Lola (10/5): Today is going to be my Peaceful Day! - Continental breakfast had a great variety of foods. Very nice hosts. Quiet location with Pine trees all around. Wildlife and plenty of activities to do here. Bonfire, grilling, tables, chairs and relaxing... Would love to spend a week to explore the beauty of the Black Hills.

Stephen (10/5): This is a hidden gem, tucked away in a quiet part of town, worth the trouble to find. - They had a lovely outdoor area with grills and seating. Also the room was fresh and had everything you would need. No issues.
Emmy (1/5): Zeer teleurstellend! - Beware of the owner. We booked the cottage for three nights. Upon arrival we were told it was not available due to water damage and were given a smaller room with the promise that the next day either the cottage or suite would be available. This turned out not to be the case. After consultation by phone the owner promised he would refund the remaining two nights, so we booked somewhere else. However, he never paid back the money and didn’t pick up the phone when we called. The man is untrustworthy.

They started automatic sprinklers at 9am which made it hard to get luggage out for checkout by 10

I think one of the staff was in the sheltered area outside - on phone, never bothered to come assist.. Bottom line I would not recommend.

Asha (9/5): - Tutto!!! Personale gentile, disponibile anche in caso di necessità reali nel bel mezzo della notte. Luogo tranquillo, molto calmo, quasi da ritiro per relax. La stanza curatissima in ogni singolo dettaglio. Il verde fuori dalle stanze è curato e anche qui ogni dettaglio non è a caso. C'è un grazioso gazebo esterno con sedie e panche con cuscini dove si può trascorrere la serata accompagnati dal suono dei grilli. Colazione piccola ma perfetta, comunque dotata del necessario per una tipica "colazione italiana". Il ragazzo alla reception ci ha consigliato anche dei posti da visitare e volevamo fargli sapere che aveva ragione: bellissimi!!! Ci ha anche fornito la mappa ed è stato molto cordiale e sorridente, oltre che gentile e disponibile. Niente!

This one has been a recent and recurring favorite, because it is so unique and feels very comfortable, but still clean and not over-lived-in. Like they set up the guest room just the way you like it. Also, there are a lot of cool little details around the property - I always see some new random thing I didn't notice the last time I was there. True hidden gem. Don't ever change a thing.

Diana (10/5): - This jewel was amazing. I felt like I was in a wonderful cabin of my own in the forest. And I was. The room was so cozy and comfortable, beautiful bed. Most importantly it was clean. Normally I like my room totally dark when I sleep. But this room was different. It has pretty, light filtering curtains which filtered the ambient light of the area into the room creating such a soft and comforting glow. Totally loved the feel. Only downside was that the bathroom is quite small, but it was adequate and clean, with beautiful fluffy towels, do bring your own blow dryer. Absolutely did not want to leave this charming place. I wanted to simply curl up in one of the comfy chairs in the room and read a good book while listening to the birds singing in the treetops. I would definitely recommend this great place.

The rooms are very clean and it was in such a beautiful location, very near town and walkable if you have the time. My granddaughter loved the breakfast especially and we could sit out in the nice weather in the morning and enjoy our breakfast.

Coffee maker was quite slow however. The room itself was the perfect size but the bathroom a bit too tiny. We are average size people, a larger person would be quite uncomfortable I believe. Staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly nice for such a small lobby area. Loved the mature trees as well as the flowers. Apple Maps had us led a bit astray but we did find it!
