Номер выходил на стройку (попросила поменять отказали)Утром в 8.30 под окнами очень громко разговаривал персонал который пришёл на смену (девочки)которым сделала замечание с балкона! 😔😔😔Полотенца попросили сухие и в этом получили отказ😔😪

For example, on the way to the spa (which is a jacuzzi + electric Finnish sauna, but clean at least) there was a storage area hidden with a blanket. Check in is at 4 but the spa is somehow closed by 4 (they still let us in, but no services like a massage). The massage prices are high, especially for such a mediocre place. The service at the front desk and kitchen was not so great, we felt like an inconvenience to them (ok, we were there at down season in December and not so many people there at that time). Breakfast food is OK. Clean overall.

Все очень по семейному, приняли с теплотой и любовью. Удивительно и не везде такое отношение к гостям как здесь. Кухня ну просто потрясающая домашняя еда, как у Бабушки в детстве! И главное столько - что просто не съесть! И выпечка и сладкое и первое и второе! Особая благодарность доктору Ирме, занималась с нами как со своими детьми. Нужно было сдать кровь, все устроили в лучшем виде в соседнем здании за умеренные деньги, удивило что тут удалось сдать кровь даже на Гормоны, лаборатория своя, результаты приходят на след. утро. Есть сауна и джакузи за небольшую доп. плату. На ресепции работают отзывчивый персонал, особенно можно выделить Нино за ее теплоту и желание всегда придти на помощь, свободно говорит на русском языке и является весьма симпатичной девушкой! Наверное если буду в Цхалтубо - скорей всего снова выберу этот отель, здесь все как одна большая семья - за что спасибо Владельцам гостиницы. Ничего

- Dirk (7/5): Ok, aber wenn man nichts unternehmen möchte - Da wir die Lost Places in Tskaltubo sehen wollten, war der Standort ok. Sonst ist aber auch in Tskaltubo nichts los. Zumindest nicht im Oktober. Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen dem Innenpool gebucht, um den letzten Tag dort ein wenig zu relaxen. Aber der war geschlossen. Die Bar war auch zu. Sonst war der Ort auch wie ausgestorben.

- Radoslava (9/5): Superb - Very nice hotel, we used the big outdoor swimming pool, as well as the indoor spa zone with jacuzzi and sauna. Our room was spacious, with 2 balconies and a sofa. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of tasty food. For dinner, I would recommend the restaurant across the street - Imeretian Esquisse. The only disadvantage was the uncomfortable bed.

The staff demonstrated genuine willingness to assist, though limited English proficiency occasionally created communication challenges. As a frequent visitor to Kutaisi (this being my 6th trip), I understand the cultural differences between Georgia and Western countries and typically adjust my expectations accordingly. However, this stay fell below basic hospitality standards. Several minor issues accumulated during our week-long visit: hair in the suluguni cheese, a sauna advertised as temporarily unavailable for "2-3 days" that remained closed our entire stay, and a massage therapist who lacked proper training, making my wife uncomfortable due to his inexperience. What truly disappointed me, however, was finding a large piece of plastic in my breakfast salad. This isn't a cultural difference or resource issue, but a concerning lapse in basic food safety and preparation standards. The food was not only carelessly prepared but also lacked flavor. While I appreciate Georgian hospitality and understand regional differences, basic food safety is a universal expectation regardless of location.

And just warning to other guests, 2 days after my card payment at the hotel, my card data was hacked and tried to be used for illegal purpose I can't be 100% certain if that was due to hacking at the hotel while paying the bill, but that was my only usage of card in recent period. So advice, pay with cash.

The rooms are super cozy, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is just perfect for exploring or relaxing. There are some beautiful places and churches near the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the massage was amazing. Highly recommended for a peaceful, enjoyable stay! Everything was perfect for that price.

Very friendly staff. overall we had a great experience. everyone who works in the hotel is super nice and professional. Everything was great. one thing I would be happy to see next time is when your guests eat something they just leave plates on the table and the kitchen staff brings them into the kitchen. Would be great to have some tray or place where guests would leave their plates after finishing eating. kitchen staff already has a lot to do and taking plates from tables is too much for them. I think management should think a little more about their workers in at this point.

- Christian (7/5): The place is okay if you don’t have high expectations from the hotel. Wouldn’t go back though… - The location of the property is convenient and the rooms were clean. The bar didn’t work and if you want to have a drink or snacks, you have to find a place outside of the hotel. Poor selection of food for breakfast and quality was questionable, we couldn’t really eat anything.

- Joseph (9/5): Perfect hotel in Tsqaltubo - Very kind and hospitable staff made sure we felt welcome. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which seems to have been recently renovated. Great condition, very comfortable, clean hotel. Amazing breakfast, and they even offered to give us dinner for free instead of breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast on the day of check-out. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I'm ever back in Tsqaltubo. The Wi-Fi was quite slow, to the point where the smart TVs in the room had trouble streaming anything on YouTube or Netflix.
