• Serge (9/5): Absolute aanrader qua locatie - Prachtige, rustig gelegen accommodatie met een heerlijk dakterras. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. De communicatie over de schoonmaak kon beter. Zo moesten we vragen om schone handdoeken. Daarbij de tip voor een afsluitbare afvalbak in de badkamer aangezien het toiletpapier niet mag worden doorgespoeld. Ook was een setje extra handdoeken voor op de ligbedden op het dakterras prettig geweest.

• Pierluigi Sedda (10/5): Una perla nel cuore di Cagliari a un passo dal mare - La struttura è stupenda, situata nel cuore pulsante di Cagliari, a 100 metri dal porto e a 100 dal centro storico. E' completamente ristrutturata con finiture di pregio, eleganti che mantengono intatto lo stile storico del palazzo. Il loft è una vera perla, arredato con tutto il necessario e oltre, le finiture del bagno sono bellissime e danno quel tocco di calore in più. Lo spazio a disposizione è tantissimo, nella sala è possibile mettere a giocare i bambini, guardare la TV, cucinare e mangiare. Il bagno è veramente spazioso, con doppio lavandino, una doccia walk in e una lavatrice! Il letto al piano di sopra è molto confortevole donando quel tocco di privacy in più, c'è anche un bagno aggiuntivo subito dietro al letto. Una cabina armadio completa il secondo piano notte. La vera specialità è la terrazza accessibile subito dalla sala, enorme, perfettamente ristrutturata con lettini per prendere il sole, tavolo da pranzo con ombrellone e una vista sulla città. E' stata una esperienza unica, che ha reso speciale il nostro soggiorno.

• Jan (9/5): Definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Der Check-In war problemlos und zu jeder Zeit möglich. Die Gastgeberin Alexandra war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es sollte einem vorher mitgeteilt werden, dass man im Frühstücksbereich mit den anderen Gästen gemeinsam an einem großen Tisch sitzt. Uns persönlich hat dies nicht gestört, es sollte nur vorher kommuniziert werden, falls dies für andere Gäste ein Problem wäre.

The hotel rooms are elegantly devorated, clean and air-conditioned. The rooftop terasse offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The breakfast is a nice selection of sweet and some healthy food, drink.

Rooftop is a beautiful space for all guests and wonderful easy breakfast. Hosts were also very kind and helpful (WhatsApp texts, restaurant recs). I wish I stayed longer than 1 night! The interior felt like a proper beach home

A great spot for a couple of nights in Cagliari! The bathroom smelled occasionally, something to do with the old pipes. Also the pillows were too thick, but the host managed to find us some that were much better.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We ended up staying in two different rooms as we needed a last minute accommodation on our last night. Our room was overlooking the street, which means a lot of noise and traffic, but with earplugs you could sleep comfortably. Elena parking garage just 500m away is a perfect solution for those that come with a car and need a parking space nearby. /

Location was excellent; old town,shops, restaurants and sightseeing are all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to lovely Christine who made us delicious brekfast and gave tips about good restaurants, beaches and shops. Buss stop is also close so it was easy to visit for example Poetto beach. Everything was perfect 🥰!

The price for the rooms are quite high for what you get. The first day, breakfast was amazing. The second day, the staff person who managed breakfast was sick. Fra Cielo e Mare arranged for guests to have “breakfast” at a local caffe nearby. While the caffe was very nice, the breakfast was no where near comparable to what they had served at the hotel the previous day. Finally, the roof terrace that was a big sell for us, was not very well kept and consisted of wooden palettes for seating and a few uncomfortable looking chairs. There was also a dead bird on the terrace.
