• Francesco (7/5): Very good location and spacious apartment, ideal for visiting Porto, with some room for improvement in comfort and inter - The apartment was very spacious and the location was excellent, right in the city center and perfect for exploring Porto on foot. We also appreciated the small balcony, the two bathrooms, and the very helpful and responsive staff throughout the stay. The furniture and overall interior design felt quite basic and inexpensive compared to the expectations set by the photos. The Wi-Fi connection was also rather slow. Since the apartment is on a central street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. One of the bathrooms was very small, with almost no space to place personal items, and felt a bit too minimal/spartan.

• Sabenga1981 (10/5): - L'emplacement est excellent dans la vieille ville. Apparemment super grand et très bien aménagé. L'accueil était tout simplement génial. Elle nous a super bien renseigné sur les restaurants et quoi faire à Porto. Elle nous a réservé le tour en bateau. Agréable séjour.

• Søren (5/5): Fin lejlighed centralt beliggende. - Virkelig en fin lejlighed, der var lyst og lækkert indrettet. Meget centralt placeret. Meget hjælpsom vært, der var meget opmærksomme på os. Der var meget larm fra gaden, hvilket forstyrrede nattesøvnen en del. Om der skyldes, at der var noget vejarbejde, og derfor måske mere trafik forbi lejligheden vides ikke.

• Bentivogli (1/5): Una experiencia horrible. Un apartamento a evitar a toda costa. - La actitud del manager no hizo posible disfrutar la estadía. Una habitación estaba infestada de chinches (bedbugs). Ante el reclamo, el manager se negó a dar una solución (por ejemplo un apartamento alternativo) y nos exigió retirarnos inmediatamente a cambio de la devolución del dinero. Accedimos a ello y luego nos indicó que solo nos devolvería el dinero si nos comprometíamos por escrito a no realizar comentarios acerca de la infestación en Booking. Al negarnos pues eso violaría las reglas de Booking, nos llamó decenas de veces repitiendo que quería ver un mensaje en la plataforma en donde indicáramos que estábamos conformes con la estadía. Luego canceló la estadía indicando que nunca nos presentamos y asi pudo retener el pago realizado. Hemos realizado el reclamo en Booking. En las opiniones de otros huéspedes pueden encontrar mas experiencias con bedbugs. Porto es una ciudad hermosa pero eviten alojarse aquí cuando hay muchos alojamientos adecuados.

• Lindsay (9/5): Perfect location. - Nuria could not have been more helpful. She helped us return the rental car by calling the company as there had been a change in the drop off location. She booked the river cruise for us and gave us restaurant recommendations. The apartment was in an excellent location and we could not have asked for better. It was very roomy and we made use of the kitchen and washing machine. We had two bathrooms and as we were two couples this was very nice. I would recommend to anyone travelling to this amazing city. The beds were on the firmer side. We could hear street noise late at night, but after all our walking we had no issues sleeping.

Il y a eu des problèmes avec l'électricité pendants une journée mais le tout à fini par être réglé par chance car cela minait notre séjour. On ne pouvait rien faire fonctionner sinon le "braker" sautait!

Nuria contacted us to arrange a time and met my friend and gave lots of information and advice for our stay. She checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was ok during the weekend and answered our questions. The location is great, really central. Would really recommend, we thought it was great value.

It will be great if it has some hangers in the bathrooms and provides paper towels and washing powder in the kitchen

• Ann (10/5): Lovely apartment in a beautiful city - The location is excellent. The apartment was spotless and spacious. It was very quiet at night despite being in Porto centre. Would definitely stay here again. Check-in was very good, and Nuria, who met us on behalf of the owner, gave us lots of recommendations on good restaurants and things to do. We stayed here for 3 nights and had only 1 bath and 1 hand towel each. We couldn't get extra when we asked, so we bought laundry detergent to wash them, and luckily, we were able to hang them on a clothes horse in the sitting room area and they dried with the windows open. Prior to staying here, I tried to contact the owner to see if we could store our luggage somewhere. I tried at least on 3 different occasions and got no reply. I eventually had to get booking.com to try and contact the owner on our behalf. Also, it was hard to find the apartment with the GPS. We were directed to a carpark, but the apartment is overhead the carpark. Our taxi driver also struggled to locate it.

Great views of the old town area from the living room. Parking is hard in Porto but there is a garage park right next door. Large living, dining, kitchen areas One bedroom is a little small. The beds are so close to the closet that you can't get the closet doors fully open. One shower is small.

Main bath shower leaked, bathtub unusable with glass door in way, no grab bars, no place to hang towels in hall bath, 2nd bedroom small, instruction booklets needed for appliances.

Nuria, the lady who meet us at the Appartment was very friendly and helpful. Gave us some very good tips on where to go and restaurants to try. I first spoke to Andre, who I thought was quite rude and not very helpful. But could have been partly due to the language difference.
• Dorothy (8/5): Loved Porto and especially this location. - Fabulous location right in the Cultural Heritage district. Around the corner from the peditone with cafes, restaurants, wine bars and shops. An easy walk to the riverfront and if you’re driving sits atop the Saba garage. Be sure to ask for the tenant discount if you park there. The garage has EV charging too. We parked once and walked everywhere. Charming decor. VERY firm mattresses so be aware. Wasn’t very well supplied as in no dishwasher tabs. Not even hand soap until I asked etc.
• Meng (3/5): Family holiday in Spain - The location I stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. The water boiler and kettle were not working on the first day of check in. I feedback and the host only replied that she will replace the kettle the next day. No reply was provided for the spolit water boiler. It was winter and my family and I had to bath in cold water. The kettle was not replaced until the day after next after I reminded the host. As for the water boiler, I complained to the manager, Andre, and was provided with lacklustre and non-proactive replies. I had to constantly follow up on the water boiler repair and even waited 3.5 hours for a reply. Andre's attitude was bad and did not apologise. This is the worst host experience I encountered amongst the seven apartments I stayed throughout my holiday.

• Ekaterina (6/5): Let down somewhat by an unresponsive property manager - Location is fantastic-right in the city centre The flat is spacious, has all the needed appliances in the kitchen and air conditioning, clearly when it was first rented out would have been indeed fabulous. Unfortunately the flat feels a little unloved now: One of the toilets did not flush properly, which judging by discussion with the manager Andre and previous reviews, is a know issue but it was not resolved when reported. Instead we were being asked to send videos and a suggested solution was to bang on a wall. We were a party of 4 booked, and the only working toilet was the en-suite. There was a bit more wear and tear than the pictures suggest. Separately, the property does not have a parking space (which is consistent with the description) but the recommend nearby parking is very expensive - cost us €70 for 2 days.

• Heather (8/5): So well located to enjoy an amazing city! - Location was great! Comfy beds, comfy sofas, great space. Clean. Very effective air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen, plenty mugs, glasses, plates etc. WiFi worked great. We were allowed an earlier checkin & an hour later checkout which really helped us out. Had to chase this up numerous times though as got no reply from host initially through Booking.com. Want to know how to checkin well before arrival. Had to chase up info on this numerous times. Host didn’t seem to be able to communicate through messages on Booking.com but finally contacted me via WhatsAPP. Felt a bit disorganised. Main bathroom has no shelf/ledge for toiletries & no hook/rail for towels (En suite bathroom was great as had both). Bath towels/mat were very thin & worn. Cork screw supplied was so poor that it was hard work to try & open wine bottles!
• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely bright apartment with lots of room - The appointment was lovely, bright and spacious. It was comfortable and accommodated our family of 4 very well. The air conditioning was excellent. Nuria was very helpful and pleasant I have very little to complain about. The kitchen could have better cutlery. Also the balcony was tiny and not really somewhere to sit out but it was pleasant to have a balcony. The location in Porto was excellent but the apartment is above a car park and was quite noisy during the day

• Adrian (10/5): Our new go-to place to stay in Porto! - This was just the perfect apartment for our two-night stay in Porto. Our host met us at the apartment even though we were in a late evening flight and took the time to recommend a number of places to visit and to eat, even marking them on a map. The apartment is spacious, stylish and well-appointed as well as being spotlessly clean. It was so lovely to come back to each night to unwind. Although we ate out for breakfast and dinner every day, the apartment had everything you need to prepare meals and there is a great mini/supermarket around the corner that sells everything you need. The location is amazing for all the sights in central Porto. We will definitely be booking again! Nothing
• Miss (1/5): Bad - The location ideal. Staff poor There was a bad leak in the bathroom the 2nd night. The host Nuria did not address, told us water stuck in the pipe. Almost fell in the middle of the night in a puddle. She didn't care, & did communicate. Took 12 towels to clean it up every single day for 5days. The manager contacts me a week after checkout asking me to explain. He did nothing. I requested a refund of $100. Nothing refunded. I did my best to resolve this without writing bad review. The bathrooms were not very clean. From cleaning the water from the leak I got a fungus from the dirty water. The 2nd bathroom the tub is very high & dangerous to get out of. These people do not care. Poor service. All about money.. dirty laundry was left outside the door from the previous checkout for hours. I had to request it to be removed. The bed in small bedroom is horribly uncomfortable & has been mentioned long ago.. they still have not changed it. Its a shame. They need better property managers pls do better. I do not complain but you choose to take people for granted. Its not fair

Would highly recommend. A few more amenities such as better towels,extra towels, hand soap, and hooks in the bathroom would be nice. Communication for entry to the apartment could be improved upon as it was a bit confusing.

• R (9/5): Great, spacious, clean apartment in Central location - Beautiful apartment, looks exactly like the photos. Well stocked, 2 beds, 2 baths, all mod-cons. Very central location. Host met us and gave us a map and restaurant recommendations. I would definitely again For the first two nights there was a persistent noise outside one bedroom, sounded like a large ventilation system going on and off every 30seconds; no sleep as a result. However this was fixed by night three. Small things added would complete the stay, such as hand soap and clothes hooks in bathrooms.

• Maria (6/5): Beautiful apartment but problem electrics - A lovely property in the heart of the city. The host met us there and gave us lots of useful information. Every time we tried to use a kitchen appliance it tripped the electric out and we had to reset it. Boiling the kettle took 3 resets. The hairdryer also tripped it out. I contacted the host who said it wasn’t normal and it hadn’t happened before but nothing was done about it. Also the washing machine door was broken so we couldn’t open it. We loved the look of the apartment in the photos as the doors made it very bright but 4 of these were boarded up behind the shutters. It was very noisy outside at night. Also they are building a new metro line and were working on it very close to the apartment.

Apartment was fantastic and aircon was a godsend. Communication was a little disjointed and confusing at times but I think it was a language issue.

There was lots of restaurants and cafes around. The apartment itself was very spacious and bright. Nuria who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. A little noisy at night but not enough to bother us.

From personalized recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to promptly addressing any inquiries, their warm and genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. This apartment couldn't be more perfectly situated. Nestled in the heart of Porto, it offered easy access to all the major sights and attractions. The proximity to public transportation made it incredibly convenient to explore beyond the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself—a true gem. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately struck by its unique and stylish design. Every inch of the space was thoughtfully curated, blending modern elements with traditional Portuguese charm. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. It was evident that the management took great pride in providing a clean and hygienic space for the guests. Hostess took extra time to point out things to see in Porto and was very accommodating on request for Kate checkout. Good location close to Rua des Flores and Sao Bento Station. Clothes washer was inoperative with no attempt to repair. Some things were in need of repair but facility manager quickly repaired them.

• Phishira (9/5): wonderful Porto stay. - heated floors were wonderful. This was a really great little apartment in a perfect location. Andre was very prompt and helpful. The main bathroom had a loose seat, and the shower was a little strange.

• Alain (7/5): Good - Excellent location. Walking distance to explore Porto on foot. Close to many restaurants, cafes, stores and attractions. The bathrooms need some TLC, towels could be better, washing machine is great to have but had trouble getting it to work- was showing error code within 5 minutes of putting on. Beware if you come by car, underground parking next door is very costly and street parking is hard to come by.
