- Elizabeth (10/5): Wonderful B&B with restaurant - This was the highlight of our trip to the midi-Pyrenees. Set in a tiny village in rolling hills, close to many delightful medieval towns and the amazing city of Albi. (best to locate on google maps on phone - not the TomTom) Isabelle made us very welcome - she emailed me 2 days before to ask what time to expect us, if we wished to have dinner, and any food preferences.. It was very clean and quiet and had a warm swimming pool. Her cooking was outstanding.

- Philippe (10/5): Havre de paix - Chambre d'hôtes pas évidente à trouver dans la campagne tarnaise écrasée de soleil. Excellent accueil, chambre très confortable, piscine merveilleusement délassante, cuisine raffinée... Cordes sur Ciel est à un gros quart d'heure, mais attention à ne pas se tromper de route ! Etablissement hautement recommandable. Il faudrait juste équiper les chambres de moustiquaires.
