We had difficulty with the heat working in the room, and the wifi never worked. They told me to turn it off flight mode to make it work which would have charged me through my ATT wireless plan.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a 15 minuti dalle attrazioni principali, comodo noleggiare un mezzo ma nei pressi c’è anche la fermata degli autobus. La camera era meravigliosa, grande, luminosa, spaziosa e con il plus della jacuzzi privata in terrazza, insomma un sogno! Le foto sono concrete e veritiere! Il personale è gentile e accogliente, sempre presente e disponibile ma mai invadente! Abbiamo usufruito anche della piscina comune, sempre ben curata! Hotel consigliatissimo per chi preferisce alloggiare in zona tranquilla!
- patricia (10/5): Excellent séjour - Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui semble tout neuf. Grande chambre, beau jacuzzi, jolie vue et très belle piscine. Accueil formidable en fin de soirée. Notre hôte nous a aidé pour commander à manger tardivement et nous a reçu très chaleureusement. Il y a une très bonne boulangerie à proximité et le village de megalochori.

- jukka (10/5): Loma - Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Toiveiden mukainen aamupala tuotiin huoneeseen. Bussilla hyvät kulkuyhteydet uimarannalle ja muihin kyliin. Parvekkeen poreammeesta, sekä uima-altaalta sai nauttia auringonlaskusta ja merinäkymistä.
- Sharon (6/5): - Rooms are well designed but that is the only positive feature. The property is very tired, the pool furniture is falling apart. A kettle in the room was dangerously faulty but never replaced despite complaint. The so-called sunset view is onto power cables and another property’s car park and security fencing - all airbrushed out of the photographs on advertising. The advertised spa does not exist and never has. The location is awful - on an extremely busy road with the property exit right on a blind bend. The road noise is incessant - around 900 vehicles per HOUR at 8am and continuous until past midnight.

- Corvin (8/5): Great time!!! - Some people complained about the hot tub taking too long or the room not being clean which really scared us. We were relieved to see the place was as wonderful as other reviews described. You need to turn the hot tub on and give it like 5 hours to heat up. The service was great and the people were so kind. The air conditioning functioned wonderfully also. I couldn’t give it 5 stars solely because the water system in our room, I had a great time and would go back though. Also wonderful location!

- Jodi (8/5): - This hotel was a great value. It was quiet and tucked away, yet there were still restaurants and a market within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and thorough. The transportation they reserved for us was reliable. They were also quick to respond when I had a question before making the reservation. It was nice having the balcony space with jacuzzi. If you plan to use the jacuzzi, be sure to check the temperature and make sure it’s hot enough. It can take 2-3 hours to heat up a couple degrees. There is not 24-hour front desk service, but we didn’t think we’d need anything overnight. However it rained the night we visited, and the electricity went out in our room in the middle of the night. It wasn’t a big deal since it was during the night when we didn’t need it. We didn’t realize the fuse box was in the room until morning so we could have fixed it ourselves. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. It was way more food than we could eat!
- Sandra (10/5): - I booked the executive suite, which was super spacious and has THREE balconies - the view is incredible, breakfast was delivered at the agreed time and was delicious, fresh buns & croissants, delicious coffee, eggs, cold cuts! Room service did a marvelous job cleaning the room. Also the hot tub was cleaned every day! I was greeted by Rania, who walked me through the soom and explained everything. Fridge filled up and refilled every day. Bathrobe, slippers, pool towels, all there! Pool area is great! Pool is not heated, but I knew that. Rania also looked after excursions, rental car and restaurant bookings as well as airport shuttles! This place has everything and deserves a 5* five star rating! Thank you Rania - you made this stay very special!!
- Mohamed (6/5): - Nous y avons passé une nuit, tout s'est bien passé mais ni la chambre, ni les services n'étaient à la hauteur du prix dépensé (plus de 200€ la nuit). En revanche mention spécial à la piscine dont nous avons pu profiter seuls car personne ce soir là...Et aussi le petit déjeuner de qualité directement servi en chambre à l'heure de notre choix.Malgré tout je ne recommande pas car endroit assez surcôté comme l'essentiel des établissements sur Santorin. Un conseil, filez directement à Ios, Paros, Naxos...si vous en avez la possibilité :)

We sometimes took the bus to Fira from the corner bakery bus stop. Much cheaper than taxi. But used Taxi as needed arranged by receptionist.

It sits in a curve of the road that you should be careful of when traveling in and out. The staff is wonderful! Renia at the front desk is the best! The daily breakfast that is included with the room price is hearty and delicious! I highly recommend the stay. Somewhat close to Fira, not walkable to Fira but close enough.

Very patient, kind and willing to help at all times. Communication from the staff was very clear even before I left the UK. I cannot fault anything about this hotel. Swimming pool, hot tub and sea views perfect! Breakfast was amazing! Transfer to airport safe, timely and affordable! Thank you for an amazing stay, I will be sure to return in the future! I suoi punti di forza sono sicuramente la cortesia del personale, la location con un’eccezionale vista sulla caldera e sui vigneti, le camere nuovissime e pulitissime, la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata sul terrazzo da dove poter ammirare un bellissimo tramonto in pieno relax.anche la piscina comune è molto bella e piacevole. Il residence si trova vicino alla graziosa Megalochori, è una buona base per visitare il sud dell’isola, ma anche per raggiungere le vicine Fira, Imerovigli e l’aeroporto. Dal residence parte un bellissimo sentiero panoramico che arriva fino al “cuore”, una vista panoramica della caldera.
- Stefan (10/5): Super Hotel! Maria is the best! Always again. - Unser Aufenthalt im May Seven Suites war wunderschön. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, mit grossem Bad mit Dusche (keine Badewanne), mit grossem Balkon mit Whirlpool, bequemen Bett, genug Stauraum, Schlafsofa (haben wir nicht benutzt, Minisafe und TV. Die Aussicht vom Balkon Richtung Meer und Leuchtturm ist toll. Es gibt auf der Anlage noch einen schönen Pool, der zwischen 1.70m und 1.75m tief ist (für Kinder ungeeignet) und genug Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirm. Das beste aber war Maria. Sie arbeitet am Empfang und war ein Engel. Sie hat uns Restaurants empfohlen und geholfen jeweils einen Tisch zu reservieren. Sie gab uns auch Ausflugtipps auf eine erfrischend ehrliche Art. Maria war stets freundlich, fragte immer nach, wie der Tag war und ob sie noch was machen könne. Thanks Maria for everything! You made our trip perfect. You‘re the best! Einzige Minuspunkte: der grosse Pool liegt nahe der Hauptstrasse. Es ist da nicht sehr ruhig. Leider wird zudem die Aussicht durch neue Häuser leicht verbaut. Uns hat das aber wenig gestört. Wer gerne TV schaut, der wird da nicht happy. Ausser einem englischen Sender gab es nur griechische Programme. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, welches wir jedem nur empfehlen können.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Tolle Unterkunft, die außerhalb des ganzen Trubel von Oia und Fira liegt, aber trotzdem eine super Anbindung zum Rest der Insel bietet. Bäckerei ist fußläufig zu erreichen und das kleine Örtchen Megalochori ist auch einen Besuch wert! Zimmer sind modern, sauber und der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon macht sich auch hervorragend. Begrüßt wurden wir von Maria, die an der Rezeption sitzt und jedem Wunsch nachkommt. Sie hat wirklich einen tollen Job gemacht! Das Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft wurde morgens aufs Zimmer gebracht und war für uns der perfekte Start in den Tag!

- Norbert (8/5): Modernes Santorini - Sehr stylisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen. Leider architektonisch nicht zu Ende gedacht - schwere Koffer und umfangreiches Frühstück muss man (bzw. die Mädels vom Hotel) je nach Suite über sehr viele Stufen transportieren. Whirlpool auf dem Balkon ist ne sehr schöne Einrichtung, aber die nächtlichen Geräusche der Pumpe auch deutlich zu hören. Hier würde ne vernünftige Isolier-Abdeckung die sich gut aufbringen lässt Wunder wirken, denn die Umwälzpumpe läuft bis die Soll-Temperatur erreich ist - und das schafft die Heizung nachts ohne Abdeckung nicht.....

I tried cancelling and they denied my cancellation. They would not refund my funds even though I cancelled within 1 month of the reservation. This hotel does NOT work with their guests and that is NO Customer Service!!

The hotel was a great unexpected surprise when you get to Santorini...it’s newer and everything is so well kept, which is great after exploring. Easy parking, which is a bonus on the island. The check-in was professional and helpful. When we got to our room we were so excited to see the beautiful room with all of our creature comforts from home (ex: Bluetooth speaker, tub on the patio, tv with Netflix capability to relax later, free drinking water and wine, plush towels, etc.) The pool area was amazing!!! We loved ALL the staff (Sorry if I’m butchering the language, but their names were: Arthur; Diana, Katerina, and I’m sorry I can’t remeber the other receptionist!) Location was also great as it was peaceful and it was really close to everything with a car, including Pyrgos (which was a nice surprise for us as we had never heard of it - it’s a cute little town with cute shops that go up the little hill)
