Atendimento da recepção, nada receptivos, super secos e de mal humor, o edredon era de solteiro e a cama queen, pedi um outro e me deram o mesmo. Pedi café e tudo era pago, inclusive pra usar a maquina de café do quarto tinha que pagar. Pelo valor da diária não compensa.

- lopes (6/5): experiencia a desejar - preco/qarto e tv tenho me hospedado varias vezes este ano, e ontem por ex. nao havia nenhuma toalha no qarto, ligei na recepcao e fui informada q teria q descer para poder pedir isto, sem pé e sem cabeça.... o vaso sanitario nao esta com a fita de higienizacao frigobar com falta de reposicao recepcionistas q ficam a noite, respondem de forma mto rispida o hospede.

- alexandre (8/5): Good for the room and location. - Comfortable and clean room. The hotel is very well located! Most of the staff (reception) act indifferently towards the presence of a guest. The person who checked me in was very friendly, the others barely look at you. The kitchen staff are very friendly, as is the cleaning staff.

- Ricardo (7/5): - Location is great, check-in and checkout were nice, its next to a large shopping mall which offers shopping and lots of food options. Parking is extra and cost R$30 daily, which at 7:10am can take up to 30 min to get your car from the parking, so plan ahead. Room was clean, The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were overcooked on all occasions, the sweets were okay, bread and jam selection was good. But they were low on staff which probably made the cleanness of the breakfast area and the reposition speed. One downside is that no paper cups were available for the coffee, this could be improved. the bed is very stiff, more than usual, so this may matter to you.

La camera era comoda, pulita, abbastanza grande e con un angolo per il caffè e con un lavandino, per cui si può anche mangiare qualcosa in camera. La nostra camera aveva anche un bel terrazzo con una vista panoramica. La colazione era ottima, molto ben fornita con la possibilità di ordinare anche frittate, uova strapazzate e tapioca.

- Silveira de Oliveira (4/5): Poor - The location I stayed at the hotel for almost a month, but the reception service was very poor from day one. The reception staff was rude, and they didn't even say "good morning." My daughter jammed her finger in the car door, and I asked for ice at the reception desk. They simply told me to go get it at the Ibis, even though I was comforting my daughter, who was screaming in pain. When I went to ask for information and interrupted the employee who was on his cell phone, looking at something private, the treatment was even worse. I honestly don't plan on staying at another Mercure hotel again, nor using it for business for the company I work for.
- Eduardo Almeida (7/5): Venha nos conhecer e não volte mais. - As acomodações são ótimas. O cardápio e bebidas para o serviço de quarto e muito limitado. Mesmo existindo outros consumos, houve recusa em emprestar uma taça e abridor se não comprasse um vinho no hotel, mesmo ele não dispondo da bebida para venda. Nunca tive essa exigência em nenhum outro Hotel. A impressão e que a gestão não está nem um pouco preocupada com o conforto e satisfação do hóspede. O Café da manhã tem poucas opções e a reposição demora. Ás 9h da manhã, o ovo frito e o ovo mexido já estava todo ressecado, ninguém se servia com eles pois estavam com a aparência péssima e também não foram substituídos. Diversas frutas já tinham acabado e durante os 40 minutos que fiquei no local também não teve reposição.

Everything was great and in general was a good experience. The only little thing that could be improved is to add different types of milk, like almond, soy, oat. A lot of people from overseas don’t drink animal’s milk and that would be a differential as none seems to care about it in Brazil.

- Thewil (8/5): Good accommodation for work activities near São Paulo. - Size of the room was perfect and location was near to shopping mall which was very convinient. The staff was friendly. That I needed to leave my room for 15 mins while they were cleaning my room. I did have a bedroom and separate living room with kitchen. Even when I wanted to work on my computer they were not willing to clean my room while I was there. Never have seen this before.
