- Aini (3/5): Hope the hotel can improve every aspects of the rooms. - Sudden blackout in our room and didn't respond to our complaints at first. It was at 3am before we went to the receptionist and we got a replacement room but it was really bad. The towel that they gave us has holes on both of it. Blanket is also awful, the floor was not clean and the sheet also weird.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The indian girl at the receiption counter was very very very polite and kind and she patiently helped me get whatever I requested for. She needs a pay raise! Room was not big but more than enough for me and my wife. The best budget hotel I have ever stayed in by far! A must stay for people in subang/sunway/usj area. Room was very clean too!

Dislike - Dirty surrounding, lack of eateries (indeed only 1 Indian Cafe), lack of parking space (even at night), deposit was not acknowledge with Receipt, many workshops ( indeed the shop lots seemed to be an industrial area), smelly room (cigarette smell, though they were supposed to be non-smoking rooms).

Actually, we booked for a family room but the room we booked were leaking so the hotel staff gave us a quad room, but it was quite small and she just added a mattress to our room to fit 3 people in one room. Other than that, the facilities are ok.
