• Ruth (9/5): Wonderful house with great hosts. - The location is outstanding and the accommodation is comfortable for a family. This is our third stay here and we have already booked again! The ceiling fans need maintenance as they are very noisy (which means it is hard to sleep with them on) and the lounge room fan does not go beyond low. The fly screens are also not all attached. The weather was cool so these aspects were not big problems for us and I'm sure will be fixed shortly.

They had thought of everything and there was enough of everything, especially towels. Everything was immaculate, a fabulous array of books and games (we are avid chess players), the kitchen was beautiful with every applaince you could ever need.

Laundry and dryer for longer stay. Close to big banana fun park. A beach resort is just around the corner for lunch or dinner out. A little bit away from the center.

Lovely home - we were a group of 6 attending a course at Aanuka which is 100m away. we loved the large kitchen bench table and all sat around it talking shop and drinking herbal teas. would definitely stay again We used the additional stretcher style bed for 6th person in lounge room. Host had told us it was better suited to a child and the adult who used it agreed. But it was nice to be able to all stay together. So that was a small compromise

It really is the perfect place to stay if you have kids. Great location in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. You can tell the hosts take pride in this home! Can’t fault it!

• Miriama (10/5): Coffs Cottage Charm! - We stayed and loved this stunning cottage that was immaculately clean. The location was great and the street was incredibly quiet. The beds were super comfortable, and the check-in and check-out instructions was easy to follow. The hosts were readily available to meet our needs and answer any questions we had. We felt truly welcomed in this warm and inviting home, which had a wonderful selection of books, CDs, and games for us to enjoy. It was lovely to relax in the courtyard. We would love to stay again the next time we pass through Coffs Harbour. Oh, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the chocolates with his cup of tea, which was accompanied by a lovely selection of teas and coffees. That was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this place! Love! Love! Love!

The hosts gave all instructions needed and the property was beautiful and had everything we needed. There are steps down to the house so some may struggle carrying luggage. Parking is on the grass verge - but there is room for multiple vehicles

• Mischa (10/5): Fantastic accomodation and a most enjoyable stay - It was exceptionally well presented. A very homely feel with all the qualities and conveniences of upmarket accommodation. Highly recommended for a family or a small group of friends. Really nothing to complain about. If they had provided milk to make a coffee (they provide pods and a nice machine, as well as tea options), that would have been awesome. But that did not detract from the enjoyable stay.

It was very welcoming and everything was beautifully done and designed. Everything had been well thought out and all our needs were catered. The outside area was beautiful and the short walk down to the beach was perfect. It was the best Airbnb any of us have ever stayed in. Nothing. It was perfect.

I can't think of anything not to like. Just to note that the house is a project home, so a little lacking in architectural interest (if you're into that thing!) but the owners did a great job in making it feel special.
