• Alexandre (4/5): - L’emplacement était vraiment bien. Tout proche du quartier Alfama. Cependant, le studio est au rez de chaussée et c’est une rue assez fréquentée. La propreté laissait à désirer.

• Alessandra (10/5): - Fantastic, cozy flat in the heart of the most authentic part of the city. The flat is very well presented, spacious and clean. Ideal for a couple. The location is perfect as it is very close to some lovely, authentic Portuguese restaurants and bars. We loved that it was not by the most touristic part of Lisbon. Yet, Praca do Commercio is at walking distance. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and precise and we felt we could really relax as they thought of every single detail. I could not recommend Goncalo and Miku enough! Thank you for the amazing stay!
• ANGELA PAULA (10/5): Acomodação maravilhosaaaaaaaaaaa! - Eu achei muito aconchegante a acomodação. Tivemos alguns probleminhas em relação ao sofá-cama que se encontrava quebrado e ao uso de alguns aparelhos eletrônicos e eletrodomésticos oferecidos durante a estadia, pois as instruções não são suficientes para a utilização. Na recepção ao chegarmos, percebemos que faltaram informações quanto ao manuseio de algo essencial, como o chuveiro. Não soubemos controlar água quente ou fria, mas como o tempo neste período de estadia em Lisboa é verão, não nos atrapalhou o fato de a água sair mais fria que morna. Em relação ao sofá-cama, foi o que mais nos deixou incomodados, pois meu irmão e minha tia não dormiram bem e ainda se machucaram pelo fato de o sofá nunca ter fixado ao ponto de ficar aberto para utilização como cama, o que fez com que eu, minha irmã e meu irmão tivéssemos de dividir uma cama para três pessoas. Fora isto, só tenho a agradecer pelo excelente atendimento, pois sempre estavam prontamente ativos em nos ajudar, nos auxiliar a qualquer eventualidade e nos acomodar da melhor forma possível. Localização incrível e limpeza impecável! Amamos muito e queremos muito retornar assim que possível! Obrigada Miku, Gonçalo , Bruno e equipe! Vcs foram maravilhosos!! :) Beijos brasileiros a todos!

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Lissabon ist eine tolle Stadt! Diese muss man gesehen haben. Unser Kinder ( 17&14 Jahre) möchten gerne nochmals wieder dort hin reisen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, nur die Sauberkeit ist ungenügend. Siehe Fotos aus der Wohnung. Einen Rabart/Teilrückzahlung wäre angebracht. Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt.
• Lorri (10/5): - The place was exactly as advertised. Lovely, clean and well located. Bruno was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable for our stay. He was also very helpful and prompt when responding to any questions we had about the surrounding area and how to get around. I highly recommend this property and I would certainly stay there again.
• Sonja (4/5): Schickes und modernes Appartment mit viel Schimmel - Das Appartment ist sehr modern und süß, aber leider voller Schimmel: hinter der Couch, unterm TV-Regal, beim Treppenaufgang zum Bett ist die ganze Holzwand nass und im Bad überall. Es riecht stark nach feuchte Wände. Die Schlafcouch ist in der ersten Nacht leider runter gekracht, der Vermieter hat sich dann darum gekümmert. Die Küche war Ok, außer das der Herd nur für Induktionstöpfe/-pfannen geeignet ist und somit kochen ausfällt, weil es keine Induktionsgeeigneten Töpfe/Pfannen gab. Sehr schade, denn wie gesagt, sehr modernes und süßes Appartment, aber würde ich nicht nochmal buchen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war gut. Die Anfrage auf eine Teilreklamation wurde abgelehnt.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Do NOT recommend - I do not recommend this hotel. The check in was very difficult. The person providing the keys texted over 20 times and was unwilling to take a 15 minute arrival range. The air conditioning did not function well and the windows could not be used as it was on the first floor on a busy street and hundreds of people could see you changing clothes and unsafe to leave open at night. The bed was a mattress on the floor. The shower left water on the bathroom floor for over 24 hours due to no fan or ventilation in the bathroom and lack of AC. There was significant water damage throughout the place. Finally, they charged a $35 cleaning fee which made it more expensive than other comparable hotels. This was barely a three-star place and definitely dampened our experience in Lisbon.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful apartment near great Fado! - This apartment was great! It’s in a great location next to some awesome Fado restaurants and the owner was great with communication. The apartment itself was very clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The only issue we had was with the heater (it would quickly fill up with water bc the drain tube leading outside was partially clogged, so it would automatically turn the machine off and/or leak water on the floor). Literally no big deal. Also, pay attention to the additional cleaning fees and daily per-person city taxes in the “small print” section. Took us Americans by surprise, but this is common practice in the EU to not include this in the total nightly price. Overall a great place to stay!

• Kenny (10/5): Nice place in Alfama - Great location - the place is very modern and clean. While there is no check-in counter, we were greeted and well supported by the property manager who also let us check-in our luggage early which was very helpful when touring (i.e., don't have to lug around a heavy backpack). Would stay again or recommend for couples.
