Location is far from city center, no lift, bad breakfast, rooms falling apart as very old fittings. YOSSEF (6/5): - מיקום טוב בין מלא חנויות. מאוד חמים בחדר ובמלון בכללי.. בשירותים תמיד יש ריח לא נעים. לא עוזרים עם המזוודות. . משאיר שלט של לנקות את החדר ולא מנקים גם אחרי שעות. השטיח בחדר נותן תחושה מעופשת המרפסת לא באמת מרפסת . סביר יחסית למחיר הנמוך. לא אכלתי שם בארוחת בוקר, האוכל זול מדי בחוץ כדי להתפשר על ארוחת בוקר.

Paul (3/5): Very cold and smelled like tobacco - Deceptively low price. Dont get scammed. Strong smell of cigarettes and very cold. I rented a junior suite for new years week. The room was very old and poorly maintained. The room instantly reeked of tobacco smell. It was unbearable. The staff just said "oh, really?" and offered nothing to fix it. It was winter and it was very clear there has been zero renovations for a decade or more. The windows are not sealed and cold air blew in. The AC was forced on super power saving mode, so it was impossible to heat the room. After the first night we reached out to the reception again and was more assertive that this was not acceptable. They came in the room and confirmed the smell. We were offered a very small equally cold room that was not a suite. Since the hotel was sold out we suggested a refund and going elsewhere. We even reached out to management through messages and met a stone wall. Booking.com customer service said they were non-responsive for an explanation. I see that on other reviews the hotel tries to blame the customer but that is just lies to escape responsibility. If you get tricked like us, contact your credit card company and ask for a chargeback on the basis of breach of contract. You will get your money back and eventually they will be kicked off this platform.

Anna (6/5): Точно не 4 звезды, как заявлено на букинге - Приветливый персонал, вкусная еда, жаль только не грузинская. Очень красиво оформлен сам отель - вход, место, где кушаешь, коридоры - есть свой стиль, шарм и уют. Много полотенец (по 3 на человека). Очень тепло в номере, открывали на проветривание. Наличие холодильника, хоть и пустого, но можно хранить своё в холоде. Много вешалок для одежды и шкафов. Просторный номер. Круглосуточный вход и выход из отеля. Отличное месторасположение, рядом все необходимое, и метро. Номер - семейный люкс, но от люкса только название. В номере у кондиционера сломана направляющая, постельное белье с мелкими черными волосами, в ванной отломан и валяется переключатель с душа на тропический душ, по самой ванной и по полу бегают муравьи. Стулья в самом номере - шатаются; был сейф - но его кто-то уже заблокировал, и им не воспользоваться. Хоть светильники очень красивые - но света от них в номере очень мало, если вы собираетесь работать вечером - то явно нужен будет дополнительный свет. Стаканы для воды - грязные, и сам чайник, который в номере - уже внутри весь черный, и подлежит замене; плюс в чайнике отсутствует кнопка для включения/отключения, поэтому надо следить, чтобы он не сгорел. Вайфай очень слабый, постоянно отрубается, скорость маленькая. Также в номере есть табличка, в которой указан номер телефона, чтобы позвонить на ресепшен, но сам телефон спрятан в шкафу, и без проводов - так что никуда не позвонить. Матрас хоть и хороший, но кровать - скрипит с одной стороны, и причем громко, поэтому поворачиваться нужно осторожно, чтобы не разбудить человека, который спит рядом. Одеяло хоть и теплое предоставляется, но оно одно, и не покрывает полностью кровать, поэтому спать вдвоем под одним одеялом практически невозможно. Не смотря на то, что есть вытяжка, и она работает, после даже непродолжительного приема душа/ванны - стекла напрочь запотевают, и нужно проветривать помещение.

Было очень тепло в номере и все😅 Было грязное полотенце с чужим волосом, туалет не помыт, там тоже были чьи то волосы и не смытая бумага туалетная. Самый ужас в том, что с 12 до 2 ночи (потом я заснула) сверлили и стучали молотком!! Я такое первый раз встречаю за всю жизнь. Постельное белье синтетическое. Завтраки на букинге в 8:30, по факту в 9:00. Я надеялась успеть так как в 9 утра надо было уезжать, и осталась без завтрака.

Liana (5/5): - Впечатлена дизайном этого отеля — он действительно напоминал картины Клода Моне и ассоциировался с эпохой экспрессионизма. Персонал был вежливым. К сожалению, не говорил ни по-армянски, ни по-русски. Хорошо, что мои дети знают английский. Мы заранее забронировали люкс с завтраком. Однако по приезде нам сообщили, что наш номер занят, и нам пришлось остановиться в другом. Пыль на шкафах была ужасной, из ванной комнаты шел сильный неприятный запах канализации, тюлевая штора была снята. После нашего недовольства привели мастера, который при нас отремонтировал и повесил штору. Балконы были грязными, завтрак — несвежим. Ковролин грязный, чашки и тарелки разные и вперемешку, халаты принесли только после просьбы.

Gennadii Zakharov (9/5): A nice stay in a cosy place. A good value for money. - Big and clean room. Cosy hotel with beautifully decorated interior. Comfortable public space - good for work. Very tasty breakfast with a wide selection of products. Good location close to the subway. A big grocery store and a bank branch are just across the road. The bathroom furniture is quite old. The shower head sometimes falls off its bracket. It's not a big deal for me, but it's still noticeable.

Syed (1/5): Worst hotel experience of my life – absolutely horrible - Nothing This hotel is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. The rooms are dark, depressing, and poorly lit, making it feel like you’re staying in a basement rather than a hotel. On top of that, the rooms have a stingy, foul smell that makes it extremely uncomfortable to even stay inside. The heaters do not work at all, and cold air keeps passing through the windows even its closed in bathroom, making the bathroom freezing and miserable. The staff is extremely uncooperative and shows zero concern for guest comfort. There is no lift, no bellboys, and absolutely no support to shift luggage, even though the rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. Overall, this was the worst experience imaginable. Poor facilities, terrible service, and zero hospitality. I strongly regret choosing this place and would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else

M (5/5): Location is great if you don't mind everything else - The location is the best thing about this hotel. It's centrally located, steps from grocery stores, restaurants, mini city park, metro. Across the street is Carrefour and a little shopping center. The room and bathroom size is nice and spacious. Color scheme and decor is not too bad but feels a bit dated. Strong water pressure in the shower. Interior design - they are going for the art hotel look so you have a mix of colors. STAFF - I was 1 hour early for check in and they wanted me to pay 70 lari (about 26 USD) to check in early. Young man at front desk was and a young girl not so much. Since I was running errands, around the neighborhood, I stopped at the hotel and asked if I could leave my bag at reception and pick it up later (no elevator, my room on the 3rd floor). The girl said ok but told me to "not do it again!" FACILITIES - The hotel is scattered with prints of Monet's. Interior design is going for the art hotel look so you have a mix of colors. Rooms are upstairs (2nd floor and above) and there is no elevator in the hotel. CLEANLINESS - Mediocre. There is no signage for the door (make up room/DND) so the cleaning ladies come at noon daily but will only clean what you ask. I stayed 7 nights and mostly had my garbage removed and water replaced. You get 2 bottles of water per day but since I did not drink one from yesterday. The cleaning lady argued with me that I had 2 bottles already so would only give me ONE bottle. Just terrible attitude and not friendly at all. After my 3rd night, I asked for sheets to be changed and the room to be cleaned - one of the cleaning ladies asked me when I arrived, how many nights have I stayed and when I was checking out before she'd change the sheets and pillow cases. COMFORT - I'm easy going so don't need much but location was the only good thing about this place. No safe in room. VALUE - no. BATHROOM - the rainshower showerhead in the bathroom was broken. At least handheld worked BED - Mattress was lumpy with a dip in the middle. There is no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet over the mattress that doesn't even cover it fully, then duvet on top and covered by a quilt. The sheets also had stains. When I arrived, the pillow cases were so thin, I could see through to the pillow. At least when they changed it, the pillow cases were better. WIFI - So slow. I fell asleep waiting for my Gmail to download.

I mean, they offer instant coffee, but I haven't seen that in the poorest countries and the worst hotels. Invest in a 50 dollar filter machine, Jesus. - Bad wifi that almost doesn't work. Asked the staff to fix it, said he'll look into it... no further communication. - Massive amounts of water leaking from the shower. Asked the cleaning lady, she said "we know and we can't do anything about it" - Bidet sprays so hard you can shut down the national protests with that water pressure. Just a bit more and you get your ass penetrated. I left and booked a guest house for 150 euro for 1 week. Wouldn't recommend.

The room had all the basic soaps/shampoo/hairdryer. The staff were really nice to bring our luggage up to 4th floor and then down when we were leaving. It doesn’t have an elevator and the door to rooms are a bit flimsy/hard to lock.
Michel (3/5): Vaut son prix... Pas cher. - Une certaine décoration, un certain style, pour un bâtiment qui eut paraît-il jadis une réputation un peu olé olé. Des grandes chambres, y compris la salle de bain. Personnel pas du tout investi, faisant le minimum et sans âme, chambre de bric et de broc, un peu poussiéreuse, coffre fort branlant et inutilisable, wifi si instable qu'on ne peut l'utiliser, serrure de porte incertaine, pas de couette, juste un drap, et rue bruyante jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.

Jose Anibal (7/5): - La localisation était super tout proche et accessible à pied, le petit déjeuner très bon et varié. L'hôtel était bien dans ensemble avec une belle décoration intérieure par contre dans la chambre la salle de bain sentait pas bon et la propreté moyenne.

Anna (2/5): - I told that TV doesn't work in my room. The guy on reception tried to fix it without any success and just left it so. I came into the room the next evening and saw that the TV still didn't work, they didn't even try to fix it during the day. The room was very dirty. The walls in the room were covered by dirty spots. The basic facilities didn't work. The shower was broken, the TV didn't work. I asked the guy on reception to fix it, he tried without any success and just left it so. There is no soundproof in the room, you hear even how the neighbor snores. It's just terrible.

Valentin (9/5): - Отличный приветливый персонал. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Дизайн отеля, внутреннее оформление общих зон репродукциями работ Моне. Отрегулировать балконную дверь, чтобы она плотно закрывалась, т.к. район оживленный, много машин.
Anton (9/5): Comfortable hotel with good service. - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely fantastic – very spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The lighting made the whole space feel warm and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality.
