Guest Reviews
- Kruthi (10/5): -
- Yunsong (10/5): - The room was very spacious and well equipped, making it a great choice for a group of 5–6 people. The location was extremely quiet and peaceful, with a secluded feeling that made it perfect for relaxing and getting away from everything. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable sta
- Jonathan (6/5): Don't stay here if you want a good night's sleep. - We liked the log cabin, decor, river view and expansive viewing area. Very noisy and short cycling HVAC unit; the sound of the dripping shower head was beyond annoying; the grill was missing; the neighbors in the adjacent cabin arrived somewhere around 2:00 a.m. in the morning and awoke us up in a deep sleep. They must have made 10 trips back and forth from the car and at first I thought it was animals on the deck. The view would have been so much more enjoyable if the very close trees practically touching the deck/cabin were removed.
- Bill (9/5): Beautiful location and would definitely stay here again but would book a larger unit that has a stove. - Easy to find & quiet. We couldn’t hear our neighbors which was great. We didn’t realize that a kitchenette meant that there was no stove. We had a microwave but no large bowls to microwave our dinners. We’ll put that on our list of things to bring with us in the future. The place we’re staying at now is the same was with no stove but there is a cooktop to place on the outside grill with pots & pans as well.
- Zigor (10/5): A wonderful stay—one I’d love to repeat. - A quiet spot surrounded by nature, situated in the middle of a ranch.
Perfect if you enjoy tranquility. Very well located.
Spacious and very well-equipped, including a kitchen.
Highly recommended, offering excellent value for money. Nothing.
- Fabrice (10/5): - Bed very confortable
- Jinghui (10/5): -
- Marvin (10/5): -
- Yuanting (9/5): - Very interesting design and decoration. Comfortable and have many condiments in kitchen. Place hard to find at night, and the small road leads toward the place has many potholes and gets a bit creepy to drive at night
- Linda (5/5): - Like the setting Used the heater and couldn’t get the fan to be on auto. So the fan blew all night. The bed was much too soft. Felt like my body was in a valley and couldn’t turn it felt Stuck.
- Xiaoyan (10/5): -
- Brian (10/5): The best stay we have ever had! Everything was perfect for a vacation from the normal grind. - Beautiful! Situated on a ranch with horses, cows, deer and acres or landscape! Loved everything!
- Mark (9/5): Beautiful, far away from the rest of the world - If you wanna be away from everything, this is your place. If you want to see the stars in the Milky Way this is your place. There’s really only one option for dinner in town and one option for breakfast… So bring your own provisions or be prepared to drive far
Rien
- Jihoon (10/5): -
- Nita (10/5): Perfect family getaway. - This was our second year staying at the Ranch House with visiting family. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and the fact that we could all be together. The location in Hatch, which is between Zion and Bryce Canyon, and also close to the quaint town of Oanguitch. Nothing
- Ernie (10/5): -
- MATTHEW (8/5): - Very quiet. I would have liked a stoveto cook on.
- Dmitrii (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): Can't wait to stay there again! - The cabin was welcoming and spotless. Loved the special touches and decor! The outside has a lovely porch to view the ranch and animals, plus a swing and more on the grounds. Gordon the owner was exceptional, we drove in late, it was dark and I made a wrong turn. I called him and he stayed on the phone and gave us directions to get there and stayed on the phone until we were inside the cabin. He went over and beyond to help us. By the way, there is clear signage to drive to the cabin, I just didn't follow them. I would give the cabin an A+ and look forward to staying there longer in the future!! There wasn't anything I didn't like.
- Susanne (10/5): - Die wunderschönen, relativ neuen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Blockhäuser liegen wunderbar ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht in einer Weidelandschaft.
- Katarzyna (9/5): Excellent - Literally everything. Location, place, cleaning Only one issue. Extremely soft mattress
- vincent (9/5): -
Super
- helene (10/5): - Wonderful place for a night's rest, in the middle of a peaceful nature. The cottage is very well equipped and comfy. The 2 teens also loved the place.
- Mariano (10/5): - Il contesto è magnifico, l'interno tutto in legno è bellissimo. Camera molto ampia, cucina abbastanza attrezzata
- antonietta (9/5): Nice - Loved the ranch feeling of the west Red a second suitcase holder
- Amy (10/5): Beautiful views with relaxing space. - Beautiful property with a beautiful view and a wonderful place to relax. The kids loved it so much we stayed a second night on our trip. Beware though... The cows down the Hill are very nosy haha.
You won't regret this stop in Hatch.
- Kevin (9/5): Affordable and comfortable room. Nice and quiet place with an amazing view. - Very nice place. Not too busy and really quiet. The bed was a bit too soft but that's just my opinion. The A/C wasn't as cool as I would have liked.
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful patio with sevier river and red rock mountains view
Excellent spot for exploring Bryce Canyon
Hatch is a tiny village on the road but has some dining options and a little cafe Nothing
- Nancy (8/5): Perfect stopover between Zion and Bryce - Location 1 light bulb missing by bed. 1 light bulb in bathroom was out.
- Beth (10/5): Sevier River Ranch & Cattle Company was a hidden treasure; I hope many others will love as we did! - Quiet, peaceful, comfortable, great directions and door locking system, clean beyond clean...the owner left a book with local sightseeing ideas that were great!! This property is so well-situated between some of America's most gorgeous National and State Parks. I will refer the ranch to many friends. Shag rugs could be replaced with a low-pile...no big deal...
- Deborah (10/5): loved it, would definitely stay again - the view was amazing, we could see lots of wildlife from our windows. there was places to sit outside and enjoy nature. dishes and silverware were provided. the beds were comfortable. it was quiet. nothing
- Chiwon (8/5): Very good -
- Pmcv (10/5): Perfect - Amazing log cabin, amazing verandah, nice views even from the bed. Dark at night so great for stargazing. Didn't hear any noise at night so perfect for a quiet night. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality, we felt so comfortable there. Nothing
- Paul (7/5): Good - Quiet location and nice decor The walls are not sound proof and we had very noisy neighbors with loud children. This took away from the experience. The bed was too soft also.
- Kathi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mauro.nl. (8/5): Super - Location, lodge feel Chalet could have been a little more travel/user friendly a few hooks and a rod to hang clothes/jackets and towels on.
In the kitches a shelf for the microwave to make a litle space on kitchen counter. These are a few examples, it would made a difference some smart day to day organise options.
- Manoj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crowther (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, cozy, and quiet.
- Lienert (10/5): A Hidden Gem - A wonderful place to stay if going to Bryce Canyon. The property is beautiful and tranquil. The swing chairs, fire pit, picnic tables, and wildlife all wonderful amenities. The contact person is quick to respond and directions and communication prior to arrival is clear and concise. I feel very lucky to have found this gem, can’t wait to come back. It didn’t have a hot tub😎
- Mazzoleni (9/5): We loved it and would go back anytime! - Everything Bedsheets. I prefer cotton not synthetic
- Jenkins (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jen (8/5): Great option for Bryce and Zion - Good location and better option than a hotel for seeing Bryce and Zion. Loved the full size kitchen. Owner was super responsive to our texts and had the room ready for an early arrival. Rooms are very updated with new flooring and stainless steel appliances and tiled shower. Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. Like others we found the beds too soft and did not sleep well, but I know that's a personal preference. This property is also likely much more fun when it's warmer. We couldn't have a fire because of the wind and cold and didn't venture to see the property because of the cold. If you can stay in the cabins they have a lovely view, we were in the Tack Room because we needed the space for our family of 4 and were disappointed to have pretty much no view of the valley or property. Again, not the owners fault, just want to make people aware of the options
- Laura (10/5): A perfect place to explore Bryce and Zion! - It was such a wonderful location and a beautiful, spotless cabin with everything we needed!
- Patricia (9/5): Otherwise, I would highly recommend Sevier River Ranch accommodations!! - The Bunkhouse River View was the cutest cabin we have ever stayed in. It was the last cabin on the property and a little more private. It had everything we needed for our one night’s stay, including Folgers coffee. It was tastefully decorated. The one drawback for my husband and I was the bed-the mattress was so soft and squishy-we prefer a more firm sleeping mattress.
- Nita (10/5): Perfect location - We loved the entire accommodations at the ranch house. It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. It was the perfect location for our family's vacation to Bryce and Zion. Nothing
- Nicola (8/5): Very good - Lovely setting warm anc clean
- Karie (10/5): Had a wonderful time. Just wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you. We’ll be back!!! - Excellent location. Quiet . Loved it!! Nothing
- Douglas (10/5): Great place, relaxing, simple comfortable cabins, great views, quiet, overall wonderful place! - The location is wonderful with open views out across grasslands to the surrounding mountains. the cottages were clean, well lit, well equipped, ready for one to cook, read, relax, or wander. It was odd having zero interaction with owners, but such interaction was unnecessary with the clear instructions provided to guests. The benches, rockers, and views from each cabin were excellent. Each cabin was independent and there was no need to interact with others. In fact, for us, we didn't see any other visitors beyond cars parked next to their cottage. It took just a few minutes to get into town. The unpaved road into the site is a bit rough, but easily driven at modest speeds. It could get pretty muddy if it rained a lot.
- Xiaoyan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jasper (9/5): Very clean lodge at beautiful location - The location is so beautiful. At night, the stars shine brighter than we have ever seen before. The lodge is comfortable and clean. There is cosy seating outside and the possibility to light a safe fire or have a BBQ. While the beds felt comfortable, they were too soft for us, something we both ended up noticed. Very minor critique.
- Erica (9/5): It was a perfect stay. - It’s was very pleasant and peaceful on the property, also well kept. So nice to see the cows just roaming around. Favorite part was waking up to deer staring at me while making coffee in the morning you can see the
Whole family through the kitchen window ! The neighbors were extremely loud keep us up all night despite us asking them to keep it down. Loud conversations till 1am.
Quite hours should be stressed and posted in the rooms considering most folks wake up early for Bryce Canyon or hikes near by.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable stay. I can definitely recommend it.
- Kathy (9/5): Superb -
- Indira (10/5): A gem near two National Parks. - The property was amazing. It was clean comfortable and cozy I liked everything
- Peter (10/5): THE place to stay around Bryce Canyon - incredible stargazing included! - We stayed in the Tack Room as a family of four and everything we needed was there, even many herbs, salt, pepper and coffee. In addition, it was very clean. Also the cute animals outdoors like prairie dogs have been so cool. For me, the mattress was too soft - but that’s my individual preference. It would have been helpful if there would be BBQ tongs - but this is really only a minor thing.
- Kim (10/5): Wish we we staying longer! - Beautiful decor. Beds super comfy!!!
- Catherine (8/5): Very good - Loved the location and the unit was really cute. We all think the air conditioning was not working well. It was really hot in the middle of the night.
- Leeke (9/5): Worth the effort to stay there. - Great Room even if a little remote. (We like remote because it also means quiet). A modern wooden cabin on a farm less than a mile from the main road. Large refrigerator. Large Shower. 4 person accommodation (we only used 2). Great location halfway between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. 2 single beds plus king size bed used up a lot of space and there was no lounge for sitting in. Would have prefered if one single bed was removed and replaced with a sofa bed.
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vendula (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful nourishing place. Calm, green, peaceful. Nice and clean room. Good equipped kitchen (but not for cooking - no stove and pots). And amazing night sky - many stars visible! And the Utah prairie dogs were so cute :)
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Douglas (9/5): Superb - Lovely little stay over. Very peaceful
- Clémentine (10/5): Very nice location and beautiful surroundings, worth the stay! -
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Great peaceful setting, plenty of space
- Pieter-jan (8/5): Very good - Perfect & calm location - Easy to reach Zion NP limited kitchenware - basic bathroom
- Scott (9/5): Very comfortable, close proximity to Bryce. Zion is a little further but doable. Lots of ATV option. - View is great. Very quiet location, The bed was very comfortable in Wranglers Cabin. Exterior around the cabins could use a little improvement or refinement.
- Irina (10/5): Could not be any better! -
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - Clean cabin and beautiful property. Close to Bryce Canyon and off road trails. Cabin has a full kitchen and a fire pit a few steps away with swinging benches to sit and relax by the fire. Gordon the owner communicated via booking.com and was very thorough with instructions on how to find the cabin as well as how to check in and out. There is a binder in the cabin that provided information on what to expect during your stay, different areas to go visit, and nearby places to eat. We will definitely be visiting this property again. Nothing
- Robin (10/5): Beautiful location and peaceful relaxation! - The cabin was clean and adorable. The wood was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! I would definitely stay there again if I ever have the opportunity to come back to the area. Loved it all.
- Alona (7/5): Good - Beautiful view
- Graham (9/5): Superb - We loved the view
- Amy (10/5): Perfect location while a bit off the beaten path - Gorgeous location with a great view from the deck. Furnishings fit the mood and the cabin’s construction was first rate. Nothing — everything was wondery!
- Rogers (10/5): We would recommend the Sevier River Ranch to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon or Zion National Parks. - This vast ranch is located in the beautiful Sevier River valley, surrounded by mountains. It is on the edge of the small town of Hatch, which surprisingly has three very good restaurants (including the saloon). It is also in close proximity to the amazing Bryce Canyon National Park. Our room was large and comfortable, with many nice appointments.
- Slack (7/5): Good - The bed was very uncomfortable other than that everything was great! Very beautiful.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanie (10/5): Great please to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. Thanks Gordon! - The handmade furniture was great and the grounds are beautiful. Lovely cottage for our visit Nothing that I can think of
- Gary (9/5): Peaceful, restful bliss - Location, Location, location Small issue with the refrigerator and no creamer for the coffee.
- Casey (10/5): Amazing! - The host Gordon was friendly and accommodating. The house Wranglers Quarters was so clean and cozy! The property was beautiful and serene. Would definitely return!
- Kim (7/5): Very clean, comfortable, well appointed cabin. - Nicely decorated, gorgeous wood, tile and stone interior, great shower. Better signage along the way would help those arriving in dark.
- Zhipeng (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional - Cute cabin , deer met us as we arrived.
- Liliana (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful cozy place
- Lee (9/5): Superb - Beautiful view! I wish there had been a top sheet.
- Hannah (9/5): Amazing stay, just change beds - The comfort and quietness of the property. The bed!!! Waaay too soft. I had trouble sleep because it was so bad. Please take that foam piece off!
- Jannan (8/5): Off the grid, rustic slice of heaven. - The cabin was very quaint, rustic while comfortable and very peaceful setting. Loved walking down to the horses with my morning coffee. The access to the horses was tricky…steep slope with no clear path.
- Karl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - Very peaceful and scenic. The cabin was attractive, well decorated, very clean and well stocked. Loved the views and the Mule deer everywhere. I felt well rested and relaxed after staying there. Not one thing!
- David (7/5): Nice and comfortable with a great view. - The cabin and the view. The parking area meats to be cleaned up. Weeds and Debris. Hot water issues.
- Diane (10/5): We would have loved to have stayed a second night in this beautiful and peaceful location. -
- Xiaoyan (9/5): Superb -
