The hotel is convenient for people staying to attend events at the ADNEC centre. Would definitely come back!

- Syed (6/5): - The stay remained good. The only hassle I am carrying back is overcharge of one day room rental that was admitted by hotel staff claiming it is a system error. As per staff the reversal of second transaction will take 14 days that means I have to bear this excess amount for this month anyways while following up with hotel if reversal is not made in 14 days time. Considering name of Rotana such mistakes are not reflecting positive to the brand goodwill.

The hotel has a variety of resturants and the quality of their room service food and beverages is excellent and speedy. The room itself was big and very clean and had all the necessities: water, tea/coffee, fridge, ironing and ironing board etc. The hotel practices its sustainability pledge in relation to bedlinen and towels- I was very impressed with this. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone attending a conference in ADNEC .

I checked in the room , they gave me a connecting room. I heard loud continuous coughing from the other side. Called the reception that I wasn’t comfortable with the fact that there is someone possibly with covid next door ! Manager never answered. Had to go down , their response was very cold. They gave me another room... guess what it was next to construction that went on the whole night !

- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel Stay Review - I initally booked this hotel via the app and selected to pay on arrival. While in transit, the hotel tried to process the payment without my permission and it was declined so they cancelled the booking which was a bit disappointing. Once I arrived I addressed this issue with the manager and he sorted it out promptly and swiftly to ensure there was no inconvenience. However I ended up getting a smoking room which was not the best as we are non-smokers. Overall the hotel is very clean, spacious and close to the airport. If they just improve their customer service and response standards it would be an exceptional hotel that I would reccomend for sure.

- Arfan (10/5): More 5 star than 4 star - Excellent hotel. More 5 star than 4 star. Well located with local buses (Numbers 33 & 41) direct outside to airport and central Abu Dhabi. Very spacious rooms that are well equipped. Roof top heated pool with sauna and steam room - great view of city Excellent cleaners and attentive staff. Feast of a breakfast - great choice. Nearby 24hr shop including places to eat. Will stay again when next in Abu Dhabi.
- Christos (8/5): Construction Noise at Night takes away - The reason behind my low review was the construction noise that was taking place on the seaside view of the hotel (right underneath my room). The adjacent lot was under construction which was taking place during the night. The sound insulation of the windows is very poor, which unfortunately resulted in not getting any sleep while there. Even worse for me they were not able to accommodate a transfer to another room due to the Conference taking place at the same time.

- Linda (10/5): Made for an excellent conference stay - I booked this hotel for 4 of our commercial representatives - they liked it so much we booked a meeting room for the last day. Service is excellent; the food is very good and the amenities for business and pleasure were spot on. The location was close enough to the ADNEC to make it easy for meetings, etc.

- Irene Marcia (10/5): Simply awesome - My stay with Pearl Rotana has been a wonderful experience. The room I was given has a sea-view which is just refreshing. The room is clean, really luxurious, and most of all comfortable. It has posh amenities that really appealed to me like the well-lit bathroom with a bath tub and a rainshower showerhead. Nice carpeted flooring, floor to ceiling windows...etc. Everything they show in the pictures are real. The staff are professional, courteous, and accommodating, and always had smile on their faces. They called me by my first name whenever we speak on the phone which gives of a feeling of familiarity and comfort. Overall, that was an amazing stay and I will not hesitate to come back.
- Kabelo (10/5): The best hotel for a super stay - I could give many expressions like "wow" "yay" "ohhh". But that still wont be enough to express class ive experienced at Pearl rotana. Finaly people who understand that vacations should give 1 a piece of mind. For business trips, you are guaranteed to fulfill your mission without any hotel stress. Thank you Pearl Rotana. Expedia should have a 7 star option just for hotels like these. 1 last word. Fantastibulous hotel.

- Suzanne (10/5): Great First Impression - This was my first time at this hotel, but it definitely won’t be my last. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. It’s suoer convenient when you are attending events at the expo center. I was able to check in early and check out late, and I received an upgrade to a lovely suite. My only disappointment is that I only booked one night.
