- kayoko (2/5): とにかくビックリ！！ - 本当にすごいとこです。いろんな意味で。 価格の改革か、リフォーム、しっかりと現状をサイトに載せる事、それが出来なければ一般向けに販売するのは大反対です。旅行が全て台無しになりました。友達にすごく叱られました。 でも職員の方はとてもいい方でした。ひたすら謝って下さいましたが…事実は変えられません！
- いくらどん (8/5): 富士スピードウェイのバイクイベントに参加 - 年に一度富士スピードウェイで開催されるハーレーダビッドソンの公式イベントに参加するため利用しました。バイクツーリング、素泊まりです。泊まった部屋はシャワーなしシングル。アメニティーはテレビ、デスク、ソファー､湯沸かし器、お湯の洗面､トイレ、タオル、歯ブラシ、電気蚊取り器など。大浴場は広くて気持ちよかった。施設は学校の遠足で行くような「自然の森」的な雰囲気。舗装のない駐車場での重量級バイクの取り回しは少し注意が必要ですが、とてもリラックスできる場所でした。
- Haruhiko (6/5): - 御殿場が観光地という事もあり、近くにアウトレットや箱根・富士山など観るところに不自由しませんでした！
- Verified traveler (4/5): 3棟あるいは４棟の場合 - 築50年くらいの平屋棟。部屋にはWIFIはおろかTVや冷蔵庫も無い。風呂は別棟まで行く必要あり。
