• Luis (6/5): - Me gusto más o menos el sitio y no me gustó absolutamente nada que si yo contrato y pago un apartamento de dos habitaciones, son dos habitaciones, no una habitación, donde solo había un enchufe y en el salón un sofá barato de IKEA. Creo que eso es algo que debería controlar Expedia o la gente del establecimiento, una habitación es una habitación y un salón es un salón, aunque se le ponga un sofá cama. Por otro lado, en algunas cosas si fueron capaces en dar respuesta, como entregarnos otro nórdico, pero en otras no, como por ejemplo cuando les pedimos un ladrón para más enchufes y nos dijeron que no tenían. • Marta (8/5): Świetny hotel- tym razem jednak małe rozczarowanie - Już kolejny raz korzystam z tego hotelu - świetna lokalizacja, bardzo komfortowe pokoje z kącikiem kuchennym i bezporoblemowy check-in. Ale tym razem otrzymałam pokój z zatkanym odpływem pod prysznicem (woda wylewała się na pół łazienki). Kiedy przy wymeldowaniu poinformowałam obsługę, że taki problem zaistniał, powiedziano mi, że tak wiedzą, ale czekają na serwis... Czyli świadomie przydzielono mi pokój z niesprawną łazienką.Rozczarowanie :(
• Arttu (10/5): Hyvä halpahotelli - Huone oli hyvä ja hiljainen. Siellä oli pieni keittonurkkaus, jossa oli jääkaappi ja liesi. Hain aamupalani siksi itse kaupasta. Respa oli paikalla vain 9 - 14. Huoneen avaimen sai itse koodilla.

• Dorota (8/5): Good place for a weekend in Krakow - Good quality accommodation at a good price. Would definitely use it again. It's on a very quiet residential street and has everything you need. The only minus was the reception working only 9am-12pm.

Również dla par, chcących odpocząć od codzienności. Jedyny minus to brak strefy relaksu np. sauny. Mimo to uważam, że hotel zasługuje na bardzo dobre noty. Polecam.

• Aleksandr (8/5): Нам понравилось. - Очень хорошие апартаменты. Довольно неплохое расположение - в 15 минутах ходьбы от Вавельского замка. Рядом есть магазинчики. Завтрак тоже неплох, хотя по польским меркам довольно скромный. Достаточно тихо. С парковкой тоже нормально, обычная платная вдоль дороги, но места есть практически всегда.Из минусов - отмечу только отсутствие уборки во время проживания.

• ROBERTO ABRAHAM (8/5): Hotel céntrico con horario de recepción limitado - Hotel bonito, cómodo y bien situado. Lo único que mejoraríamos es el horario de recepción, el cual abre a las 8am y nuestro tren llegó de Praga ( tren nocturno) a las 7am y tuvimos que estar afuera del hotel esperando a que abrieran. El hotel suele enviar un código para entrar, pero no lo recibimos antes de nuestra llegada, por lo que nos toco esperar 30min ( de buenas que ni fue mucho) de ahí en más es un hotel muy agradable!

• Liza (10/5): Excellent Value and Great accommodation. - A lovely warm apartment. Decor was very tasteful. It was quiet and an easy walk into the centre of Krakow. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location is good, not right in the centre so nice and quiet at night but a short walk away from all the places you might want to visit. The only thing I would change is having some form of dish cloth or drying rack to dry the kitchen utensils as we had to leave them on the counter for quite a while. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

• AnthonyD (10/5): - The apartment was excellent. It was like new. When I arrived to my apartment there was a welcome letter that said Welcome Anthony. It provided information about breakfast, WiFi password and checkout information. Check out time is 12PM. Later the the other places where I stayed last week. But the best part is Dorota, the young lady at Reception. She was very knowledgeable, spoke great English, and provided me with a wealth of useful information about Kraków and possible tours that she was able to book for me. Because of Dorota I will stay at Well Well any time I’m in Kraków. Thanks Dorota!!! 🇵🇱 🇵🇱

It was very cold when we stayed and it was lovely to come back to such a warm room. Breakfast was nice with enough options for a good start to the day. Staff are helpful and friendly We would recommend this hotel.

• Anthony (10/5): Slightly Hidden Gem - This place is definitely a great pick for anyone traveling on a budget. The location is only a tiny bit out of the way as it's across the river from the main part of the city, but it's not that hard to walk to Old Town from there. The room itself was beautiful, modern, and really large. The only slight bother was the mattress was a little thin, but it was a double bed, so that was nice. The Internet was reliable as well.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and the hotel is in a perfect position to the main square in Krakow (only a 15 min walk)
• Verified traveler (4/5): Loud during the night - Lovely spacious, modern rooms. However it was two single beds pushed together which made it quite uncomfortable. Front desk staff were hard to find during the day if you have a request. And lastly it was very loud at night with music and people talking.
• Ellie (6/5): Staff were lovely, room had some faults - Location was very ideal, staff were so lovely and friendly and bed was so comfortable. However, apartments below our room were still under construction and building/ banging could be heard from as early as 8am until 9pm. Our bed actually collapsed in the middle of the night due to poles giving way in the centre and had appeared to be taped up. Shower was nice however it did leak into the rest of the bathroom and the room had a good air con system however as it wasn’t central and on one side of the bed, the person on that side would end up freezing with the other not really feeling it. Apart from a few things, it was a really good place to stay

A 15 minute walk either way takes you across the bridges that take you to the old or the very lovely Jewish quarter. Would definitely visit again a fantastic place. There looks to be a good bus and tram system but we didn’t use as we walked everywhere. We used the airport transfer service offered by Well Well. Very reasonably priced and an excellent service given by the driver.

Really helpful staff, good breakfast choice, clean, modern, comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in. One draw back there’s no lift so 6 flights of stairs from breakfast room to our apartment. Be aware if you have mobility issues and ask for a ground floor room .
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great room, bad WiFi - The hotel was very nice, the breakfast was delicious, the room was very cute and had a nice balcony. The WiFi was pretty bad - you had to sit near the interior wall to get it to work at all. The hotel staff were very nice. There is not a lot in the immediate area, but it's easy to walk or take a train or bus to parts of the city with more to do.

• Alan (8/5): - The apartment was clearly described as two bedrooms, this is not the case in fact it is one bedroom with a large double bed you cannot walk around and an uncomfortable sofa bed in the kitchen/diner. The night staff, however did provide bed linen quickly for the sofa. As it is on the top floor , the roof above has all the air-conditioning units on it, this meant no sleep due to the noise on the first night . The staff there are really helpful and did there best to find an alternative room which was ok but not Deluxe as booked. It is quite a walk from any of the main tourist points but we did not find that a problem. The best thing about this place is the breakfast, it is one of the best continental breakfasts I have had and nothing is too much trouble for the staff throughout the hotel. If you are thinking of going during the next six months, then be aware a black of apartment is being built across the street which means noise all through the day, so if you like an afternoon nap think again.

• anne (10/5): Quiet street. Hotel - Very contemporary, comfy bed. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. Hotel was a pleasant walk across the bridge to the castle and main square. Wish there had been English tv channels. Would stay there again.
• Donald (10/5): A brilliant mix of hotel and apartment - Well Well Aparthotel is a terrific idea: all the amenities of a hotel with aspects of an apartment. My room had a balcony and a kitchen. While I didn't use the latter, the fact of an open window and a place to sit outside made such a difference. Staff were friendly, English-speaking, and helpful. The location is just south of the Wisla river, which is a little far from the main train station (where the main airport transfer line goes to) - but it's still walkable. The location is a short walk from Wawel hill and the Jewish quarter, and really nothing is very far away in central Krakow.

Arranged transport to and from airport and trips. 15-20 minute walk to main square but very scenic walk past wawal castle. Apartment very clean and bonus breakfast was included and weather was beautiful. I will hopefully return in the future.

Good size room, lovely wet room and just the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast was fine , not a massive choice but something for everyone. Very helpful staff, willing to help at anytime.
