Bei unserer Buchung hatten wir vergessen ein Kreuz zu setzen, dies war aber kein Problem und wurde sogar ohne Aufschlag im Hotel bereit gestellt. Selten so einen guten Service gehabt wie in diesem Hotel. Preis/Leistung perfekt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Dafür war alles vorhanden.Wünsche wurden gerne entgegengenommen und sofort erfüllt. Es ist eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre . DerCheck-in war vollkommen problemlos mit der Schlüsselbox.

- Michaela (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt im Ortskern und somit ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Mit der Parksituation waren wir nicht sehr glücklick. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es nur wenige Stellplätze und beim etwas entfernten Parkplatz kann unter der Woche nur nachts geparkt werden.

- May (10/5): Schönes kleines gepflegtes Haus mit netten Personal und wenn man es haben möchte ein tolles Frühstück - Ein sehr schönes familiäres Ambiente in einem kleinen Denkmal geschützten Haus. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür oder auf dem 150 Meter entfernten städtischen Parkplatz. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

- Andreea (10/5): Delightful host, helpful and friendly with a complete newbie to Germany. - It was conveniently located, close to the few local spots and the adidas campus. Very useful as a base for exploring not just Herzo but Erlangen and Nuremberg too. The property itself is great. Hard to plan going out in Herzo when local buses just stop after 18:30, so taxis to get back become a must, if you can find them & have connection.

- Isabelle (3/5): Unfreundliches Personal und defektes Bett - Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, zentral gelegen Kaputtes Bett und unfreundliches/unprofessionelles Personal. In meinem Bett befand sich eine große Wölbung in der Mitte, wodurch ich nicht schlafen und starke Rückenschmerzen hatte. Als ich morgens die Matratze anhob, sah ich, dass das Lattenrost gebrochen/ defekt war. Als ich die Rezeptionistin morgens darüber in Kenntnis setzte, schaute sie mich ungläubig an und erwiderte unfreundlich: „Das kann nicht sein, da war die letzten 4 Tage ein Stammkunde geschlafen“. Es war mein erster und letzter Besuch in dieser Pension.

- Greg (7/5): Historic accommodation in a small town - This proved to be an original type guest house in this small village. Was in fact Adi Dasher's fathers house so quite quirky with the history. It was a fairly basic room and accommodation was perhaps not like we had expected. This being said it was comfortable and clean. Once you see the village you understand this form of accommodation is the norm in smaller towns or villages.

I can definitely recommend this place. I had a room on the lower level and got woken up by people in the breakfast room and reception area. So bring earplugs if you are planning on sleeping in.

Die Anreise mit hinterlegten Schüsseln in der Schüsselbox funktioniert problemlos, der Inhaber ist bei Fragen telefonisch erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
