Guest Reviews
- Jennifer (5/5): Decent room, insane Tech dead zone - It was comfortable and had a kitchen. Very decent room for the price I would give it better ratings, but the plug-ins didn't work. And there was absolutely no Wi-Fi. It was like a dead zone. Absolute Tech silence.
- Josh (4/5): - I really liked the location and the staff were great. Their grab and go breakfast was a mini muffin and coffee. That’s it. Not impressed by the mattress and the room seemed outdated. Not sure how clean it was because there was a sticky residue on the nightstand from a previous tenant’s drink. Had a microwave but wasn’t even plugged in and I couldn’t find the cord myself.
- Jader (5/5): Convenient and affordable location that did its job. - Convenient to our destination Towels were dirty, a bit outdated, breakfast was not really breakfast. More like snacks
- Matthew (9/5): Great staff great location okay price - Close to work Nothing

- Joshua (3/5): - No house keeping ever came to my room. Had to ask for everything. Every time I extended my stay a diffrent person would give me a different process to follow. Half of the employees are nice, but the other half act like you’re unconvincing them by your presence. “Breakfast” is oatmeal, nasty muffins in a plastic wrapper and granola bars with a side of normally empty or crappy coffee. Most everything
- Belinda (5/5): - Friendly staff
Nice place, bring your own hair dryer
Dog friendly
All in all it was a place to stay close to where I needed to be Breakfast VERY disappointing and was basically my reason for picking that place.
Just bad timing of someone that didn't know how to cook at 4am, smokey hall and beeping.
Surprised I got a kitchenette but think I got because of pet, wood floors
Bring your own hair dryer
Old torn iron board

- Albert (1/5): Not worth it! Sleeping in the car is worth it compared to this! - It was somewhere to sleep. It was dirty. The paid wifi sucked. There was no breakfast(grab and go is code for not breakfast or aka just bread in a bag). Even if you paid the single day at a time rate they refused to give you room service sometimes. They would leave almost finished rolls of tp from the last people on the dispenser. They will knock on the door and try to kick you out almost an hour before its check out time. The front desk people may be hanging out/hiding around the corner with the sign up saying they will be back from helping another guest despite not being truly gone or doing anything.
- Sayeh (2/5): - So dirty
- Christene (10/5): -
- mike (4/5): - On the plus side, the shower pressure was strong enough to get a great massage, but in general the place was filthy and seemed like more of a halfway house for recovering addicts or inmates. Also, there was loud music and people banging around all night long.

- pjmcd031 (5/5): Good place to stay if you're on a budget - For the most part our stay was good, we felt safe and had the bare necessities for our stay. The morning coffee was much appreciated.
We received clean towels, dishes, silverware, and paper goods when needed. The TV and wifi worked as needed and the room was a good size for our needs. The screaming door alarm that warns staff if the door isn't closed immediately is quite annoying as it is difficult for wheel chairs and luggage carts to maneuver so quickly without setting off the alarm. Not great when you're carrying a sleeping child in from.the car.
The light on the microwave needs a new bulb, the fridge temp needs adjusting as it freezes half of the food inside. Dogs left unattended in guest rooms whined and cried for longer than tolerable. At one point, the elevator didn't work and we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our room. Not bad unless you've recently had hip surgery. One day, the room.key system didn't wok and staff had to do double duty to let all guests into the hotel, the evator. Which was repaired by then. And into their rooms.
- Samantha (2/5): Not worth the money saved - Honestly one of the worst stays in a hotel I've had in a while. First of all, it was clean ish. As in, at first glace it looks fine, but as you look more closely, you realize they cut corners to get it done - hair still in the tub, corners of the floor thick with dust and grime, walls covered in dirty foot prints. Second, they have a reallt seedy longterm group of folks staying here. And theyre always outside of every entrance smoking so you always have to walk through smoke to get in or out of the building. All of this wouldn't have been so bad if not for the dogs barking in rooms all day or being woken up to the screaming of a domestic dispute at 1 am. You could not pay me to stay here again. Believe me, spend $50 extra and stay somewhere in a different part of town.
- Jessica (2/5): Terrible! - The location was close to what we were doing. We tried to check in and booking.com wouldn't transfer payment to the hotel we had to wait over an hour and a half to get checked in so it was after midnight before we could even get into our room!!! It was a disaster. Also one of the front desk was wairing a mask because the smell of dog urine was so bad. They really need to make it no pets or do better at cleaning the mess. Our room was ok but the smell was disgusting. And they didn't have breakfast, they have muffins and coffee was out both days when I went at 730 am to get it.
- Radek (2/5): - Elevator didn’t work we had to carry all of our luggage by stairs , lock on door didn’t work , cops show up at hotels looking for someone, will not stay here again ever !!!
- Douglas (MaliKai) (8/5): -
- Brittany (10/5): - Clean
- Nizhum Rahman (1/5): Stay away from here. - Nothing really. On the first day, the elevator was not working, so we had to take the stairs, which were filled with an awful smell of cigarette smoke. The entire hallway reeked. The next day, the elevator was working, but the same bad smell lingered.
On our first morning, we went for the “breakfast” — and honestly, is that even breakfast? It was just coffee and muffins, plus a few small packets of cereal with no milk or jelly. They should stop advertising breakfast altogether, because it’s extremely frustrating to see this after paying $191 for two nights. I don’t know whether to blame Booking.com or the hotel, but please be aware: there is no real breakfast here — only coffee.
I will never stay at this hotel again. Booking.com should remove this false “free breakfast” claim. One evening, I even saw a receptionist smoking right in front of the main entrance.
The fridge was useless — we put in an ice pack, but it didn’t get cold at all.
Please don’t ruin your holiday by staying at such a poor-quality hotel. This is not a place for travelers.
- Dan (2/5): Did not stay - Elevator broken down and only stairs available, too much to carry up stairs and my wife could not climb the stairs. Ended up not staying and found another hotel.
- Lynetta (2/5): - Rooms were clean but overall hotel was filthy, Elevators broken, no tv service
- Roxanne (2/5): - Elevators didn't work. Staff was never at the desk, you had to yell for someone. Room had 1 drawer missing, and one that was broke. Laundry too expensive . Hallway carpets needed serious cleaning, and the hallways smelled bad.
- Cure (8/5): A good value and had a good stay - Clean, shower was hot, friendly staff Elevator broken two of the three days we were there, no tv service
- George (10/5): - Nice - elevator broken - on 2nd floor so not bad.
- Jorge (10/5): - Great place for a Night
- Dave (4/5): Ok but not what I expected - Location was next to event No kitchenware. Wood floors were noisy. Bed uncomfortable.
- Marina (6/5): Below average. - The condition of the first floor is unbearable. The fact that people stay with pets for a long time, don't clean after them, and the smell is horrendous. The carpet in the hallways is just nasty. Luckily, we stayed on the second floor, where the carpet was slightly better, but the smell was still there. The rooms also didn't ave ANY basic dishes, basic condiments. Never recommending this place to anyone for any reason.
- Christopher (10/5): - Overall the stay was good for a last minute stay. Clean, good neighborhood and close to restaurants. Would stay again if we were in the area.
- Mitch (4/5): - Room was good but the halls smelled terrible. Tons of rats in the parking lot,we worried about them getting into our car.
- Brandon (4/5): - Second time in a row there was no one to check me in and had to wait. My bed frame was super loose and the room smelled strongly of smoke.
- Abby (4/5): - All the different smells was overwhelming especially the marijuana smell. This definitely is not a non smoking hotel. Also the elevator went out Tuesday evening and was still out Sunday morning when we left. We were on the 3rd floor.
- Terry (6/5): - The carpets were dirty in the hallway .the maintenance man was rude the air conditioning worked good no night attendant to check us in at midnight had to wait for about 39minutes for the answering service to call n keep calling someone to come check us in.satscfree breakfast all that it was was two different kinds of instant oatmeal packs and coffee .the shower was great the bathroom was clean .nice that they don't charge for incidentals.laubdry was 4.25 a load to wash and 4.25 a load to dry .a full load did get dry .so that was nice and there was a lot of washers and dryers.
- Barker (2/5): Very poor - No ice machine. There is a fridge and freezer in the rooms with ice trays, however our fridge and freezer was completly warm and wouldnt turn on. It also smelled bad
- Travis (10/5): - Good long stay
- Samuel (9/5): Superb -
- Shameek (8/5): Very good -
- Sherry (8/5): - Noisy
- Hernandez (8/5): Very good -
- Caitlin (2/5): The worst experience I've ever had with a hotel - The only thing I partially enjoyed during this stay was the staff. I encountered four different staff members, one on the phone. For my first night, it was not a good experience. A tall man with tattoos mumbled to the point where I had no idea what he was saying to me/overcharged me $136.00. The second staff member was someone my fiance spoke to over the phone the next day about getting someone to clean our room, and was told they were too busy to clean it that day, but they would the next day, and never did. The third/fourth staff member was Abdul and another sweet lady, but I didn't get her name. Abdul helped reactivate our key cards, and he was very nice. The lady checked me back in since I extended my stay one night, handed me my refund receipt, and got me new towels and was also very nice. It all started with the staff taking almost 8 minutes to check me in. During this check-in, I was overcharged 136.00. The second impression of this place was that the hallway to our room smelled extremely bad. The third impression was when we got to our room, and there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. My fiancé eventually had to go to the store to get an air freshener and an odor eliminator. There were splatter stains on the wall, and I refused to go barefoot on the floor. The small couch had what looked like cat scratches, which didn't fully bother me, but it just looked dirty. The sink also had water stains, or some stains on it, and the faucet had a sort of texture on it that felt as if no one had cleaned it. My fiancé called the next day to try to get the room cleaned, and he was told that they were swamped that day and would have to wait until the next day, but no one ever came by and cleaned it. We were willing to pay the cleaning fee, but we didn't have to since no one showed up. Fourth impression was when I extended our stay on check-in day to one more night, and when my fiancé called to inquire about the extra 136.00 I was overcharged, they didn't even have my extra night on file. They ended up adding me, but I'm just overall disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this hotel in my life.
On top of that, the towels smelled like cigarettes, and the shower was pretty dirty too, with small hairs around the walls. If you can fork out the extra 30ish dollars for another hotel, please do so. I don't want anyone else to experience what I have during this stay.
- Jorge (1/5): Bad -
- Aaron (6/5): Sticky and a Nuisance - Quite dirty. The whole place was sticky. My shoes kept sticking to the floor. There was an ankle biter type of dog that would not stop barking throughout our entire stay as well.
- Wright (6/5): Pleasant - Check in staff was rude, nasty comments. Everyone else were pleasant
- 707valindaj (2/5): W O R S T E V E R - I have been traveling and staying with Priceline recommended hotels for the last 3 years and they have all been above my expectations until today. This hotel accommodation was so poor that it was DISRESPECTFUL. When I arrived at the room there were NO SUPPLIES....not even toilet paper! It looks like no one has cleaned for at least a week maybe a month.; and I can't even think about how long it has been since the floors were cleaned I had to use an extra sheet to cover the bathroom floor because it was so gross and sticky. When I arrived the bed was stripped. There were no bedding supplies except for sheets - which I had to go with the manager to get -and then I made my own bed. I had to replace light bulbs. There were very few items available even in the supply room. There were no blankets available at all.
This room was so disgusting that I actually had to leave and go for a drive until I was so tired from traveling that I was able to finally sleep at 11 pm.
When I asked if the maid was absolutely going to come in the morning to get the room DETAILED I was told by the very frustrated Night Manager that I would have to "try to catch somebody who was cleaning and let them know."
I traveled from the top of Wyoming to this hotel in a Denver South location; so this was quite the Rude Awakening. I am VERY displeased that I even had to give this hotel one star because it is not at all deserved.
I am copying this review and sending it to the Better Business Bureau.

- Stoperasing (5/5): Passable -
- jayden (10/5): - amazing
- Zailani (8/5): Very good -
- Dustin (10/5): - Meh it was cheap
- Ramona (3/5): Run away. - No one approached me. Sheets were old but appeared clean. They were painting, poop on the hallway, obvious pot smoke.
- Isabella (6/5): It got very loud around 5am from traffic and there was a ringing sound that did not stop, made it hard to sleep ☹️ -
- Justice (6/5): - They not have everything that we needs
- Justice (6/5): - They not have what we needs
- Justice (8/5): - It cheap hotel
- Christian (4/5): - Pictures look better than the actual property. Dirty, grungy, unwelcoming atmosphere. Got put in a room next to a dog that barked all day and night. I will not be returning tonthis property
- Karen (8/5): - Very close to Avalanche practice facility. Really needed to soak in a tub!!!! Done!!!
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Deborah (6/5): - Here are a few things to be aware of: They do not serve breakfast!!!! You get a packet of oatmeal (plain) and a muffin. Do not expect anything more than that!!! There are NO supplies in the kitchen at all. When checking in they literally give you 2 plates, 2 bowels, 2 coffee cups and 2 cups, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 2 forks, a spatula, stir spoon, fry pan and a one other sauce pan. NO EXTRAS!!! Nothing else. They do not make the beds or do any room service until you have been here 2 weeks. You take your own garbage out. You can get sheets and towels upon exchange/request. This is Denver and we did have a storm come in... the only dicey concern was their parking lot as they do not plow or salt at all.... main roads are kept up excellent! Once all our stuff was brought to the room and we understood how things operated we chose to stay here, although there are a lot of extended stays in the area!!!
- Cecelia (8/5): - First stay . Apartment complex put me up there because pipe bust.
Unit clean, and quiet , what was difficult for me was getting on bed , too high and toilet too low for a 83 year old, also no instruction in how to utilize / obtain cooking utensils , internet garbage & am coffee .
- Carolyn (8/5): Great value! - We were all impressed with how nice the rooms were. We were disappointed with the breakfast. More would have been better: fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice.
- Mercedes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lawrence (10/5): - Barbara is excellent
- Lawrence (10/5): - The Manager is great alone with her staff!
- Jordan (6/5): - It was very dirty and smelled of cigarettes
- Patrick (4/5): - Heat didn’t work, room smelled horrible
- Claire (2/5): - I Stayed 1 Night..
I was on 3rd floor..#326
Neighbor around me in another room blasted Music and slammed doors at 2 am...
My Sleep was Disturbed from the thumping of music.
Very Dis-appointed.
Apparently this Hotel rents to homeless people that never leaves the premises.
It is Not a respectful Hotel.
Don't be decieved.
- Meza (5/5): Passable - Good but they charged me twice now I have to wait 10 days for a refund
- Sabrina (10/5): Loved this location., very accessible - The breakfast bar The stains on the carpet
- Carolyn (8/5): Great Value! - For the value, I thought the room was quite adequate. Having a full size refrigerator was a nice touch. We were only there for one night and could see where it was setup more for extended stay guests (thus the name). So it was a nice surprise and good value for our one night stay. It stated that "Breakfast Included". All that was supplied was muffins, oatmeal, bars, and coffee/tea. That was disappointing but everything else was quite nice.
- Angel (8/5): Very good -
- Shawna (10/5): Much needed rest - It was a very pleasant restful trip
- Matt (10/5): - The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The housekeepers do a great job! Very clean establishment.
However, paper thin walls, you can hear your neighbor sneeze
- Marquise (10/5): - good people
- Tu (8/5): - Everything is amazing, staffs are friendly and helpful. But the elevator works only half of the time.
- Benjamin (10/5): - Awesome
- Tiffany (8/5): I would revisit this location. - The beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient.
- William (4/5): AMAZING staff, horrible facilities. - The staff is absolutely amazing. they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and were immediately responsive to concerns about room cleanliness and quality. It is centrally located in Centennial with easy access to Arapahoe Rd. Price was amazing and i always felt safe. Easily added pet onto our stay at last minute. This reviewer finds no faults with the desk staff or other "boots on the ground" members of staff. The elevator would randomly stop working and seemed to have to be beaten into submission when it did want to work. The beds were rock hard and came with almost no bedding (Motel 6 is better equipped). The shower was badly in need of de-scaling, though functional. There were blood spatters on the ceiling in our second room, which was a decided upgrade from the stained and pube-y bed linens and grime caked floor in the first room. the icing on the cake of the first room was the random sock in the bed clothes. The fire alarms on the stair exit doors were disabled and there was a random 50L pack in one of the stairwells. The first floor reeked of curry for the first two days we were there. This is a great long term flop house for the traveling trades-person aiming to get drunk after work in the parking lot before stumbling upstairs to sleep or possible members of the oldest profession. Breakfast was as advertised but I honestly expected more, that's on me. Road noise was more than expected. I feel management should be re-evaluated by corporate, or corporate should cough up funds for building maintenance and re-fit.
- Lane (2/5): - Rude Employees
Had a leaking bathroom sink and unable to fix/switch rooms - leaked all over bathroom floor non-stop
- Karen (2/5): - They were unfriendly and made things complicated
- Claire (4/5): - It's Convenient)
Lots of Cops at the Hotel.
- Adaimia (6/5): - Staff was great checking in, but the room itself was pretty beat up and outdated it seemed. The hole tile there the building smelt weird and stains on the flooring along with the mattress caving in the middle. It wasn’t a bad stay but not a comfy stay either
- Steven (2/5): - I have an issue with being sent to second floor room and not having an elevator to bring my equipment up to the room. I am a 69 year old man with recent hip replacement and even if I were a health man, it would not have worked for me. I assume I was refunded, but I won't know for a few weeks when I can go through my accounts.
- TaMyra (6/5): - Overall the hotel and my room was nice, just some of the workers were rude. Plus the internet wasn't a secure network so I used my personal hotspot the entire time to prevent my information from being publicly viewed and the elevator was broke. Plus the people that were above me were super noisy moving around furniture, talking loud etc. Then around 10 something at night(I'm almost sleep) some knocked on my door(I didn't answer). I'm hoping they got the wrong room number(thankfully they didn't come back).
- Channa (1/5): Not ideal - Nothing at all The smell, the general cleanliness of the building in general. The elevator was broken
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Is very good to stay
- Laquita (10/5): - Excellent 👌
