• Vasilis (5/5): Ερασιτεχνισμος και προχειρότητα - Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία κοντά σε μετρό και είχε και κλειστά πάρκινγκ και κάποια πάρκιγκ σε πράσινη ζώνη το σπίτι ήταν όσο έπρεπε για να κάτσει κάποιος δύο τρεις μέρες . Επίσης το προσωπικό που μίλησα μαζί του για το θέμα που θα διαβάσετε παρακάτω ήταν ευγενικό και όντως έκανε προσπάθειες. Είχαμε ένα σοβαρό πρόβλημα την πρώτη μέρα που μείναμε όπου ουσιαστικά κατά την διάρκεια του τσεκ ιν μας άφησαν λάθος κλειδιά και το πήραμε είδηση στις 10 το βράδυ που επιστρέψαμε σπίτι κουρασμένοι και ταλαιπωρημένοι θέλοντας μόνο να κάνουμε ένα ντουζ και να ξαπλώσουμε . Όμως η συνέχεια ήταν διαφορετική. Δε υπήρχε καμμία επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό γιατί εκτός από λάθος κλειδιά είχαν δώσει και λάθος τηλέφωνο και όχι αυτό της έκτακτης ανάγκης με αποτέλεσμα για μια ώρα να προσπαθούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με κάποιον να μας βοηθήσει αλλά ποτέ κανείς δεν βρέθηκε είτε στα μηνύματα είτε στα τηλέφωνα. Το ίδιο εκείνο βράδυ αναγκαστικά έψαξα για άλλο ξενοδοχείο για να περάσουμε την βράδια . Βρήκα μέσω της εφαρμογής agora και μείναμε εκεί συνεχίζοντας τα μηνύματα προς booking εταιρίας διαχείρισης και τα τηλέφωνα όπου έμεναν αναπάντητα . Τα παράπονα μας είναι και για την booking διότι ούτε η εταιρεία μας απάντησε ποτέ στα μηνύματα που της στείλαμε για το θέμα . Μέχρι την στιγμή που γράφω αυτό το κείμενο 24 ώρες μετά την αναχώρηση μου δεν έχω καμμιά επικοινωνία με τη booking ούτε απάντηση από την εταιρία διαχείρισης του καταλύματος . Αναμένω όπως έχω ζητήσει επιστροφη χρημάτων για το βράδυ που έμεινα στο ξενοδοχείο συν τους εξτρα φόρους που πλήρωσα όπως επίσης και την επιστροφή της εγγύησης που ζητάει η εταιρεία διαχείρισης του ακινήτου.Αν ικανοποιηθούν τα νόμιμα και λογικά αιτηματα μου θα αναθεωρήσω κάποια πράγματα. Το μόνο θετικό αλλά επίσης και λογικό είναι ότι την επομενη μέρα μόνος μου βρήκα την διεύθυνση της εταιρείας διαχείρισης πήγα από εκεί και κάποιος εργαζόμενος εκεί ήρθε μαζί μου πίσω στο διαμέρισμα και διαπίστωσαν και οι ίδιοι ότι όντως υφίσταται πρόβλημα . Επικοινώνησαν με κλειδαρά ήρθε και το έλυσε το θέμα δύο ώρες μετά από τις 9:30 το πρωί ήρθε κάπου στις 12 το μεσημέρι..

Ti fanno pagare una cauzione di 250 euro all arrivo per un appartamento che ha più delle metà delle cose al suo interno già rotte inducendo un certo timore che ti vengano imputate e dunque non potrai più riottenere la cauzione. Inoltre la struttura non è adatta ad ospitare 4 persone il letto è piccolo, Il divano letto scomodo l aria condizionata non ce la fa a raffreddare a sufficienza l appartamento e la pulizia non è il loro punto di forza

• Ruscica (7/5): - I collegamenti con la metropolitana e la stazione vicina. Il centro commerciale a due passi. Il condizionatore solo nella zona cucina/soggiorno che riusciva a malapena a raffrescare la stanza da letto adiacente. La vasca da bagno, poco pratica e ormai sorpassata (l' assenza di una doccia).

• Roberto (8/5): It is a nice place to stay. - It was central and nice. Up four flights of stairs was difficult with bags and kids. It was hot. No matter what we did, it was hot and hard to sleep at night.

• Симоненко (5/5): Passable - Good location. I had to contact the property to ask them to return the deposit 250 euros I paid when we checked in. I am not sure if I could get it back without contacting them. Even though it was more than 14 days , they sent money only after I texted them.

• Adolph (8/5): Very good - Host sent someone to receive us and open apartment even when we arrived at 1 am by train from Paris. No lift. We were on 3rd floor and stairs are steep. Was always a hustle climbing up and down long flight of stairs everyday and on final day obviously climbing down with luggage was hard. They are in the process of installing a lift.
• Muhammad (1/5): Avoid this HomeFun Group - Location in city centre very close to Sagrada & all prominent locations of city. Apartment lift was broken to our surprise as we reached on 4th floor apartment. We were accommodated in another apartment building after we refused to accept this since we had kids with us. Replacement apartment was in a newer building but very old construction. Definitely not value for money & had numerous basic issues. This HomeFun group has lot of properties in Barca and I suggest to avoid this group totally. They also hold 250 euro cash which is very odd while providing compromised apartments in a beautiful city of Barca.

• Barbara (9/5): Great location, good price - Location was excellent and the size was comfortable for 3 adults. kitchen well equipped, they definitely upgraded since past reviews and recommendations. they even provided branded shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Rodrigo was extremely helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness, the floor was dusty. also, the double bed was a bit narrow for two adults. we did not find extra duvet to be able to put more as those days were rather chilly.

No light in shared entrance stairs - Location great, but the property really need upgrade Really dirty, cleaned only the the tops, underneath extremely dirty. Dust all around flat, plus previous guests left cup full of cigarettes bits inside kitchen cupboard(MOST USEABLE!!!) and cleaner didn’t bothered to check it😔
