Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da uno staff gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e attentissimo a ogni nostra richiesta, facendoci sentire come a casa. La colazione è stata uno dei punti forti: abbondante, varia e con prodotti di qualità, il modo migliore per fare il pieno di energie prima di una giornata sulle Dolomiti. Ringraziamo le cameriere ASIA IRINA e VITTORIA per esser stare sempre attente, sorridenti e veloci . L’hotel offre inoltre tantissimi servizi che rendono il soggiorno completo: abbiamo apprezzato molto la sauna per rilassarci dopo le escursioni, la palestra ben attrezzata e il tavolo da biliardo per passare un momento divertente. Ottimo anche il servizio bar per un drink in relax. Posizione strategica a Campitello e atmosfera accogliente. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comfort e ospitalità di alto livello! Nulla da segnalare.

- Meike (7/5): Für den Preis hat alles gut gepasst. - Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nichts besonderes aber insgesamt passabel. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus ist sehr gut. Das Angebot von Brot oder Brötchen beim Frühstück war sehr bescheiden.

La colazione a buffet è ricca e variegata. In struttura è disponibile anche la ristorazione. Lo staff è accogliente e pronto a dare ogni suggerimento con attenzione e premura. La camera era dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui anche delle comode ciabatte, una rarità che non si trova in altre strutture. La vista dalla camera era mozzafiato.

Вкусные завтраки и ужины, я впервые попробовала ризотто с черникой и сыром и осталась в восторге. Также в отеле включено СПА с сауной и возможностью посидеть в ванне. Также есть бильярдный стол. Номера удобные, уборка каждый день. В отеле есть комната для лыж и ботинок, ботинки ночью прогреваются. Автобусная остановка до подьемника прям у отеля. Магазин продуктовый в 4 минутах ходьбы

- McFlozzer (10/5): A lovely week - Allora! We spent a week half board in the hotel as two families with two teen children each. As others have said the location is good. A bit of arduous walk to the Rodella lift but the bus is right outside. This would be easier outside half term with the bus isn't so much like a sardine can! The hotel is clean and well proportioned. Relatively basic but perfect for our needs. The rooms actually exceeded by expectations. We had a family quad with bunk beds. The shower was decent. The bar is comfy and a pleasant place to hang out for a game of cards and a drink. We didn't use the sauna but did have a go on the pool table. The staff are one of the most special things about the place. They work so hard and never appear to have a day off! The manager is such a special hostess and hilariously funny and kind. She makes everyone feel special. The breakfast buffet was really good and a relatively classic continental style breakfast. PLenty to choose from and the teens loved stocking up on calories for the day! Breakfast cake is a new favourite! The evening meal was plentiful in quantity. There were some repetitions in meals and not a lot on offer for vegetarians. The food is typical of the region with Tyrol/ Alto Adige so more goulash and sauerkraut than what some of us might consider to be classic 'Italian' food. We chose to eat out on one day for a change but enjoyed what we were given and found it to be good value for money, The vino della casa was excellent! We had a lovely holiday and would recommend.

Desde el momento de la llegada, la atención fue excelente. Nos encantó lo fácil que es aparcar, las habitaciones estaban muy cómodas, y el desayuno era simplemente increíble. Además, la facilidad de acceso y la buena disposición del personal se destacaron desde el primer momento. Muy cerca de todo el tipo de servicios, y a 5mint a pie del huevo de campitello. - Erik (7/5): - Good location, spacious and clean room, friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Ski bus stop is in front of the hotel. There was a big contrast between the quality of breakfast and dinner. Several dishes of the dinner were tasteless, if we knew the quality was like this we would rather not have dinner there. There is only one sauna for 4 person, it is not enough for a hotel size like this.

Fatto presente allo staff la sera stessa ma sono intervenuti solo il giorno successivo. Inoltre le camere sono poco insonorizzate

- Albert (9/5): - La zona espectacular, desde allí pudimos visitar muchos lugares de interés. El desayuno súper completo, había de todo y para todos los gustos. Me hubiese gustado poder manejar la temperatura de la habitación con el termostato, pero parecía no responder. Tampoco le dimos importancia porque no pasamos frio.
