• Daniel (9/5): Perfect apartment in excellent location and great value - Very clean with lots of facilities and equipment. Excellent location for town, river and beach. Tumble dryer does not work (very minor issue!).

El ruido en la calle desde salón y una de las habitaciones, con camión de la basura, coches, etc. La calefacción de calor que es de aire acondicionado, y a ratos, pasamos algo de frío (no soy fan de este sistema).

Some nice details like coffee capsules and a small chocolate gift box A very small gripe, the heating was by the aircon and getting the place properly warm, warm took many hours. Ideally, perhaps the aircon could have been left on by the cleaner for our arrival.
• F. Javier (8/5): Amplio apartamento bien ubicado - Muy buena ubicación en pleno centro de San Sebastián y cerca de playas, monumentos, paseos, ... Dos dormitorios, uno de ellos muy amplio. Salón muy cómodo y cocina muy bien equipada. La calefacción es por aire acondicionado. Cuando llegamos debía llevar poco tiempo conectada y estaba el apartamento muy frío. En los baños no hay calefacción. Pedimos estufa de aire para poder calentarlos y nos dijeron que no tenían. Nos dejaron radiadores de aceite pero calientan muy despacio. Con lo poco que cuestan, podrían tener alguno... Estaría bien qhubiera alguna percha por pasillos y habitaciones para poder colgar abrigos, ropa, etc. Es un primero a una calle con bastante tránsito y contenedores de basura justo debajo por lo que hay ruidos por la noche. Unas persianas en las ventanas que dan a la calle ayudarían a que no entrase luz por la mañana....

• Monia (10/5): Bellissimo - Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto. La cucina ha tutto l'occorrente e anche di più, i letti sono molto comodi, i bagni abbastanza spaziosi . Pulizia impeccabile, facile da raggiungere, se torneremo a San Sebastian sicuramente alloggeremo di nuovo qui. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, aggiungerei un asciugamano a testa e penserei ad una mensola o altro per il bagno più piccolo.
• Claus (9/5): Vil varmt anbefale boligen. - Velindrettet med 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, meget rent og indbydende med mange vinduer. God kommunikation med værter. I det ene badeværelse fik vi ikke varmt vand fra bruser, men var ikke problem, da det var 2 brusebadeværelser. Værterne ville straks få det efterset. Lid støjende vej i dagtimerne, men roligt om aftenen og natten.

• Erez (10/5): דירה מעולה - פעם שניה שלנו בדירה של החברה הזו, ישנו בדירה מצויינת שלהם לפני כמה שנים בפירנאים. גם כאן שומרים על רמה מעולה, דירה נקייה , מרווחת ומתוחזקת. הצוות זמין טלפונית וסייע לנו בהתמצאות כשהגענו, בסידור חניה בתשלום ועוד. אפשרו לנו צ'ק אין לפני הזמן וגם איחור של שעה בעזיבה. דיאנה מהמשרד שלהם היתה מקסימה. מיקום הדירה נפלא, באזור קניות ובמרחק הליכה קצר לעיר העתיקה וחוף הים. המייבש כביסה לא היה תקין, אבל היו 2 מתלי כביסה כך שהצלחנו לייבש את הבגדים

• vanessa (8/5): On the whole a good choice. - Modern, clean. Great location for the old town and the beach. Netflix on tv too! Basin didn’t drain in one of the bathrooms. No basics like salt and pepper etc Dishwasher and washing machine not very effective.

• Marta (8/5): All right choice for no more than 3 people. - Good location, nice building, balconies, good master bedroom and kitchen with all the equipment, good wardrobes eith enough space, all clean. The sofa-bed was not useful for sleeping at all - it was far too soft (like sleeping in a pit). It was a significant shortcoming since i had to sleep on a folded sofa while my husbad and child shared the king bed :( The other slight disappointment was the quality of repairing/ design - plastic windows, drywall walls, “design” tap in one of the bathrooms, which was counter-intuitive, mirror lighting in the master-bathroom could be better.

The bedrooms were large and the kitchen well equipped. It was perfect for our family of four. I was very happy - no complaints at all.
• Weiyi (10/5): Perfect for family stay - Brand new facilites, delightful design, sufficient amenities, four ACs, two bathrooms and so much cozy details: heating bathroom floor, coasters, balcony curtain in the living room. The location also led to almost everywhere, the beach, pintxos, boutique stores, supermarkets, bus stops, etc. The washing machine featured drying process but didn’t dry clothes at all. Would be better to have a laundry rack on site.
• Megan (4/5): Beware - this host took money out of my card that I did not authorise or allow and when I questioned it they brushed me - BEWARE! Dishonest hosts - took money out of my card that I did not authorise or allow and when I questioned it they brushed me off and made excuses instead of rectifying the issue. The house is nice and modern but it is extremely noisey at night to the point that it is difficult to get to sleep. There is also no salt or basic items like this available for use which you would expect in an apartment. There are no beach towels, and only very limited rations of dishwasher, soap etc provided for stay. Disappointing for the price!!

• Liz (8/5): Great location, clean apartment - Great location although not in the old town, just a few minutes walk and you were there. Very comfortable with good facilities. We arrived a little early and couldn't get into the apt but a quick call and they let us in remotely. Always good to have a few bits available such as tea/coffee, condiments etc but as we ate out all the time this didn't really bother us. Our friends thought it was a little clinical, maybe a bit of wall art/plants would make it feel a little more homely. Only one set of towels in one room. I did let them know, but also said it wasn't a big problem if they couldn't get another set to us. We managed!

Easy walk to bus/train station, Gros, shopping area and restaurants. Nothing I didn’t like but using Danalock for the first time, I was not aware that the app would not unlock the door until check in time which was 16:00.

• Greg (9/5): Great spot in a great city - Very comfortable two bedroom appartment in the new town area walking distance from the old town, the beach, train stations etc. The appartment has an excellently stocked small Kitchen (not the we used it), washing machine (very handy) an ensuite and bigger bathroom. This is a great spot to enjoy all the delights of Donostia - San Sebastian We had some Wi-Fi issues which was attended to but did not fix

• Alan (9/5): Well located apartment, well appointed, clean and all amenities in great condition - Excellent location, very clean apartment and furnished comfortably and sensibly (not over the top, but had every basic amenity a typical guest would require. The bed was firm, there were extra pillows available. We would have preferred firmer pillows but we appreciate this is a personal preference. The apartment did not include an international adaptor for appliances with non-EU plugs - a small matter but would have made a difference to our stay.
