- Verified traveler (8/5): Good apt situated in a not so good area. - The apartment was clean and very spacious. The AC worked great. The garage access was very tight and hard to get the car into. The access way to the alley where the garage is situated was blocked by delivery vans often times. The area that this apartment is situated in did not feel safe. It was dirty with garbage on the street. There were people behind in the alley often smoking something. The windows of the apartment are all boarded up for safety which seemed weird. You don’t get any daylight inside. The apartment itself is clean and spacious.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Based in the city of Lisbon, this property if sufficient for 6 guests and has all the necessary amenities nearby. The property itself is very clean and well maintained.
- Tony (2/5): - we arrived at night to the apartment, and Bronu was very kind and explained that some of the things were stolen and that is why things are missing. for the first night we had hot water in the both for 2 minutes! when we asked then why they say that they have a large heater and then stopped answer us and just ignored us!!! the floor was very sticky and made a lot of noiae even if just one peraon go to the toiled we all woke up In additiin the bads werw uncomforavle at all although looks really nice in the pictures and in reality. this apartment just looks nice in pictures but really really unrecommanded. I think hotels. com should take responsabilty for the places it offers and earase the apartment from the site.
- Joseph (10/5): - This apartment was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed (we didn’t do any cooking, but we could have). Host was very easy to communicate with, and promptly dropped off an extra set of keys for us when I mentioned our family was going to be divided for that evening’s activities. The parking garage was also a must, as I can’t imagine trying to park on the very steep city streets of Lisbon. Overall a very nice apartment and positive experience!
