- AC (3/5): NOT a joy to stay there. - De locatie die erg handig was om naar een concert in de Johan Cruyf Arena te gaan. Het enorme geklungel met de parking, waarvan de medewerkers zelf niet wisten hoe het eigenlijk werkte. De ONgastvrijheid. Alles zit op slot; elke deur elke trap, ontbijtruimte…, alles afgemeten. 10 euro per uur aanrekenen voor iets latere check out. In de IKEA vlakbij was het veel gezelliger en gastvrijer. Onbeleefde medewerker aan de balie. Vlekken op de stoelen op de kamer , ook op de muur . Voegen van de douche vies.

Nous sommes arrivées à 11 h, si nous voulions faire le check-in avant 15 h il fallait payer 50 € (ce qui n’était pas spécifié). Nous avons donc laissé notre valise à la consigne et avons été nous promener avant de revenir faire le check-in à 15 h.

- Carlos (8/5): Good night stay after a concert at Ziggo Dome - It was very close to the Ziggo dome, so perfect location if you are going to a concert there. Staff was friendly and the room was comfy and spacious. It was relatively expensive, far away from the city center. The hotel is located in a business neighborhood, so there were not a lot of amenities nearby.

- Georgi (7/5): Fine for a quick trip to Amsterdam - The hotel is fine, it's not far from AFAS live, making it an option if you travel for an event. It's a bit far from the center, bu The breakfast is 7/10, nothing fancy. I just don't understand how it's possible to offer a room without a window. I'm not saying that I wasn't informed about it, it's just absurd.

- d'Nise (5/5): NO JOY!- It's okay if you are only interested in a bed at night & nothing more. - Bathtub= was roomy & comfortable. ROOM = Very Small. No place for 2 suitcases if you were traveling with mate/spouse. The door security lock would not LOCK. The screws were loose on the door closure. The staff says they had not maintenance on staff to remedy. We slept with extra security door stops we brought from home & chair against door. PARKING= very difficult for Uber to enter to pick us up. Parking lot entry bar for cars is not even within view of front desk it is down a long driveway & blocked by hotel in front of Joy Hotel. So Uber & Bolt would not even come in, we had to walk with our luggage out to the street to meet them. (That was awful). FRONT DOOR RAMP= did not exists. so you could not easily roll your bags up to the door. The movable 12 inch rubber ramp kept moving, so you had to lift your rolling bags up over the curb.

I didn't like the people at the reception smells on sweat from far. I didn't they don't smiley and not very welcoming or friendly. Didn't like the system for the parking and the overpriced parking. Didn't like overpriced charging station placed in the hotel.

- David (5/5): Location main reason. Expensive for the limited facilities and small room. Only for location otherwise not a first choic - Close to metro. Room cleaned daily. There for 5 nights and they merged booking and left us same rooms as we moved from 3 to 2 people last 2 nights. Paying for parking. Room small. Limited facilities eg. No bar in hotel and nothing around. Security gate constantly on the blink. Breakfast expensive so went to Mc Donalds. 10min walk. Half the price.

- Yuliya (9/5): - We booked the cheapiest room but at the time of check-in we received a free room upgrade, thanks a lot to administrator for this! We came to the city to concert at Ziggo dome, the location is very convenient for this kind os situation, its 15-20 minutes walk from the arena. There is no separation of the shower and another bathroom area, just a plain floor, it was very inconvenient to take a shower and constantly think about how to make water not to flow out somewhere

- Martijn (8/5): Goed hotel voor acceptabele prijs. - Betaalbaar hotel in Amsterdam. Vanaf metrostation Bullewijk (300 m) ben je binnen 20 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal. Verder schone en nette kamers. Enige kleine minpuntje is dat ze weinig of geen Nederlandse televisiezenders aanbieden.

Egy kissé szűkös 3 fő részére, a fürdőszobai ajtó egy vékony üvegből van, ráadásul ha valaki becsukja , hangos, nem is zár jól , ha a többiek még alszanak zavaró.

- Theodora (9/5): Good hotel in a convenient location - The location is convenient the metro is 200 meters from the hotel. The no 54 metro takes you to Amsterdam's central train station in less than 15 minutes and the fair is 3.08 euros. The hotel rooms are spacious and have a small fridge and a kettle. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. There is construction going on around the hotel but this will be finished by the end of May. Nothing. Just to mention that the lobby is not too big and there is limited sitting space

- Samira (3/5): - Das Bad und das Zimmer waren für die Deklaration eines Deluxe-Zimmers viel zu klein. Auf dem Foto ist eine Schranke vor dem Parkplatz nicht zu erkennen. Für große Menschen ist der Abstand zwischen Bett und Wand viel zu klein.
