- David (7/5): Nice hotel, but also expensive - The staff were brilliant. I spent a long time chatting to them . The roof bar only had me , but then it was dark and in winter. They provided a kettle and cup so i could make my own tea. Rooms were nicely done Fundamentally it was not good value. Though being almost the only hotel in La Cala de Mijas they are on to a winner . The rooms were very small , no where to put anything

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious and great for a couple staying away. You don't get a huge amount for your money. It's very nice, clean and tidy, but there is no breakfast option, and it would have been nice to have a coffee machine or kettle in the room. Having stayed in the area before I think there are some more reasonably prices hotels nearby that offer better value. The rooftop bar is also very nice, but you are definitely paying for the view as the cocktails are really at London prices, and not aligned with other alternatives in the town, which are equally as nice.

- Gillian (8/5): Great central location - The location of this hotel is brilliant, central to many restaurants and bars. The public car parks across the road are good but do get very busy. The rooftop bar has great views too The room we were in was opposite a very busy dual carriageway which unfortunately was noisy during the night , I didn’t sleep very well . A kettle in the room would be great , just to make a cuppa first thing in the morning and sit on the large balcony would be so good. Small thing but there was no body lotion with the toiletries which I would have brought a small bottle if I’d realised. Just very small things but I think could make a difference to some guests visiting with hand luggage on a short visit

- Neil (8/5): Quite enjoyed this venue for 4 nights but would not like to stay here for any longer. - The location was tremendous and the cleanliness was very good. Staff attentive and knowledgable. There was very little breakfast on offer which we were aware of. The room was very small and very little storage options I would not like this room for any length of time.

- Leea (10/5): Friendly, cozy, and luxurious! - Really charming boutique hotel with incredible views from the rooftop bar! The staff makes you feel really welcome and the place has a family feel. I even got to meet the owner who was wonderful and took some great photos of me :-) The rooms are immaculate and have excellent decor, with luxury touches. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you can get a room from the ocean side. The beach is within 1 minute walk.

Amelia helped me enormously and was so kind as was Bianca and the other lady who is Argentinian delightful . Lovely rooms and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous . Thanks again Jo .
- Karen (3/5): Awful - Not much! Room not clean, road noise terrible, toiletries just hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, no shower gel. Balcony like fish bowl, everyone looking up, good job stayed by myself as no room for two people, one drawer? Not able to use TV, asked for assistance, none received. Will not stay there again as paid extra for Penthouse Apartment, not in my experience.

- Sarah (8/5): Loved it have already booked to stay again :) - location was perfect, staff were amazing., roof top bar was lovely and the breakfast we had was perfect. room was clean bed was very comfortable - felt really comfortable and welcomed will definitely return It would have been nice to have had draws to put clothes in to and a wardrobe to hang longer clothes in. Also some sort of unit maybe under the TV to put things on - I love the minimal look but in terms of being practical we just needed a bit more, shelf top draw space

- Andy (8/5): Great little hotel. Rooftop bar was very good too! - The woman working in the rooftop bar was very, very helpful. Rooms were a little small and there were very few nice additional touches. Was perfectly acceptable though. Unfortunately the receptionist wasn't at the reception for about 20 minutes when we arrived. We had to wait. Not a problem but I'd be lying if I said it was was perfect.
