- Juliane (1/5): Schlimm - Restaurant darunter wunderbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig Vorgänger hat Zigaretten geraucht obwohl es Nichtraucherferuenwohnung war, Kalter Rauch auch in den Bettdecken, Schimmel , schlecht geputzt , Toilettenbrille locker , Kaffeeflecken auf Heizung und Wand, Geschirr dreckig vom Vorgänger, Tiefkühlfach unbenutzbar Dreck vom Vorgänger, als wir ankamen 17Uhr war Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt , Reinigungspersonal hat uns gebeten noch 1h zu warten, Fenster nicht ankippbar, abgewohnt, unzumutbar

- Angelika (2/5): Schmutzig - Die Erklärungen zum Check in und parken sind sehr verständlich. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist warm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ok. Es ist sehr schmutzig, der Gang ist sehr dunkel und nicht einladend, es riecht grauslig. Das Appartement war einfach dreckig, am Boden waren Chipskrümel und Flecken (Saft?) Die Duschwand, ohne Worte. Die Sockelleisten fehlen, würde nichts machen, wenn nicht dort am Übergang sehr viel Staub wäre. Die Fernbedienung ist auch verdreckt. Fernseher hab ich nicht zum laufen gebracht, das ist allerdings das kleinste Problem. Vielleicht sollte der Vermieter mal 3 Nächte hier verbringen, das wäre sicher sehr hilfreich bei Verbesserungen.

- Christine (7/5): Die Unterkunft ist nichts besonderes aber ich hatte alles was ich brauchte. - Die Nähe zur Pizzeria und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist der große Pluspunkt an dieser Unterkunft. Das Stiegenhaus und der Gang zu den Apartments könnten eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Wirt etwas nah Ostblock. Teilweise war es etwas laut, besonders am Abend und an 6 Uhr früh. In der Nacht war es aber ruhig.

- RoTr (5/5): Nicht das Ritz Carlton, allerdings für Übernachtungen vollkommen ausreichend - Die Lage, Preis/Leistung durchaus zufriedenstellend, man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus am HBF und von dort auch schnell am Hauptplatz bzw. in einer großen Einkaufsstraße. Pizzeria direkt im Haus ist auch kein Nachteil gewesen Nicht gefallen klingt in der Fragestellung per se "falsch": man darf sich bei der Unterkunft nicht das Ritz Carlton erwarten! Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nichts großartiges, kein großer Luxus. Aber zum Übernachten mehr als ausreichend! Kleinigkeiten würde ich persönlich ändern -> der Fernseher hatte zwar Zugang zu Netflix, allerdings hat die Auflösung nicht gepasst, somit war Fernsehen nicht möglich. Auf der anderen Seite muss man auch ehrlich sagen: zum Fernsehen ist man eh nicht dort ;-)

Well all the walls had mold, all walls were filthy looks like years of no washing, stunk very badly I’m guessing from the restaurant below, no shampoo which I feel is a must for facilities, I got in from a very long trip and couldn’t shower. This place cost 220€ for two nights which is absolutely ridiculous. Never ever would I recommend or dare go back to this place. They talk about keeping the deposit for being dirty, but maybe they need to make the room clean for the people to feel comfortable.

The only closet in the apartment was barley holding together, faucet in the kitchen area is the worst you were all wet from washing the dishes. The smoke detector went off because we were cooking and there was a lot of steam.

Das Doppelbett war sehr angenehm, es gab heißes Wasser in der Dusche, wir hatten einen Wasserkocher, Herdplatte, Kaffeemaschine & Toaster. Mit dem Fernseher hatten wir am Anfang Schwierigkeiten, aber per Telefon war immer jemand erreichbar!!

- Krisztina (10/5): - Nagyon tetszett, hogy minden precízen le volt írva, videó volt a bejutasról. Közel van a stadion, billa, van ingyenes parkolási lehetőség az utcában. Nem volt valami nagy tisztaság, kicsi a zuhanyzó, nincs mikró, én azt nagyon hiányoltam! Koszos a vízforraló.

Buona e comoda la posizione. - Posizione tranquilla e comoda, oltreché ben servita e con parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Colazione non disponibile. Struttura forse un po' datata e da rimodernare soprattutto nel bagno.

- Vesna (8/5): Udoban apartman na odličnoj lokaciji - Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji. Ima skoro sve što je potrebno za kraći boravak. Bračni krevet je udoban. I zadovoljavajuće čisto. U kupatilu nije bilo fena za kosu i tuš kabina je veoma mala. U kuhinji je falila neka manja šerpa i rukavica za rernu. Posteljina je od nekog sintetičkog materijala koji pravi varnice u mraku.

- Melanie (9/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! - Der Check In war einfach und unkompliziert - und die Lage perfekt für uns, die Tips Arena ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ausstattung reicht vollkommen aus. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Eine Mikrowelle in der Küche wäre großartig.

Das Geschirr hatte noch Krümel und Kaffeeflecken, die Bettwäsche war verschmiert und hat extrem gestunken, in der Duschkabine waren noch Haare und andere Dinge, der Boden in der ganzen Wohnung einfach nur ekelig. Wir haben unsere Schuhe nicht einmal ausgezogen. Die ganze Wohnung hat gestunken bis zum geht nicht mehr, die Fotos auf der Seite sind leider nur Wunschvorstellungen!
- Martina (9/5): Perfekt für einen Besuch der Tips Arena - Die direkte Nähe zur Tips Arena war perfekt, da wir die Unterkunft für einen Konzertbesuch genutzt haben. Tatsächlich war man in drei Minuten zu Fuß vor der Arena.

Fernseher ging nicht, nach dreimaligen Anrufen wurde ein Techniker angekündigt, der nie kam.Kein Badezimmer Vorleger. Licht im Zimmer ganz dunkel. Keine Nachtlichter.Man konnte nicht lesen, nicht Fernsehen. Das drum herum wurde ja schon vielmals kommentiert. Das sind alles Kleine Anschaffungen die ohne viel Aufwand erledigt werden könnte. Aber anscheinend passiert nichts. Küche sollte auch einmal geputzt werden.

- Anastasiya (10/5): В загалі все влаштовую. Будемо бронювати на наступну поїздку - По перше це розташування - поруч зупинка , два великих продуктових магазина. По друге - в номері (він як маленька квартира) є все необхідне на кухні (чайник, праска, посудомийка, духовка, холодильник, все для приготування їжі та необхідний посуд) та окрема ванна кімната ( душова кабіна, туалет та раковина) . Горячі вода - бойлер 1. Посуд був не в повній кількості 2. Душова кабіна дуже мала 3 вікно відкривалось тільки одна створка, і якщо відкрити , то потім щоб закрити потрібно було прикласти зусилля ( одна сторона провисає)

I booked City Apartment Stadion based on the listing photos and description, but on arrival I was shocked by the condition of the building and common areas. Security felt inadequate, cleanliness was poor, and overall maintenance was sub-standard. The accommodation did not match the presentation on the site, and I did not feel safe staying. I left and booked alternative accommodation a hotel in the city the same evening.

- Giovanni (5/5): Linz in auto - Piccolo monolocale in zona tranquilla, arredo spartano ma funzionale, lavastoviglie, self check-in, buon wifi. Manca il condizionatore, letti e cuscini piuttosto scomodi, il parcheggio non così facile come fanno credere, attrezzatura in cucina carente.
- Baciero (4/5): Buena ubicación pero complicado para aparcar - La ubicación Dificultades para aparcar. A pesar de que te mandan un plano explicando dónde puedes aparcar, cuando llegamos nosotros la zona en la que se supone que se podía aparcar no estaba disponible. Les preguntamos por otra zona y su respuesta fue dejarnos en leído o reenviarnos el plano que no nos era útil. Además la fregadera era más pequeña que la vajilla en si (las ollas por ejemplo no cabian en el fregadero). Entendíamos que el plan sería meter todo al lavavajillas, pero como la puerta de este andaba bastante suelta, no nos atrevimos a usarlo.

- Neus (5/5): Dust everywhere - The places was really close to the station like 10-15 minutes walk and the beds are really comfortable. There is a gas station in front that is open pretty much always, and there is a coffee shop and a supermarket 2' walk. The apartament was full of dust as if no one had cleaned it in a while, like pans and pots full of dust which means that have not been used neither cleaned. Coffee machine had glass inside and the basics in the apartment are not provided (shampoo, salt,smoke extractor...)

- Alexander (1/5): Ein Wohnwagen wäre besser gewesen - Die Unterkunft entsprach auf keinen Fall der abgebildeten Fotos bei Booking com . Die Apartements sind Renovierungs bedürftig. Die Dusche im Bad ist schon für normalgewichtige Personen zu klein . Es halten sich im Hotel zwielichtige Gestalten auf . Rumänen Bulgaren usw . Es gibt keine Park möglichkeiten , schon gar nicht wenn in der anliegenden Raiffeisen Arena Fussball gespielt wird. Die Plätze die man vor der Unterkunft nutzen könnte sind immer von den gleichen besetzt und es wird auch so geparkt das dort niemand dazwischen kommt. Nur die Pizzaria unten ist top.
