• Betty (3/5): Slechtste ervaring in heel Maleisie. - Personeel was vriendelijk en locatie was ok, maar daarmee was ook alles gezegd. Kamer was niet meer van deze tijd, bed was oncomfortabel (na 3 nachten deden al onze spieren pijn). We snappen niet hoe dit hotel aan 3 sterren komt??? Het ontbijt leek ook nergens naar, de koffie moest je zelf maken, je kreeg een zakje met koffie in en daar moest je dan van een thermos wat lauw water over doen, gewoon niet lekker. Ik had een toast met amper gekookte eieren en mijn man zijn engels ontbijt was ook allesbehalve. We hebben dan ook maar 1 keer ontbijt genomen, de andere 2 ochtenden zijn we een lekkere koffie gaan drinken bij The Stolen Cup, dat was pas echte koffie. Dit hotel was ook veel te duur voor wat het was. Wij raden dit niemand aan. Kamer met veel te hard en klein bed. Slecht ontbijt. Ook geen shampoo en conditioner. Wc papier was zelfs heel goedkoop en viel uiteen.

• M&K (10/5): - 安かったので正直不安でしたが、いい意味で裏切られました。 ナイトマーケットのすぐ近くなのに外の音が全然聞こえず、アザーンも聞こえず、静かで快適。 シャワーの水圧も問題なし。 あ、タオルはバスタオルのみでした。 立地抜群で、オランダ広場もすぐ近く。 ショッピングして荷物ができたらすぐ部屋に置きに戻れる距離。 キレイ、清潔、虫もいない。 何よりこのホテルを選んだ決め手は、エレベーターがあること！ マラッカは古いホテルが多く、エレベーターのない上に、荷物も自分で部屋まで運ぶホテルが多いと聞いていたので、荷物の多い私たちにはとても助かりました。 エレベーターと言うより、リフトって感じでおもしろかったですよ。 朝食なしプランでしたが、ホテルで提供してくださいました。ワッフルサンドがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。 次行く時も必ずここに泊まります。

Staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Rooms are clean and not old. FOC breakfast came as a little surprise:) The queen bed a little small for 2 pax though comfortable to sleep on.

It’s was much smaller then expected from the picture. The maintenance is questionable, things starts falling apart, the shower is very small.

• Kamaljeet (10/5): Good times at Timez - Love the location. Excellent foot massage right across the hotel. Just a short walk to the parking spot. You are in the heart of the shopping area but away enough from the noise at night. The staff are wonderful. Very helpful and so cheerful. The rooms are themed and beautiful. Each room has a coffee maker, which I truly appreciate Hotel s clean. They have a balcony for common use at the 3rd floor . Great to relax there before calling it a night. The kitchen for breakfast is comfy and there is pretty decor around . Overall it is perfect for a short stay . Can improve on providing more tables and chairs in the balcony area together with a fan. And provide an ice maker that guests can excess.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good price quality ratio - The hotel is located very closely to downtown and the top attractions of the city which is great, you can just walk a few minutes everywhere. The service personnel really makes the effort here, the rooms are quite clean, they give you tips and help you where they can. We had the waffles for breakfast which were delicious. One little thing but the hotel can’t really help: we had hotel guests that were quite loud at our floor. But for one night, totally worth it!

Air con of the other one was not good but they changed the room for us during the night. Rooms were quite small. The hotel is near the night walking street, so rooms in front of the hotel were noisy as sound from outside.

• Durgashrii (8/5): Perfect Jonker street stay - I liked that it was perfectly located in the heart of Jonker street. There is a public parking just 5 mins walk down the road . Staff were super helpful. Room was small but clean with all amenities. They even served a nice waffle breakfast . Loved the lift , Super cool experience I didn’t like the bed as it was light weight , kept on moving on the floor when I sat on it . This place is perfect to stay and visit Jonker street.

• Win (7/5): A day in Melaka Jonker Street - Reception offered free breakfast. AC thermostat set in a way the temperature will go 26C whether you like it or not so be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night to reset the temp and another round after that.

• Jessica (3/5): Was ok for the one night needed but have stayed in nicer accommodation across Malaysia for less. - Good location Very tired decor in hotel & photos were misleading, facilities were inconsistent / didn’t work (plugs for example) and there was a lot of noise in the corridors. Beds were hard and very squeaky.

• 周宏勳 (6/5): Needs to be improved! - The location is good. 1. The hot water only lasts for 3 mins , so the bathtub is useless. 2. The air conditioner cannot adjust the wind direction, blowing directly onto the bed. 3. The coffee machine is broken. 4. The bathroom is slippery. I think it's because the soapy water dries up and remains.
• Zhaoxue (9/5): Excellent!! - Every room has a different theme/culture and I really love it. My room was like the 80-90s Malaysia Nyonya/Chinese style even the floor tiles they used to match with the theme is pretty and I love it! The size of the room was just nice for couple or 2 adults, but it was very clean and bright. The most important is the location was very near to Jonker Street like a 5mins walk so yeah you can get various supper if you are staying weekend (Jonker Night Market only open Fri- Sun) Maybe just the ventilation of the room, but most of the hotel even 4-5 stars hotel they have this ventilation problem where the rooms always have the moldy smell…but still acceptable. But the bedsheets are very clean, and the aircon is very cool!!

• Dophia (8/5): Pleasant stay - The location , the hotel is located in Jonker Street -The bathroom door is cracked , it will make noise when you open and close the door - spotted some hair on the bed when we checked in , not happy about it - the room is really small
