- Fanny (10/5): belle parenthèse à Skoura - Hôtel magnifique au vu de notre budget. Une parenthèse un peu plus haut de gamme dans notre road trip, très appréciée à ce moment du voyage. Tout est propre et très bien aménagé. Nous serions bien resté une nuit supplémentaire pour profiter pleinement de la piscine et du jardin. Nous y avons mangé le soir à notre arrivée un repas délicieux et le petit déjeuner était un vrai régal. Rien tout était parfait

Le dinner fut exquis ! Un havre de paix et un des meilleurs gites que j ai jamais loue ! Franchement je ne vois pas.

- Christian (10/5): Ein Hotel mit viel Liebe & Aufmerksamkeit geführt. - Die ganze Hotelanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer für 3 Personen hatte eine wunderschöne Terasse, von der man über eine Treppe mit tollem Ausblick direkt zum Swimmingpool ( kristallklares Wasser) gelangte. Überall erkennt man in Details, mit welcher Liebe zum Detail Laila das Hotel und die Zimmer eingerichtet hat. Einfach fantastisch! Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig und lecker. Dass das Hotel nicht inmitten der Palmeraie liegt empfanden wir nicht als Nachteil. Mit dem eigenen Auto ist man rasch im Herzen des Grüns und kann von dort zu Fuss weiter.

Laila nous a très bien conseillés pour les visites : réservation d'un guide pour la visite de la Kasbah d'Amridil et decouverte de l'activité de poterie artisanale. Das Frühstück war excellent und vor allem immer mit frischem Brot, frischer Omlette,.… Auch die Abendessen im Haus waren hervorragend (alles frisch gekocht) und nach einem langen Ausflug waren wir froh nicht mehr ins Auto steigen zu müssen. Das Pool haben wir auch sehr genossen 😄

- Ana (7/5): Alojamento - Alojamento familiar, bom jantar e pequeno-almoço, apesar de só ter um prato de tajine, arranjou uns grilhados para as crianças. A piscina era muito agradável. As camas eram muito duras e o quarto apresentava alguma sujidade, proveniente dos hóspedes anteriores, pacotes vazios de shampoo e a sanita estava rachada a perder água, a necessitar de alguma manutenção.

- Lorinda (9/5): Wonderful stay at Chez Laila - We came in late and were immediately brought to our room and told that dinner would be served downstairs. The dinner was wonderful prepared locally in the kitchen. It was the best tagine we had all week. The room was kept warm with a wonderful fire. The rooms were a decent size, bathroom a bit small but that's ok. Extra blankets provided as we were there in February. The pool looked wonderful even though we did not use it. We were only here for a quick stay but we can imagine that in the spring this would be a wonderful get away for a longer stay to relax, read a book by the pool and enjoy the surrounding culture. We parked our rental car on property and the gate was locked and closed overnight making it very secure. Honestly, there was very little we didn't like. The bathroom was a bit small but otherwise the room is a decent size. There were no options for dinner but that was ok because the food was wonderful and we are not picky eaters.

- Brian (10/5): Great Riad to stay for a few days and relax. - The property was amazing, Laila waited for us to arrive late due to air travel delays and had a delicious and hot meal ready for us on arrival!!! Great location, clean accommodations and an overall great experience. The bed was a bit hard, but with added blankets it was fine.

- Cassandre (10/5): Meilleure escale de notre séjour - On a tout adoré chez Laïla : Le meilleur dîner, le meilleur petit-déjeuner, le meilleur thé de notre voyage. Et le matelas le plus confortable aussi Ça a aussi été le plus moment de notre séjour au Maroc. On s'est senti très bien accueillis, c'est aussi un très bel endroit. Avec l'aide de Laïla et du guide Foued, nous avons pu découvrir la magnifique palmeraie de Skoura. Et nous étions très émus de quitter cet endroit et aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps. - Frankl (9/5): Chez Laila is een klein paradijsje waar je altijd wat langer wil blijven. - We waren te vroeg aangekomen en we hadden honger, we waren te moe om ons nog te verplaatsen dus Laila maakte voor ons een heerlijke salade hoewel er 's middags geen lunch geserveerd wordt. Dat zijn zo van die dingen die je niet vergeet. Verder is het een heerlijke plaats om te verblijven met ruime, nette kamers, een romantische, gezellige tuin met aangenaam en groot zwembad. Ook het diner is super lekker. Laila zorgde voor een uitstekende gids die ons door de mysterieuze Palmyra leidde en vertelde over het leven, de ontwikkeling en de geschiedenis van dit bijzondere gebied. Alles was perfect.

- Cathy (10/5): Moroccan cuisine - The food was the highlight our our stay. A fantastic example of how good Moroccan cuisine can be and proved to be the best of our trip. Indeed, sitting by the big fire in the dining room with superb food and a glass of Moroccan wine is highly recommended. The guided cycle arranged by Laila of the palmerie was excellent and hugely informative and would warrant a second or third day on our own. Skoura is a great base location to explore the region and very easy using the Grand Taxi system.

- Louise (8/5): Excellent food and a lovely pool/garden - A straightforward Riad, very clean, set in pretty gardens. The pool area is very lovely, and the pool itself was cool and inviting. We were greeted by a very welcoming young man who did his best to make us feel at home despite our lack of a shared language. He was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A highlight was the wondeful food. For dinner we were served the most fabulous and varied salad I have seen in Morocco so far; a deliciously rich meat & prune tagine with perfect rice followed; and later, beautiful baked banana crepes with a rich chocolate sauce. Breakfast was also great with a perfect fluffy omelette and homemade crumpets amongst the varied offerings. There was a smell of paint in our rooms from the nearby enovations. The water pressure was very poor, and it took a long time to run hot. Our rooms were quite noisy with the windows open (necessary due to the paint smell).but the internal soundproofing was goo .
