宿相關費用？ - 本次訂房是透過訂房網站購買，結帳時顯示4晚房價與服務費共2筆費用的總金額，待付款完畢，劃面卻出現視窗顯示住宿時還必需繳交清潔費用！心裡想怎麼會這樣呢？入住當天，房東真的也收取了馬幣15元/天，我想合理的費用支出是沒有問題的，但是不懂訂房網站為什麼會欺瞞消費者，不讓我再結帳前清楚知道消費總金額！另外，在此住宿5天清潔人員未曾做過房間清潔，但房東收了清潔相關費用。

• Jemmy Liz (8/5): Great for family - Check in and out was very easy. Staff were so friendly and accommodating plus the room itself is cozy for my family. Just the fees that were incurred, 60 for the cleaning fee which they collect to clean the room after you stay and not during. and RM 100 just for the parking fee. But overall, its a very great stay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 要額外收清潔費不合理，浴室蓮蓬頭出水量極小 - 居然要額外收取清潔費用，打掃阿姨來還需要我等在房間裡面，請問我是來出差的，怎麼可能會花時間等在房間幫打掃阿姨開門呢？沒有來掃還居然要收清潔費用，問工作人員居然回答打掃阿姨有來，是我不在房間的，所以打掃阿姨無法進房間打掃，這合理嗎？ 浴室洗澡的蓮蓬頭出水量極小，要洗頭洗澡極度不方便，水實在太小了！ 離LRT站倒是很近挺方便的，可以過天橋就到了． 附近沒有其他生活機能，找吃的很不方便，只能叫外賣．

• Sze Tung (10/5): 非常好 - 房間空間感很大，3個成年人住也會覺得很寬敞。家具和廚房用具大部分都新的，父母也很滿意。由於接近小印度的關係，在露台會聞到咖哩的味道，不過不開窗就聞不到。整體來說環境是很不錯的

Promise that the place will be clean up once during the stay. Nobody turn up. Property is located near nowhere. If you groceries, drink or food must take taxi or grab. Not walking distance. Will never come back to this place
• Verified traveler (4/5): Beware of Parking Fees - If you are driving, don't stay there. The parking charges are ridiculous. On 1 day I had to spend rm50 - 60 on parking charges alone. That's because they charge you per entry and if you have a car which guest will not use it multiple times during their stay. The check-in was wishy-washy. There's no check-in counter. You have to look for the coordinator hanging around the lobby. It's more like dealing with kereta-jaga (illegal parking attendants) boys. Guess it's a BNB thing. The furnishings were OK but you sleep up a loft reached with a narrow steep staircase. Unless there is a change in their parking charges, I will not be going there again.Hotels.com should stop putting up BNB places on their site.

Before checked in, there is a guy called me and said they were waiting for me at the lobby. When i reached there, i went to the check in counter but sadly the staff told me that i couldnt check in there, i need to contact the host, one thing that pissed me off was his attitude. Next, we requested for an extra card for our home cause we only got one, which was very inconvenience for 2 peoples, but the staff at the counter was being rude again, he could have tell us in a polite way. Overall, it is a nice place to stay

Though prior during booking, i was informed by owner it would be optional. It turned out otherwise because in my communication with them i had inadvertently referred to the cleaning fee as "housekeeping fee". The owner explained that one is optional and the other mandatory. So I was still faulted and had to pay...

We wanted to watch football match but during our 2nites stay unable to watch and they take 2days cleaning fee but never come to clean. • Verified traveler (10/5): Great location - Great location to explore Kuala Lumper, set in the middle of the Kuala there's a foot bridge to KL Central station where you can get the underground all over the city, its also a short walk to little india which is great for breakfast and dining out. The apartments are fairly new and are clean, you do have to pay for a final clean, There is also a pool and gym on the ground floor.

Everything was clean and in good working condition. Great price. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Bed is on the loft platform. The steps are too narrow and steep. Definitely no-go for kids. No house keeping. No instant coffee or tea bags provided. This is not a hotel. More like airbnb.
• Li Yen (10/5): 強烈推薦一定要來住的飯店 - 價格:性價比極高! 位置:位於捷運孟沙站旁，捷運站連接空橋步行約3分鐘，距離中央車站只有一站的距離，步行前往也不遠，附近還有小印度區可以逛街吃美食。 飯店整體:很新，有停車場，還有無邊際泳池、健身房、遊戲室，完全不會無聊。 房間設備:樓中樓的空間很大，四人入住也不覺得擁擠。廚房設備一應俱全，刀具、鍋碗瓢盆、快煮壺、微波爐、冰箱一樣都不少。提供洗衣/烘衣機，非常貼心。重點是相當乾淨! 服務:管家服務態度佳，會說華語和英文，不必擔心無法溝通。櫃檯人員及保全時常面帶笑容，令人有賓至如歸的感覺。

• Tricia (8/5): - The room is new as such it is clean and comfortable. However, the unit that I stayed in faces the LRT & track and it is still very noisy until 4am! The internet connection is also unstable. Bill, the staff who checked me in is extremely cheerful and welcoming.
• Pasupathy (2/5): Worst management .No cleaners.No amenities as said - So far the worst hotel management I have dealt with. When we reached the accommodation, we found that there is no internet, no TV and swimming pool was out of order (contrast to the website information)!Moreover foot stains were found in the chairs, dusty chairs, left over food waste which were not cleaned and we have to request for cleaning those. There is no management staff to attend any request and the cleaners came almost few hours to clean them. Since we requested the management for the non-availability of mentioned amenities(TV, Internet and swimming pool) and had dispute during checking-in, the supervisor was not happy and charged 160 Ringgit from us during check-out claiming that the bedsheets were dirty and need chemical cleaning. Though the facility is new, the management does not have any experience in managing them. Recommend not to book this facility.
