- pao chen (4/5): 服務有待加強訓練 - 房間丶環境均不錯，只是早餐入住時説隔天一早會放在二樓，隔天早上卻沒有，也找到服務人員，再下樓要出去買早餐回來給爸媽，到一樓拉開鐵門，發現一包早餐放在門邊，裡面還有其他住客的早餐，只好自己找前一天訂的早餐⋯⋯到早上9點退房時均沒有服務人員才場，就自行離開了
- POHSUAN (4/5): 浴室管道間設計不良 - 二樓的浴室很不通風，只有兩扇小氣床，但因為同一側所以沒有風流動的效果。 重點是管道隔音不良，住在二樓日式簡約房會聽到別間浴室洩水聲，超大聲，早上9點不到被洩水聲吵醒。 然後隔壁工地在施工，電鑽跟打牆聲搭配如瀑布般的洩水聲吵醒所有人。

- JShan (10/5): 一個溫馨愉快的體驗！好極了 - 溫馨、親切、乾淨的體驗，小管家熱心服務與叮嚀注意事項，倍感卓越！
- Leo (6/5): - 泡湯浴池大且寬敞，但淋浴設施也在半露天位置其實會很冷。4樓的門是紙門，還要去關樓梯燈才能睡覺，而且只有簡易的鎖讓人有點擔心。廁所跟湯池的照明略顯不足。
- min-hsin (10/5): - 木質地板及和室概念的床鋪很適合有小孩的家庭，室內空間夠大。大浴缸也讓孩子玩得開心。
- CHIH-CHIEH (6/5): 希望能增加除濕機 - 房間是稍微舊一點，打掃有待加強。 房間格局蠻奇特的，無法躺著爽看電視 是樓中樓概念。 房內有明顯潮濕味道 蚊子也不少 浴室跟戶外泡湯池燈光稍嫌昏暗 泡湯池很大風景很好 早餐還好但飲料還不錯

- Verified traveler (6/5): 平平的體驗 可以再更好 - 這次入住日式簡約, 房內看得出有些年久, 有些地方已可以更新 (床頭板有些破損;冰箱有點聲音), 會更舒適些 。 冷氣是獨立空調, 這點很是滿意。 房門的隔音稍弱, 聽得到鄰房開關門及講話聲, 但所幸晚上大家都很安靜, 睡眠未受打擾。 早餐是旅館特別準備的, 簡單溫馨。 會建議房內及浴室內可多提供一些置物空間或掛勾。 浴室內防滑貼條也可以再多貼一些, 會更安全。 最後, 浴缸排水的聲響在尚未能改善前, 建議可以提醒旅客離開浴室時再放水, 因為真的蠻大聲的, 會嚇一跳 。

- Tzu-Hsien (10/5): 蠻推薦的 - 在礁溪的小路上去，整體環境舒服，房內的溫泉泡起來很不錯，床舒服隔音也不錯，不過剛開始進房間廁所地板有點污水，可能是清潔結尾沒注意到；早餐很用心，還算蠻好吃的！

- Shihying (8/5): very friendly host - We arrived in the hotel around midnight due to heavy traffic. Though we missed the check-in time, the host was so friendly and waited for us till our arrival. The room is cozy with big hot spring bathtub and the breakfast is tasty.

- Hsin Hui (6/5): - 住宿的是四樓的房間，喜歡擁有戶外的溫泉池，但淋浴的部份也在戶外，個人覺得是一個小缺失；飯店離車站雖然有一點點遠，而且是需要爬坡的位置，但覺得偏離了鬧區不遠就可以感受到清幽挺好的。

- YONGQING (8/5): - 服務人員很親切，房間很舒適，我們住四樓，沒有電梯，如果帶行李箱不方便。半戶外浴池很棒，因為池子大，水要放好一陣子才夠泡，還有陽台跟躺椅，雖然景色沒有說很好，不過整體很適合朋友或家庭一起出遊時入住。民宿二樓還有個搖椅，很適合拍照或坐著聊天！
