Free parking close to the apartment, grocery shops close too Each day all towels are changed, that’s ok; however the floor never cleaned, for example I found a peace of closing under my bed, never removed or cleaned. No kitchen towels! Which is is must when you have an oven and sink. Also some sand on the floor never cleaned
• Thomas (4/5): Great location but needs work for cleaning and repairs - The location was great and it has a beautiful view. The management responded to our issues, although they came up short. The inside of the property was covered in dust when we arrived. We had to spend an hour cleaning when we arrived to make it tolerable. A door to the balcony was left cracked open. The seat on the chairs on the balcony were torn. Then in the morning I found mold in the coffee maker where the coffee grounds had been left for a while.

The see in front of us was very clean so it was easy to visit it with our children aged 1 and 4. The apartment was spacious, with great design, and well equipped. There was air-conditioning in all rooms. Everything was superb.
• Dionisis (1/5): A Nightmare Stay - Avoid at All Costs!! - Sea views I recently stayed at this apartment during my holiday, and it was an absolute nightmare. The apartment is situated right next to a building site, and the noise starts as early as 8 AM, making it impossible to relax. My entire family was unable to get any rest, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful getaway. We raised our concerns with the hotel manager, hoping for some understanding and a solution, but instead, we were met with utter disrespect. We were told that there are building sites all over the city, as if that justified the situation. The lack of empathy and basic customer service was shocking. What made this experience even worse was the fact that there was no prior warning about the construction work. Had we been informed, we would have chosen a different hotel. I feel completely misled and mistreated. On top of that, the apartment itself is in desperate need of renovation. There are marks on the walls, the bathroom furniture is worn out, and although there are two toilets, only one of them has a bath or shower, which was quite inconvenient for our family. While these issues might not be as serious as the noise, they certainly added to our overall disappointment. If you're looking for a place to stay where you can relax and enjoy your holiday, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This place will only bring you stress and disappointment.

• Kyriaki (9/5): Superb - I have stayed at the property about 4 years ago and booked agin. It’s right on the beach on the strip. The apartments are very nice and comfortable. And I would recommend and would stay again. For the money they charge I would like to see some updates. The bathroom vanity needs to replaced. It does not cost that much to replace it’s . When you pay a pretty penny at a place you would think that everything should be up to par. It’s the simple stuff that makes a difference. The property has a very nice balcony facing the water for a relaxed morning coffee to enjoy.

Modern apartment with all amenities. Extra details such as a rope, slippers, lots of shampoos, water in fridge were very welcoming. Super comfortable beds. Specious living room with open kitchen. Nice balconies! I would recommend it. There was only 1 remote control for the 3 aircos in the 3 bedrooms so it was difficult at night if you wanted to change the temperature or setting you could not do this without entering the other bedroom and the risk waking up the other person. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was running water constantly, I talked to the housekeeper about it and she would take care of it (for the next guests since we only stayed 1 night).

• Vicki (10/5): Loved this apartment, perfect location, absolutely spectacular in every way. - We were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful Executive 3 bedroom Apartment with gorgeous sea views from a massive balcony. Perfect location, opposite a beautiful beach with beach chairs and near the shops and supermarket and plenty of parking nearby. This apartment includes large kitchen, fully equipped with high-end Miele appliances (oven, cook-top and dishwasher), family size Bosch fridge, small microwave/ grill, DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee machine with pods and sugar. All the utensils and cookware you could need. The Apartment is spectacular, absolutely gorgeous, brand new, spotlessly clean, large, airy, air-conditioned, with super comfy beds, linen and pillows. It also includes a full bathroom (with shower over bathtub, toilet and small washing machine). And even has a study and a separate guest/ second toilet with vanity. Nothing.

• Valerie (3/5): No value for money - Location This was the most expensive apartment during our trip in Greece, but unfortunately the least luxurious one. The biggest issue is the mold in the smaller bedroom, but there are damp walls in different parts of the apartment. There were construction works going on in the building next door which caused a lot of noise. Kitchen utensils are limited. The apartment wasn't clean. As we were only staying for 2 nights we didn't complain during our stay but just decided to avoid being in the apartment as much as possible. We did send a complaint afterwards as we felt a compensation was justified and the management replied "our apartments are in good condition". We asked if they have checked the apartment recently and if they wanted to see our pictures, but unfortunately communication stopped and the questions remained unanswered.

The only thing was trying to find parking. Kalamata was very busy, and it was a bit of a challenge.

Beds were comfortable Busy neighbourhood with plenty of street noise. Doors showed markings of prior break in attempts

• georgia (10/5): - Beautiful apartments located in the heart of kalamata with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything is a walking distance away. Only downfall is the parking in the evening. Everything else was great.

It was great to have 2 bedrooms and the living area/balcony was great. Only disappointment was I was expecting an apartment on the water front and we had side views of the sea. Check that you are getting a beach front apartment as we paid for a Deluxe apartment.

• Peter (8/5): really enjoyed our stay and the venue was very good - property is centrally located in Kalamata. facilities are great with all you need included in the apartment. as house cleaning is provided, I would have expected changing of sheets etc to be done daily. parking was a bit hit or miss but that is part of living in Kalamata.

• Ioannis (7/5): A comfortable overall stay, but there is much room for improvement. - Very comfortable beds, spacious apartment, very friendly staff. We had a side sea view, and both rooms had balconies. My room (the smaller of the two) did not have either bedside tables or lamps, so I had to get out of bed to turn the lights on and off - plus I couldn’t read my book. The A/C was a bit noisy. There was also a smell of sewage in the space.
• Eleni (1/5): Do not book this place! - Nothing Smelt like cigarettes! Was not the place that we had booked. It was an apartment at the back with a tiny balcony with a glimpse of the sea. No block out curtains in main room. 2 remotes for tv and aircon had flat battery. Mould build up on walls outside of bathroom. Hairs on floor in bathroom. Bed had mattress topper on top of bed that was too small for the bed. We booked another place as we could not handle the cigarette smell, I requested a refund for our second night and the rude manager would not give us one even after explaining all our concerns.

• - (2/5): Very poor - Good location Not as in the photo gallery. The apartments needs to be renovated and it's not as clean as I would expect. You can't lock the door, so very poor in terms of security as well.
