• Gilmar (9/5): - Hea ja mitmekesine hommikusöök. Väga hea asukoht, mere lähedal, kõik vajalik kohe ligidal olemas. Personal väga sõbralik ja abivalmis.

Posizione ottima : vicino a spiaggia , ristoranti , cambi money, farmacia, mezzo di trasporto . Aria condizionata (a volte salta la corrente , ma in tutta l’isola ) nelle canee e pale . Servizio lavanderia se richiesto a pagamento . La struttura è semplice . La notte c’è la sicurezza . Il ristorante all’interno della struttura momentaneamente non è attivo . Il giardino manca di aree curate per il relax . Le aree comuni sarebbero da curare e tenere più pulite : bidonne immondizia sporco , sedie della veranda rotte , il negozio all’ingresso era chiuso e abbandonato .
• Aneta (10/5): Vše v pořádku! - V Nungwi house jsem se ubytovala již podruhé a určite ne naposledy. Personál je naprosto úžasný, všichni jsou milí a přátelští. Pokoj je dobře vybavený, hlavně moc cením, že při častých výpadcích elektřiny má ubytování vlastní generátor. Klimatizace funguje velmi dobře. Ubytování je čisté. Každý den byla dostatečně velká snídaně s vejci, ovocem, palačinkou, kafe/caj. Za mě spokojenost

• Anette (7/5): Sonst war alles angenehm, gute Lage. - Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber klein . Da wir länger unterwegs waren und mit 3 Koffer reisten war es schon etwas eng. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett. Es fehlt die Möglichkeit Kleidung auf Bügel zu hängen. Die Zimmer könnten 3 qm mehr haben.
• Francesco (7/5): - The air conditioning doesn't work when the power goes out. Unfortunately, it goes out often and it's a big problem. The generator works, but not for the air conditioning. Unless a solution is found, it will unfortunately significantly impact the overall rating of the stay; it would have been, if not good.

Posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi da una spiaggia bella e attrezzata di ombrelloni e lettini ( a pagamento). Lo staff gentile, ci consentono fare check out posticipato di 1 ora. Magari una cassaforte almeno in reception, qualche mobiletto per appoggiare i vestiti

• Karen (7/5): Great location, friendly staff - Location was amazing, very close to the beach. Staff very friendly. Amazing juice at breakfast, also fresh cut fruit. Back up generator did not run aircon, so it was very warm. The fan was broken and could only work at super fast speed. The towels had some stains, but in general the rooms were clean. Breakfast had fruit (really good, fresh), toast and eggs - a bit plain without any sauces. Breakfast area got very hot since it's outside.

• Diana (8/5): Localização, limpeza e custo benefício. - Quarto simples porém grande e muito limpo, localização e o ponto mais alto pois fica praticamente onde tem o centrinho com restaurantes e lojinhas, super seguro e muito próximo da praia. Só deixou a desejar um pouco no café da manhã que embora fosse bom todo dia era a mesma coisa, poderia ter alguma variação mas isso não nos impediria de retornar pois a localização e o custo benefício são perfeitos. Quem não está atrás de luxo e quer algo simples e bem localizado esse é o lugar.

Il manque juste un petit endroit vois pour se poser et flâner à l’extérieur des chambres, par exemple quelques chaises longues ou hamac au milieu du jardin

They clean your room every day, good breakfast, location is perfect because it’s close to the beach but still in a very quiet location. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the garden, nice place to hang out. Breakfast was very nice, fresh fruits, juice, coffee/tea, eggs, toast and pancake. They even have a fridge for the guests to use which was awsome. The staff is very kind and made our stay memorable. The location is also good, a 5 minutes walk from the beach, lots of restaurants and shops around. Would definitely return when we find ourselves back in Zanzibar. /

• Wendy (4/5): Becarefull where the manager lets you oay for! - Place close to the beach. Hotel is basic but everything you need. Good breakfast. The manager Tito was very strict. We had for 30mins a friend over in our room and Tito let us pay 30 dollar extra because this friend entered the room.. He told me that this rule was everywhere in Nungwi like this (I never hear of it).. I didnt want to make a fuzz so just decided to pay. When I wanted to pay with card he told me it was not possible because of wifi, while wifi was working fine. So he told me only with cash was possible. So for me it was clear that he kept this money for own pocket... also the last day we went on quad tour and came back at 1pm. We didnt expect to be so dirty, but eventually for 10dollar extra we could take a shower. All with all we couldve booked 1 night extra with all these extra costs. I didnt think this was friendly and helpfull.

• Kelly (9/5): An excellent choice! - Extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights, very high spec with all things working well. Air con a dream. Quiet nights, relaxing vibe. Warm Staff. Breakfast delicious-their avocado passion smoothie is amazing! Right next to two fantastic restaurants, passion and thyme choose your own salads and cookies was a real highlight. 5 mins to beach and next to convenience stores/tourist stalls. Price very fair for what you receive.

• Mads (9/5): Superb - It's a lovely little hotel in Nungwi. It's located nearby the best beaches and the atmosphere is quiet and chill. The staff does a great job at helping you with all your needs. Nothing much. Only recommendation would be to vary the breakfast offering a bit for those who stay more than a few days.

• Saurabh (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff who are always there for helping you with any requirements and special shoutout to Tito, who goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. The location is perfect if you don't want to stay right on the beach as this is very close to the Baraka beach and the local market. Highly recommend visiting Juvina's cafe close to the Nungwi house. Everything was good.
• Joseph (8/5): - Likes: Quiet, clean, friendly staff, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Dislikes: It's located next to a preschool, so six days out of the week, it is your alarm clock. If you are looking to be pampered, this place is not for you.

Rooms are very clean, AC and nice shower. I could definitely recommend it, I will be back again for sure. Nadja who I think is one of the managers are very kind and helpful. No complains 😎

• Martin (10/5): The perfect vacation. - We stayed in this property for seven days and it was amazing. The rooms were cleaned every day. They were spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner was cooling and working properly. The garden was very beautiful and green. There weren't a lot of mosquitos. The location was excellent - close to the beach and there are shops near by. The most important about this property is the staff - Maryam, Tito and Nadia they made our stay perfect. They are so friendly and helpful - organized trips for us, always ready to answer our questions. We loved our stay and definitely recommend to the tourists! Nothing

• Verified traveler (4/5): You Get What You Pay For (don’t do it) - One of my worst hotel experiences. The air conditioning in the room did not work and there is no overnight staff to contact. It was 34 degrees. There is no bottled water in the rooms (you cannot drink the tap water). When an extra towel was requested (for the second person in the room - the room had 2 beds) the staff said none were available as they needed to do laundry. One was eventually provided and it was dirty. Stained with unidentified substance on certain parts. Staff at breakfast was friendly but there is no water available then either. They suggest you purchase at a local shop. The location is very (!) difficult to get to due to the lack of roads (there is a road but it is not paved and so full of crevasses it is very difficult for cars to access it. Would not recommend unless your only requirements for the evening are a flat surface to sleep on with walls around you.

There was water to wash your feet after beach and place to dry your swimsuit Nice breakfast The staff was really friendly Easy to get a taxi The AC did not work very well Due to design of the door, if you had AC after turning it off, it got warm fast again due to the gap in the door

I’ve been to many hotels in Tanzania and this hotel was the first one with a good shower and hot water. Also the wi-fi worked well. Good breakfast comparing to many other places in Zanzibar. The bed sheets and towels didn’t seem clean, they had lots of stains.

• Adina (9/5): Superb - For a couple or solo traveller this is a great place to stay in! 2 mins walk from the beach, nice restaurants around and on the beach, 30 to 45 mins walk to Kendwa Rocks beach when it's low tide. Request a room more silent if you are looking for some peace and quiet and don't expect to have continental breakfast, it is a modest and enjoyable refreshing one with amazing staff! Special thanks to Titto, Maryam and Nadiya, they helped me alot with information and guidance for Nungwi and also to get best prices for trips, souvenirs, braids and henna. They looked after me and I hope I looked after them too! Until next time, you made my birthday week very special! Well done Boss man! If you come as a family with kids, I don't know how much you would like it as there is no TV and not many drawers, cupboards or hangers. Also, as a solo traveller I didn't like that my (Italian) neighbours at the time were having "too much business" and out loud, they could have been more considerate.
• Tamás (8/5): We can only recommend this place! - The house is located central, right behind the seafront hotels. Taxi, supermarkets and restaurants are just in front of the door. The beach is only a 3 minutes' walk away. The clean and spacy rooms are well equipped (but no TV) with comfortable beds and mosquito net on the windows and also over the bed if you wish, air condition, Wi-Fi and own bathrooms. The housekeeping did a great job every day. The breakfast was small but mostly enough. Free tea and coffee are always available. The personal was always very helpful. On our early arrival on the first day, they've even gave us breakfast and they helped us with aloe vera leaves by sunburn and organized some local food. We experienced short electricity blackouts and some noise from the street.
• Andrei (9/5): Superb - Close to the beach, nice and clean room, good breakfast, good internet connection. Very good value for money. No windows on the bathrooms, which is comon for Zanzibar. A lot of crows in entire Zanzibar and them are very noisy sometimes.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Simple but everything is working. The rooms were very clean, windows have glass on them. There are air conditioning and also fan. (Both working.) It is located in the village so you can access restaurants and shops. Supermarket is very close. Really nice beach is 3 minutes walk. Breakfast is same every day, but it includes eggs, fruits, pancake, fresh smootie, toasts, peanut butter. They arranged two transfers for us for a very good price. We really liked it. Wifi connection is not very stable.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, comfy rooms. Basic, but it's got all you need. Staff are amazing; everyone is very kind and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. We got a tour around the general area after check in and they helped with any and all reservations for taxis, excursions, etc. Breakfast is delicious. So much fruit! Very good. One and only downside is the heat - there is no AC and there is unfortunately not much breeze going through the room. The ceiling fan helps, but only so much. If you don't mind the heat, then this is the perfect place.
• andrew (10/5): Great Experience - You can't beat it for the price you get. Room is 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff is friendly with a free delicious breakfast. Moody, the owner, is great and can connect you with people for any activity you want to do. Only downside is no air conditioning but if you want ultimate comfort like that I suggest Miami, not Zanzibar. Wifi also worked well.
