• DomB (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja na przelotny wypad. - WIELKIE PODZIĘKOWANIA ZA STOICKĄ CIERPLIWOŚĆ WŁAŚCICIELA - BARDZO POMOCNY - to właściciel bez wątpienia jest największym atutem miejsca. Bardzo ciekawa lokalizacja mieszkania (stare miasto). Bardzo wygodne łóżka! Mieszkanie odpowiada potrzebom krótkiego pobytu - maksymalnie dwie noce. Zdjęcia lokalu nie odpowiadają rzeczywistemu mieszkaniu, które zajmowaliśmy. Łazienka (prysznic) mogą osoby bardziej wymagające zniechęcać do kąpieli.

• Monica (6/5): - La posizione è ottima, la vicinanza alla superstrada rende possibile raggiungere comodamente qualunque destinazione Purtroppo la programmazione rigida del tempo di accensione dei riscaldamenti ha reso poco confortevole il soggiorno a causa del freddo. Solo dopo la richiesta esplicita al proprietario è stato possibile ottenere una modifica dell’orario di accensione dell’impianto. Al momento del check-in questa situazione non era stata esplicitata. Nonostante noi non avessimo necessità di utilizzare la cucina, il fatto che essa non sia accessibile ai clienti rappresenta un limite.
• ielpo (6/5): - Proprietario gentile e disponibile, ma le camere anche se con i riscaldamenti accesi è risultata troppo fredda per il periodo. Da valutare se si viaggia con bambini al seguito Gli infissi andrebbero rifatti...ci sono spifferi e soprattutto in una camera il vetro era anche rotto

• Donatas (9/5): Heart of ceramics town - Artistic with many modern decorations mate by the owner, including a huge traditional Deruta style waze outdoors made by the owners grandfather. In the old town of Deruta, just next door from Umberto's ceramics workshop where you can have fun playing with clay and buy some quality products directly from owner at prices lower than in the shops. No air conditioning, although this was not a problem since the day when we visited was not very hot.
• Rossana (10/5): Un piacevole soggiorno... - In questa struttura densa di storia posizionata nel cuore di Deruta , nella mistica atmosfera della città dell’arte, si può respirare la vibrante creatività diffusa ovunque, inoltre la piacevole e discreta accoglienza di Attilio rende ancora più magico il soggiorno.
