I dont quite understand why the door keeper decided to welcomed us with the side door? the whole experience was just alright. The mineral water in the room were too small / little. But luckily they managed to give more bottles upon request to the House Keeping. The parking outdoor tent to have illegal parking / park at the side caused the image of the hotel not so great.

What was even more disappointing was the manner in which my request was handled. The Chinese lady (with distinctive eyebrows, whom I understand to be the manager) addressed me with unnecessary rudeness. While I fully appreciate that my request to change from a deluxe twin to any double room could have been declined, there was absolutely no need for the dismissive tone, unpleasant facial expressions, and rather unprofessional remarks. A simple, gracious “no” would have sufficed.
- hollygates (8/5): Good option for staying in Senai - except laundry - Rooms are comfortable, mostly service is good. Except laundry - the hotel cannot ever get laundry done on time (as they claim on the laundry form in the room)
- feeqfeeley (2/5): Bad service on F&B - Even though the room was good, I am extremely disappointed with the breakfast experience. The variety was far less compared to my stay last September, and it was very obvious that some of the pastries served were not fresh and had been baked the night before. This has made my overall stay very unpleasant. I also expected that after raising my complaint, a manager would at least approach me to address the issue, but unfortunately, no one did. This lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. I will be sharing this experience on social media so that others are aware and do not go through the same disappointment.
- hxsm (10/5): - The staff saw me on a wheelchair and upgraded my room to a more accessible room. The room was great, with accessible shower and levelled floor bathroom. It doesnt have a handle but for my use, thats perfectly fine because my wheelchair can be my handle. Nothing, really. If i have one complaint, screen mirroring is hard to use. They used older samsung tv so no apps built in and you're bounded by the channels they have. Screen mirroring doesnt really help for most streaming service.

The world could learn a thing or 2 about kindness from the staff at Impiana Hotel - So clean and efficient with no kindness spared to ensure my comfort in accessing all amenities. From front of house to the techs sent to help me with my digital access woes…purely my whoops, was so kind about my tech incompetencies! They won’t send their techs home with me to help me when I am confounded by WiFi access on my home network!

- leenargh (8/5): Simple and Pleasant Family Stay Near Senai - We stayed at Hotel Impiana Senai as a family, traveling with two senior citizens and two young children. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, though fairly simple. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a positive first impression. We arrived quite early and were able to drop off our luggage and we also managed to check in earlier than expected, which we truly appreciated especially when traveling with seniors and kids. We booked a Club Deluxe King Room, which was very basic. There wasn’t much to highlight in terms of added features but it was clean and comfortable, which met our needs for a short stay. The breakfast spread was good with a decent variety, and the food was delicious. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers a swimming pool, a kids’ room and a shuttle service to nearby malls, which is a nice added convenience for guests without transport. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try them as our itinerary was packed but it’s good to know these facilities are available for families. The surrounding area is quite limited when it comes to food options. However, there is a KFC just beside the hotel which was convenient for a simple and quick meal. We even managed to grab breakfast there which was easy and satisfactory. Overall, Hotel Impiana Senai is a practical and comfortable choice, especially for short stays or transit. Friendly service and early check-in were definite plus points, though the room and surrounding options are fairly basic.

Swimming pool was nice but we did not get the chance to play the pool near the swimming pool. The food was delicious.

- Alina Faiz (7/5): Nice 4-star hotel, but could have been better. - We chose the hotel because of its proximity to UTM and JPO. The breakfast fair is pretty good and affordable, even if you didn't take the breakfast package. The rooms were a little musty (2 out of 3 rooms) and two rooms had a funky smell coming out of its drainpipes. Need to work on the ventilation system in the toilets and let the aircons run a bit even during low occupancy.

Friendly housekeeping.. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of choices; it was a very extensive buffet spread. The people at the reception were very helpful, not only during check-in and check-out, but also in giving directions to places. The location is great- very close to Senai Airport. I would recommend to friends, and would definitely stay at Impiana Hotel again

Luckily i have the promotion code. The front desk staffs do not familiar with EV charger operation . (Perhaps they dont drive EV)

- mil9 (8/5): Good hotel with nice room & food - The room is very spacious and have very practical layout. we have enough space for family of four with our 3 luggage. The check in was quick and we requested for late check out and all was arranged properly. The kids room was very big and very entertaining. The pool is good enough. The gym was in good working and clean condition. The location of the hotel is very near to the airport and Johor Premium Outlet. Have nearby restaurant like KFC and also next to Petronas petrol station. The staffs are also very welcoming and friendly. The food is good with affordable price.
