- Michael (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung - Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption, eine fantastische Lage mitten in Brickfields und direkt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Unser Zimmer war schon extrem klein: Bei zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Koffern/Rucksäcken wird es wirklich sehr eng. Ein Doppelzimmer sollte im Regelfall mindestens ein 1.40 Bett haben, unser Bett war noch kleiner. Für 1-2 Nächte ok, aber darüber hinaus würde ich was anderes empfehlen.

- Traveler3677 (1/5): EVERYONE READ THIS INCLUDING OWNER OF THE HOTEL - Staff was friendly and helpful Check in was fast and convenient First two nights was ok not much issues This is the bad part and I have to be dead honest Second room we got the towel i got was not sanitised it had few brown spots I thought might have been rust stains turns out it was Period blood and the towel only after showering and was damp the period funky vagina smell came out I was so furious but still kept my cool I just complained to the front desk Here comes the final the 4th night I stayed here The rooms air-conditioner wasn't cool at all so I called the front desk to inform them and ask for a room change the young man came up and checked it was confirmed by him the Aircond was not fully functioning and was barely cool so he offered a fan to compensate I refused at first and ask for a room change but the room capacity was full so I said then I guess I need a refund and we will find another place to stay .. He said to me it's possible but it will come out of his own pocket ... I was shocked I said why must you pay when Ur just an employee ..he said as the owner will not issue refunds and he is the only one here at the moment he is left alone for the night to look after the entire hotel ... I said this is not right the hotel should be responsible he said unfortunately this is how it is he cannot do anything unless it's from his own pocket ....

Good shower and hot water, comfortable beds, clean and felt well soundproofed. Excellent location for getting around Kuala Lumpur. Special thanks to smiley Gill who was really pleasant and helpful. Internet was patchy.

Wir hatten die Nacht für 35€ gebucht, am nächsten Tag war das selbe Zimmer für 12€ zu haben auch für die nächsten Tage, Wochen und Monate. Das verstehe ich nicht. Diese Preisdifferenzierung ist sehr unfair.
