Le réceptionniste est resté joignable facilement par message La cage d’escalier fait office de dépôt pour les poubelle… et il s’agit d’un appartement transformé en chambre donc pas vraiment « hôtel » a mon avis

- Peixoto (3/5): - Only the location was good. Very close to the central station Dis aligned beds, cigarette smell on bathroom. Towels smelled like vinegar, we asked for new ones and they also smelled bad. Toilet was extremely disgusting, dirty on the inside and out. The shower height was not enough for us and it would not adjust. We were woken up every day with the sound of the vacuum outside our room, and with the cleaning lady trying to open our door while we were still sleeping.
- Marco (6/5): Ci vuole una restauratina.... - La posizione vicino a stazione termini, l'indipendenza dalla struttura per le uscite La camera aveva un brutto odore che non se ne andava, mancava il bidet ma c'era il doccino, il bagno era cieco e la ventola non funzionava, sul soffitto c'era una grande macchia di umidità. Nel complesso era proprio trasandata.

- Irina (5/5): Не е хотел, а хостел. - Мястото се поддържа редовно - стаята се почиства и подрежда ежедневно. Кърпите се сменят също всеки ден. Персоналът е отзивчив. 1) Да започнем с това, че боклукът на сградата е вътре във входа и усещането при влизане е потресаващо. 2) Асансьорът побера или двама души или един с куфарите. 3) Оказа се че има една обща баня за 10 стаи - нещо, което не беше оказано предварително! Това само по себе си е крайно неприятно! 4) Матраците са неудобни. Кварталът е пълен с бездомници търкалящи се из улиците. Ако не бяхме обвързани финансово, щяхме да потърсим друго място за престой, щом видяхме мизерията!

- Monika (9/5): Great location, a few small inperfections, but over all would totally recommend - Location was very good. 5 minute walk to Termini station, with a lot of transport possibilities - 2 metro lines, a lot of bus lines. 5-20 minutes rides to most of the famous locations. 20-40 minutes by foot. The stay was comfortable, clean towels were provided daily and the staff at the check-in desk was friendly. Great communication before arrival. The door to the bathroom was broken and could not close it. The toilet would not flush properly and it took a lot of time to full the water tank.
- Hempel (9/5): Comodissimo ed economico - Hotel dai prezzi estremamente competitivi rispetto alla concorrenza (e già questo basterebbe a consigliarlo), in una posizione comodissima, ossia a due passi dalla stazione Termini (che, tra parentesi, è sicura e ben presidiata da forze dell'ordine ed esercito: si può camminare nella massima tranquillità anche di notte). La camera in sé è piccolina ma confortevole, abbastanza pulita e, dato non scontato, non si sente pressoché nulla dalle altre camere. Staff gentile e disponibile. Gli unici due nei sono l'assenza di bidet (ma mancherebbe lo spazio per installarne uno) e la descrizione leggermente fuorviante sulla colazione dalla pagina Booking dell'hotel (che sembrerebbe essere inclusa, o che sia comunque presente una qualche convenzione con un bar).

- Analia (9/5): Tres días en el hotel. A dos cuadras de Términi, importante ubicación. - La ubicación es mu buena, No cuenta con desayuno, me prestaron una pava eléctrica para calentar agua. Escaleras, aunque cuenta con un ascensor pequeño. Me encontré con los contenedores de basura dentro del hall del hotel. No sé a quién le corresponde la limpieza de ese lugar.

- Jara (7/5): - Se valor bastante el hecho que esta cerca a termini es difícil de perderte, la habitación es amplia y con una gran ventana para pasar las noches genial, lo malo es su Internet que se va por ratos y si comprar un operador como.yo lo.hice la señal por los pisos de arriba se pierde. Tiene un frío bar que nunca funcionó, eso si los.baños siempre limpios. Aunque dicen que la zona de termine es oeligro yo no la sentí asi quizás por el mismo hecho qje me iba a descansar antes de la media noche.

However, after arrival there was a long black hair under the pillow and another one in the bathroom on a towel. That's not a huge problem but leaves a bit of an uneasy feeling how clean the room really was.
- Karolina (8/5): - Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Zakwaterowanie przebiegło szybko i bezproblemowo, podobnie jak wymeldowanie. Dużym plusem był stały kontakt z obsługą poprzez wiadomości na Booking. Lokalizacja jest świetna – około 10 minut spacerem od dworca Roma Termini, dzięki czemu w zasięgu ręki są metro, pociągi oraz różnego rodzaju autobusy. Na plus zasługuje także codzienna wymiana ręczników, uzupełnianie mydełek oraz opróżnianie koszy na śmieci. Łazienka była czysta, z ciepłą wodą, a dodatkowym udogodnieniem była dostępna suszarka do włosów. Jeśli chodzi o minusy, największym problemem było Wi-Fi, które niestety nie działało dobrze. W efekcie razem z przyjaciółką musiałyśmy korzystać z własnego internetu podczas pobytu w hotelu.

- Simon (6/5): Great location, super friendly staff, very small washroom facilities. - Great location if you’re just looking to get to the train in the morning. Staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms definitely left some to be desired. Showers were smaller than at my hostel and the sink was so close to the wall that I couldn’t stand infront of it I had to stand kinda off to the side. Would’ve wanted a little more considering it was twice the price of a hostel but with a smaller bathroom.

Les lits ressemble plus a des amaques sur ressort. Donc dos sensibles Attention.. Là douche est un peu crasseuse malgré que le ménage soit tout les jours à 10h30.

Temizlik için gelen arkadaş kokuya şaşırdı ama bu sıkıntının uzun zamandan beri var olduğu çok belli. Yataklar yetişkin bir birey için değilde daha çok çocuk için uygun genişlikte. Uykumda yere düşeceğim diye huzursuz uyudum hep. Termini ye yakın olması ilgimizi çekmişti ama bu konforsuz deneyim bizi çok pişman etti

- William (8/5): - Location is great as well as easy access to and from the airport being so near the main train station. No kettle for a morning coffee Broken bedside draw so couldn't use it. Shower needs scrubbing. Walls were dirty. Could do with a coat of paint or washing down.
