• BKCHOW (10/5): Leafy, quiet neighbourhood away from the busier old town San Sebastian - I was early by 2 hours and the property managers were able to arrange an earlier check in time which was much appreciated. The flat has a well stocked kitchen with utensils pots and pans, and coffee machine. It was very comfortable. There is a clothes line for hanging clothing in the central area, but it was full of cooking aromas, smoke and fumes which I didn't want my clothes to smell - so used the clothing rack provided which was great.

• Judith (9/5): Lovely, safe location with plenty to offer - great location within easy walking distances of beach, lots of restaurants and quality coffee and wine bars. Parking on site. Clean and nicely appointed apartment. Although we had to let ourselves in, when we failed we had call back help within minutes to talk us through in a friendly and patient manner. no coat pegs in hallway so damp macs etc. had to be draped on furniture. Large bed had a lumpy mattress. 2nd bedroom and bathroom were both a tight squeeze. Because it is managed by a rentals company (which were very good and responded quickly) it lacked personal touches such as owner recomendations, bus info and no 'welcome'basket of basic provisional, only cleaning products and very nice shower gel/hand soap. However, would be happy to book again and have confidence in Feel Free Rentals. Please advise clients that the parking is 2 floors down, we parked on floor -1 and the resident whose space it was said we were not the first to do so and he wanted the tel. number to complain.
